Gday gday, searching for something around the Innerwest, Innersouth or south Sydney! Flexible for duration, ideally looking for something long term with the right place, but can be under 12 months. Can move in whenever, but not in a rush!

Easy to live with - I don't fret over the little things :) highly value communication and cleanliness, always up for a yarn and yap, whilst also being respectful of privacy. Keen for a relaxed but social environment.

Have 5+ years of share house experience under the belt.

Spend most of my free time heading out for hikes, gigs, the odd amateur photography adventure. I do enjoy my down time of listening to music (can supply home with records o_O), watching movies or some gaming.

I work as a TV producer out in the CBD and Parramatta, and regularly head back where i'm from on most weekends, which is around Camden in the south-west. Available nearby on street parking (or off, but not holding out hope for that) is a must.
