We are happy to have a couple but the rent will be $280 pw ($560 bond) Our area of Howrah is a nice quiet Neighborhood with a small shopping center just five minutes walk from the house which includes a fruit and vegetable shop with a butcher and a bottle shop. We are also a five-minute walk to the bus stop that travels to Shoreline Shopping Centre, Eastlands and Hobart city. There is also a doctors office directly up the street from the house ( about a two-minute walk) Our house is a large 34 square foot house with 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is our ensuite) a large kitchen and dining area and a lounge room. We also have a garage but that is used as a tv room for the older children and also has indoor clotheslines because Tasmanian weather can be rather wet (especially in the winter) There are two decks outside the house. A large one that wraps around the front of the house and a smaller one out back right off the bedroom. We have heat pumps/ air conditioning in the main living areas and in the hallway. The kitchen and all main living areas are shared as are the bathroom and laundry, with the other housemates. Rent will include Internet, Netflix and Stan. The bus service is usually fairly good and it takes approximately 25- 30 minutes to get to the City (Hobart Center) and Shoreline Shopping Centre is about a five to ten-minute bus ride or a 20-minute walk. The shopping center includes a supermarket, doctors office, butcher, gym and several other small stores, a bank and a couple of cafes. We are looking for a housemate who wants a 6-month lease or longer, can tidy up after themselves and doesn't take longer than 10 minute showers lol. Must pass a police check
Modern Villa in a quiet neighbourhood nestled in the hills overlooking the Meehan range, bathed in sunlight year round; makes for an awesome view and some nice afternoon napping. Bus stop, Butchers, and Fresh food market only a stones throw away; with main supermarket less than 5 minutes down the road. Practically no traffic, close to the highway but not close enough for noise. only 15 minutes to Hobart CBD. The bedroom on offer is spacious enough for full furnishing, fits a queen bed, desk, and dresser no trouble at all. Also features a full walk in wardrobe. Attached garage is a perfect size for storage or hobby use, but not big enough for a car (Used for my motorcycle). However there's plenty of room around the rear of the house for secluded and safe off street parking. The kitchen is modern with plenty of storage and stone bench space, and a perfect shape for cooking or entertaining with bar style seating on one side. Bathroom features large everything. big sink and mirror, big shower with great water pressure, big bath with plenty of hot water. Normal size toilet, but it is separate. Private rear yard and sun deck that i plan on slappin a BBQ out on for the summer months. Reverse cycle air conditioner for heating and cooling, and incredibly fast NBN internet are the icing on the cake. The only downside: My current roommate, who is departing by 5th of July, is taking all of her furniture with her. This is all the furniture in the photos. So the good news is we'll have a nice blank canvas to mould to our desires, which i'm more than happy for you to have some input to. Lease will be 6 months starting from July, with potential to extend. The location is listed as 217 Tollard Drive as that is the last possible address I can list. The location is actually left after this, down Maria Ore and then left again into Enchantress Street. First property on the left (number 58). It is a brand new property which was constructed in October 2018. I am the home owner. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property. Whomever is successful will have their own bathroom, with a bath, as well as a separate toilet. The property has a front a back deck which is perfect for summer. There is a driveway which allows 3-4 cars and a carport. A shed available for storage as well as another bedroom which items can be kept it. The property has unlimited internet, which is included in the rent. A heat pump (with air conditioning). It has incredible water views, which can be seen in one of the images. Unfortunately no pets.
