Hey there!
I’m a postgraduate student at Macquarie University, studying translation and interpreting. I’m someone who values a clean and organized environment, and I actually find cleaning therapeutic—it’s my go-to stress reliever!
A little more about me: I’ve lived with pets before and absolutely enjoy their company, so I’d be more than happy if you already have one at home. I’ll be commuting to uni and work by public transport, so I’m looking for a place within a 10-minute walk of a train or metro station.
While I’m not into heavy cooking, I enjoy preparing meals and occasionally sharing them with housemates—it’s a lovely way to connect! When I’m not busy, you’ll find me brewing coffee at home or exploring specialty coffee spots around Sydney. I also love Pilates and yoga classes, so let me know if you’d like to join me sometime!
I work two casual retail jobs, so my weekends and public holidays are often spent working.
As for my ideal place, my budget is $325 per week (excluding bills) or $350 (including all bills). I’d prefer an ensuite bathroom or my own private bathroom, and ideally, a place where I don’t have to share with the homeowner.
