Rowan and I are a laid back, easy going couple. Rowan is a butcher and I run a grooming salon in Mona Vale. We are happy to be social but generally keep to ourselves and just like to relax in front of the tv after work. We have 2 incredibly awesome Border Collies who everyone falls in love with. They are 9 years old, well behaved and very, very cute. We also have a little cat who is very friendly, and also cute. We have been renting together for years, always pay rent on time and have excellent references for ourselves and our pets. We are very flexible and will consider any living condition aslong as we can have our pets with us.

Pool, spa, sauna, views, bushwalks nearby. Post divorce house with up to three teenage daughters in residence. Understandably, GIRLS ONLY PLEASE. It's a rumpus room converted to self contained area which was going to be a teenagers' retreat. It has a kitchenette with oven, microwave, sink and fridge, but does not have a cooktop. It does has its own separate access. There are bus stops a short walk away that service Gordon station and also an express bus to the city. There is a spiral staircase up to the rest of the house, so it is not acoustically isolated in either direction! Some facilities like laundry are shared with the other occupants. The tenant would want to be somewhat social and be happy to allow two teenagers to focus on the HSC by not partying all night. I'm looking for an individual, not a couple or a parent/child. The fit of the person to the environment is important. I would rather the space be left vacant than have a tenant who didn't suit our family's circumstances. That being said, as a single dad I now have a serious mortgage and I need the extra income to help pay it off. The room is currently fitted out as a rumpus room. I'm happy to let it furnished or unfurnished and make it more suitable as a private space by fitting curtains or making sensible easy changes like that. The needs of the tenant will dictate whether I strip it out for you, or leave much of the furniture there. You decide! There's also a terribly affectionate Cavoodle dog who is bound to become your new best friend. If you are anti-dog, you need to factor that in.
My name is Bree and I am a 21 year old female. I'm originally from the Central Coast and moved down to Sydney about 7 months ago. I moved down here without friends and family so I have a good understanding of rent and responsibilities. I work at Aldi full time and love to go to yoga in my spare time. I am full of positivity, clean and very independent. I am hoping to be partners with a fellow flatmate who is also clean but just s relaxed and carefree as myself. I like to give people their own personal space and hope you can do the same, however, would love to still become great friends =D I'm someone who does not care what you do as long as their is still respect and consideration involved. If you are interested you're more than welcome to contact me any time of the day!
Hi! My name is Olivia, I am a 3rd year nursing student studying at Avondale College. I also work as an assistant nurse at the SAN. I have recently moved out of the nurses residence and am house sitting until I can find a house to move in to. I am very reliable, tidy, organised and respectful of others. I tend to keep to myself but do enjoy socialising when I'm not at uni or work.

Hello there I'm Isaac! I've just recently gotten a job down in Sydney and am looking to move a little closer. Newcastle is just a little too far despite my love for it. In any case I'm looking for a room to rent and I'd be a great choice. I've spent many years living in shared accommodation near the University of Newcastle so I understand the dynamics of living in a house with others. In fact the place I am currently at houses 8 people! So far I've had no issues and I keep my room clean and clean up as I go whilst in the kitchen. I am a big movie fan, video games, television and the like and am super easy going. I don't mind having a chat to everyone or if need be keeping to oneself and being quite. I do play the bass but generally will use headphones to keep the noise down, I don't want to irritate anyone with my terrible skills, haha. I do work shift work however 95% is during the day and I am rather good at keeping quite when coming back home. Feel free to throw any questions my way and I'll answer them as quick as I can. Cheers!
I'm looking for a place ideally with people around my age, either just females or a mix. Needs to be under an hour on public transport to Pymble, or even better under an hour's walk to Pymble. I'm pretty chilled and quiet, like to keep things tidy, enjoy being social every now and again but not a big party person. Don't smoke, like to try and keep healthy, go for walks etc. Also I'm a kiwi! Need a furnished place for a year while I am in Sydney for work. Needs to be at least a double sized bed.
Hello! I'm Emiley, I recently finished high school on the North Shore and now work full time in bush regeneration. I have a nearly two year old cat called Doobie and he needs to come with me. He loves people once he gets to know them. I love to cook and would prefer to be around other vegetarians/vegans. I have a car so train stations are not necessary. Looking for a friendly sharehouse north of the bridge to move into for 6-8 months.
Hey there, I'm a calm and relaxed kind of person, prone to Netflix binges and enjoying food too much. I like to say I try and be healthy.. as in I have a gym membership but don't really go kinda healthy.. but in saying that, I love hiking and going to the beach. So I like to think I'm an even middle ground of living haha I work full time, Monday-Friday as well as study part time. On the weekends I mostly put and about adventuring or trying to sleep in. LBGT friendly is a must, as I have a girlfriend and you would on occasion probably see her around a little. But to clarify.. the room is just for me. Thank you 😊
I am semi-retired & a non-smoker. I need to relocate from North Epping as my mother has moved into Aged Care in Terrey Hills, plus I have family in Frenchs Forest. I have income in addition to my Pension, have my own car & furniture. I love to spend time with my grandchildren (4 & 18mths) & friends. I am looking for single accommodation e.g. granny flat or similar.
Easy going, responsible, respectful, clean, organised, reliable I'm an easy-going and friendly full-time professional working in Manly. I'm looking for between 1 and 3 other people to share a place, preferably long-term (6 months +). I am a clean, responsible and respectful guy so drop me a message and we can have a chat.
I have a great personality and love to meet new people. I enjoy being social as well as enjoying my alone time so I can work to whatever my housemate/s prefer.
We live in a secure, spacious and sunlit unit on the 1st floor of the complex. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, has good communication (and of course sense of humour), is considerate of others personal space but is also willing to hang out over a beer and/or wine. We unfortunately can not allow for pets. We welcome you to have friends and family over for dinner and drinks but we also ask that there are no parties or 'rowdiness'. You will be getting the bigger bedroom with an ensuite and built-in wardrobe (as seen in the pictures provided). You will also have: - Access to a gym, spa, sauna and pool in the centre of the complex. - Open plan kitchen with some appliances incl. gas stove & dishwasher. - Combined lounge/dining flowing to a small balcony. - Study Nook with built-in computer desk. - Security car space with intercom and key card. - Air conditioners (both in bedroom and living area). - Fully equipped laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and sink. - Unlimited wifi. - TWO AWESOME ROOMIES! Well located only a few minutes walk to St Ives Village Shopping Centre and bus transport as well as a short drive to Gordon train station, Westfield shopping centres at Chatswood and Hornsby, schools & parks. *please note that most of the furniture shown in the pictures will be removed (see below for reasoning) and replaced with more modern looking and less 'cluttering' furnishing. *please also note that you will need to provide the furniture you require in your room only. (however, other furniture will still be considered).
