Hey! My name is Payton and I am 21 years of age :) I am currently holding a full time job and love to workout every day. I have recently moved back to Hobart from the Gold Coast and am looking to move out of my parents home. I am a clean, respectable girl who always pays bills on time. I don't go out partying every weekend, but enjoy a couple drinks maybe once or twice a month. I have a beautiful little cat named Arnott. He has travelled around with me and is very adaptable to new spaces. He has grown up around other animals and it very well toilet trained. I hope to find someone who is around the same age as me, male or female and who I can also adopt as a friend, not just a house mate :)
Three doors down from Susan's bay. 2 minute drive to surf beach. Neat and tidy 80's reno shack. Timber flooring in bedroom. Wood burner in lounge room. Outdoor undercover area. Hi there, I have just arrived back to Melbourne after completing my Master's degree in Boston. I am originally from Melbourne, however, will be moving to Hobart in later June - early July to further pursue my education at UTas. I have been living in shared houses for the past 4 or 5 years now and love meeting new people, exploring nature, trying out new restaurants and bars. I am generally an outdoorsy person and am looking forward to exploring the beautiful island. I am extremely responsible, like to live in a neat and clean house and respect others privacy, although am always up for a friendly beer or meal together. Dhruv

I'm from Newcastle originally and moved to Hobart 18 months ago and am absoultely loving all that Tassie has to offer. I love to hike of a weekend, and in the warmer months love heading to the beach.

So the house we are currently renting is quite nice and modern, we are looking at renting out one of the 2 spare rooms. Both rooms have similiar dimension, obviously the slightly larger room is going to cost more in rent then the smaller room. We will be sharing a bathroom, but there is a second toilet separate from the bathroom. We do have one air conditioner in the lounge area and a very nice kitchen space. There is a small deck at the back of the house. The house is within walking distance of multiple bus stops and a short drive from the closest shopping centre and CBD area.
I am looking for a housemate to come join me in Howrah! Fully furnished, plenty of storage, built in robe in the bedroom and a secure car space. $200 per week not including bills. You will need to sign a lease however we can make it month to month, 6 or 12 months.. whatever works best for you ☺️
I am very busy and hardworking; I am currently saving up to buy a house and am looking for somewhere to live for the next 6 months. I work 5 days a week as a Director of a childcare service, go to the gym every afternoon when I finish work. I am in a stable, happy relationship and stay with him most weekends. I am very friendly, easy going, clean and tidy, quite social but also like my space. I enjoy seeing friends but I am not a party girl.
Virtual waterfront self-contained studio under main house with direct private access to Tranmere foreshore. Brand new kitchen, separate bathroom. Electricity, NBN and water included. Partially furnished. Bus stop out the front. Small studio but comfortable. We are a quiet and private family so would prefer a quiet person. Students or employed person welcome. Available from July 9.
I moved to Hobart last September to work for BBQs Galore. I'm working 4 days a week on a rotating roster. Quiet Friendly Gamer. Needs a new place to live.
I'm a late 30s professional, keen lover of the great outdoors: On the weekends, you'll find me in nature, hiking, twitching and exploring beautiful Tasmania. During the week, I work an office job in Hobart, doing advisory and consulting, helping out at the Botanical Gardens occasionally. Pretty easy to get along with, more on the quiet side, non-smoker, no pets, I enjoy the occasional beer or wine, not scared of cooking up and baking almost anything. I clean up after myself, lots of experience with share houses, always pay my rent in advance, no strange habits I'd be aware of. Looking to move in early July since my current house has become unavailable, landlord going to Asia. Full ID, Police Check, pay slips etc. available if needed. Happy to drop by anytime so we can meet and chat!!

Hello, nice to meet you. My name is Priscila I've been married since 2014 with Rodrigo. We are a brazilian couple that love drink beer, wine and make a bbq. We are friendly and easy going.
I am 18 years old and looking to move out for the first time, despite this however I am very mature for my age and I am ready for all of the independence that comes with living away from home. I am a first year psychology student studying at UTAS so most of my time, when I'm not working part-time at Coles, is spent studying. Some of my hobbies include sports, video games and I perform in theatre shows from time to time. I am generally a very outgoing person who loves to engage and meet new people, however I am also completely respectful of others when they are in need of some personal space.
