I love food, hanging out with my friends and playing tennis. I hope my house is always clean and comfy. I sometimes smoke, but will stay on the balcony. Mostly, I will be quiet and do my own stuff in my room. I have years of experience sharing a rental, can be either social or just focus on individuals. My budget is $450-$600 (depending on the location and the actual condition of the property), better to have my own bathroom.
