I'm easy to get along with and interested in getting the most out of life. I work a lot and train a lot so I'm not home much. I'm super healthy and like to meal prep on the weekends for the week ahead. I'm pretty busy on the weekends but happy to share a healthy meal and a glass of wine every now and then, though I don't drink often. I enjoy my sleep so I'm pretty quiet after 10pm. I am ALLERGIC TO CATS so unfortunately I cannot live with them. If I'm renting a room in a share house, I must have my own bathroom. Thanks.
I'm a full time Health Sciences student at La Trobe University Bundoora, I am an International Student originally from India, I do not mind pets except cats because I am allergic to them. ABOUT ME: Easy going, relaxed and chill, tidy, an ambivert, I will respect your privacy and expect the same. I'm looking for a room in a shared house, or would like to team up with a budget of $120pw (including bills). If I like the place, I might stay for more than one year Please contact me on this website if you think you have a place that is suitable for me :)
HEY YOU! Lovely human/s with a spare room/s in your house! Are you: - A houseproud person who loves to create a beautiful, clean, tranquil living space? - Someone who has their own life and likes their own space, but also likes a bit of a cosy family vibe at home, not just living in your bedroom but having occasional chats in th kitchen or over cups of tea or an occasional shared meal? - Someone who likes to have an occasional dinner party/backyard BBQ, but not a big partier/drinker? - Queer-friendly, left-leaning, and friendly? - Non-smoker? (or outside smoker only, but preferably totally non-smoking) Do you: - Love and/or make music and/or art? - Love houseplants maybe a little bit too much? - Not watch TV/not have a TV/watch some Netflix shows on occasion but mostly in your own room? I'm looking for a new home. I'm a little heartbroken right now as 3 months ago I moved into the perfect space, but then the landlord decided they wanted to make more money from it and kicked us out to get a family in :'( Moving into a pre-established home would be preferable, but I'm also open to starting a new house with cool peeps. The issue is that I want somewhere ASAP (Just have to give 2 weeks notice at my current place, but have to be out by Nov 23rd - preferably much sooner as the nearest train station is going to be closed from Oct 6th and that's gonna make life very difficult!!) as I am going to be very busy in late Sept/early Oct and I don't have a lot of time for househunting! At least one female/nb housemate preferred, but could be convinced for the right dude. I'd like to live with 2 people ideally, open to sharing with 1 or 3 but probably not more than that. ME: - 28yo female musician/artist/voice coach. Friendly, silly, queer, sings a lot and sometimes loud but mostly well, and only in reasonable hours/when you aren't home. - I like to be really clean & tidy and make a beautiful home full of art and plants and pretty colours. - Non-smoker. Not much of a drinker. Not vegetarian but not eating a lot of meat at home. - I am really busy and keep to myself a lot working on my music etc, but I lived in a house previously with dudes who just lived in their rooms and I hated it... I love living with people who are down for chats and cosiness and laughs together when our schedules line up. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR IN A HOUSE: - Preferably an actual house, not an apartment. - Sunshine! - Close or otherwise convenient to grocery stores (I don't have a car, only bicycle/motorbike/PT) - OSP for my small motorbike (can just be front yard or small side path) - Either quite cheap rent (between $500-800/month) for just a bedroom, OR... - Open to paying $800-$1000/month for somewhere that has an extra sunroom/study/office space from which I could teach voice students (or a very large bedroom which I could split with a divider to make into a semi-professional space.) - I am also currently renting a studio in Brunswick which I teach from 2-3 days a week. If my new home is around $500 - 700, I could afford to just teach from the studio 4-5 days a week. If it's $700-800, I'd wnna teach from home a couple days a week (so I could get someone in to share the costs of the studio)... if it's $800+ I'd want to be teaching exclusively from home as I wouldn't be able to also afford the studio. If I sound like a good match for your home and vice versa, please get in touch!
I split my time between Melbourne and Sydney so would only be around for half the month. Most of the time I am there I will have my 9 year old son with me, and we don't mind sharing a room if there's enough space. I can bring my own furniture for the room if required. I'm a self-employed single mum so work very hard, and not looking for a party house!
Hello, My name is Elise and i'm a 28yr old Vet Nurse student looking to take the plunge and move out of home towards the end of the year. Currently I am at TAFE one day a week. and work in Altona at least 2 days a week. Being a Vet nurse I am a passionate animal lover so I do have a small dog (Cavalier) named Brodie that i would really like to come with me so the place I am searching for would ideally need to be pet friendly. He is VERY chilled and gentle, and loves cuddles. I am also a keen cook and baker, and I am learning cake decorating on the side. I am very laid back and easy going, am up for sharing a meal and/or a drink, watching a movie or even going to a cafe/restaurant. I am looking for a place for around $160-200 p/week, the closer to Bell street or the Western ring road the better for access to my work in Altona.
I'm a conscious, easy going, respectful and clean guy interested in a relaxed household. Always pay on time. Relocated from North Qld as a school teacher. Loving Melbourne!

We're returning from living in Switzerland in February 2018 - looking for a place that could become available around then. Dylan is a social worker originally from Adelaide and Ezgi is studying a Masters in Construction Management at Melbourne Uni. We're both pretty easy going - enjoy our own space, but also enjoy a casual drink. Dylan loves cooking and we love good food. We enjoy travelling, weekends away camping and both volunteer as Scout leaders in our spare time. By the way, the dog in the picture isn't ours!
I am easy going, tidy, clean and spend most of my time with study.

Hi, My name is Paolo. I'm an Architect and I work full time for a building construction group. I describe myself as tidy, clean, respectful and easygoing. I'm looking for a long term stay (4 months to over a year) on a single room in a shared house in the north and east suburbs of Melbourne (Clifton Hill - Thornbury - Northcote - Preston - Ivanhoe - Kew - Hawthorn - Balwyn - Camberwell - Surrey Hills) or nearby. Looking for someone to move into a home with me and my pup! Looking in the Macleod and Rosanna area but also looking in surrounding suburbs. You'd be living with myself and my Japanese Spitz puppy. I am an easy going 26 year old Canadian, full time job (of 4 years) that's currently in the city but soon to be in Preston. I'm looking for someone who is as chilled as I am, hangs out every now and then but not in each others space, keeps shared areas clean, ontime with rent, and loves dogs! I'm looking at 2-3 bedroom homes no more than $400 a week. Most have been around $320-$380 (meaning rent would be under $200 each). Looking to move out between now and the next two months. Anyone is welcomed but children (not looking for a place that will suit a child's needs) and maybe not pets depending on how mine and yours gets along. Please message for more information about myself or if you are keen to househunt or if I find a place on my own you'd be interested to move in :)

Howdy future housemates! One of our housemates has just been approved for a new pad with her boyfriend so a room has become available at our humble abode in beautiful East Ivanhoe! I will refer to this room as "room 1". ALSO, one of our housemates is ducking off to Argentina on October 22nd for 2 months so she would like to sublet her room during this time. I will refer to this room as "room 2" Room 1) The room measures 4.1m x 3.5m with a built in robe and is unfurnished. The rent is paid monthly and is $782 per month. The bills are split evenly (gas, electricity, internet). The bond is 1 months rent. Room 2) The room measures 4.1m x 3m and is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, built in wardrobe, additional dresser and some storage space. It has a computer desk and bookshelf as well. The rent is paid monthly and is $782 per month. The bills are split evenly (gas, electricity, internet). The bond is 1 months rent. Monica leaves on October 22nd and will return on December 20th so you would need to vacate then. Perfect if you are just moving to Melbourne and wanting somewhere to stay whilst you settle in/look for your own place! ABOUT THE HOUSE: There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets so you only share your bathroom with one other person. There is plenty of living space (2 large living areas) and a nice kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, gas top cooking, dishwasher and a meals area. The house has a HUGE double level backyard and and so much room for outdoor furniture if you have any! The house has also has ducted heating and air-conditioning. There is a small balcony and our house is located up high on a hill so we get beautiful sunset views! Ivanhoe East is a super quiet suburb however we are very close to all the cool spots to hang (6 minute drive to Northcote, 10 minute drive to Collingwood, 12 minute drive to Smith St/Brunswick Road Fitzroy, 25 minute drive to CBD). You will love Ivanhoe East if you are a big nature lover- the Darebin parklands (33 hectares of bushland) with a creek are only a 3 minute drive away! The Yarra walking trail along the Yarra is only a 10 minute walk away. PARKING: We usually park two cars on the driveway (side by side) and use the garage for storage. There is plenty of parking on the street as well (no time restrictions) and the street is a quiet street. If you rely on public transport, Eaglemont station is an 8 minute walk away and Ivanhoe station a 10 minute walk away. FURNITURE: The house is furnished however there is plenty of room for some of yours too (if you have any). Someone with an outdoor dining table will be looked upon favourably :) Also we usually have 2 fridges (meaning one fridge is shared between 2 people) however one of the fridges will be leaving this weekend so we will be needing another so if you have one that would be awesome too! SHARE HOUSE ETIQUETTE- We each put $5 per week into a jar (the 'house kitty') to purchase communal supplies such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies. We also have a weekly rotating cleaning roster which ensures that jobs are shared evenly whilst keeping the house nice and clean :) We aren’t looking to create a “party” house but casual drinks on weekends with friends is fine/ so is the occasional party- we just wouldn’t want you to be throwing raging parties every weekend! ABOUT YOU: Looking for open-minded individuals who enjoy North side living. Someone around our age (e.g mid 20’s to late 30’s) that has experience in share house living. Either working or studying (or both!) with stable income. Must LOVE animals as you will be sharing the house with some who are treated as part of the family ☺ We want sociable people who are happy to share a glass of wine or cup of tea together when we cross paths however still independent with their own lives and respectful of privacy. It would be nice to have communal dinner together with Netflix or board games occasionally (obviously when time permits/schedules align!). Basically we are looking for fun, friendly, clean and respectful person who wants to create a HOME (rather than a ‘rooming’ house)- we want an atmosphere where we look out for each other as a share house family :) Non smokers, no couples and we aren't allowed to take any extra pets on the lease sorry. If you are allergic to dogs or cats- this house isn't the house for you :( Would require you to be approved by the real estate agent as an approved tenant as well so you would need references.
Hi, I'm a law student at La Trobe University. I'm friendly, fun and easy to live with. I'm also very clean and tidy. I'm looking for a place with girls, or am really keen on teaming up.
My name is Michelle. I am a fairly private quiet sort of person due to the fact I work 2 jobs. But when I do have a free minute I enjoy going and catching a movie or having a good meal and chat. I'm an office manager full time in the cbd during the day and an events/artist manager nationally and Internationally, I am usually glued to my laptop every single night and most weekends especially over the next two months as i am working on my events. I travel back and forth to the Philippines every 3 months or so (for 1-2 weeks at a time) hence I work so much. So if your looking for someone you will barely know is there, i'm your girl! If you are looking for someone to be your best friend sorry I wont be a right fit. So some may see that as a good or bad thing, I am quiet because I am a workaholic and my work load is insane, not because I am anti social as such haha. At the moment i am in a place until Mid-September so looking for somewhere potentially for a month or two whilst looking or my own place, or looking to team up with one other person if the right fit but not for longer than 6 months as there is a high possibility i will be moving overseas next year. I'm a clean person, I don't really cook much due to time restrictions with time frames with my work load, but when I do I tidy up after myself. I love travelling, photography, sleeping, dancing, movies and watching a good comedy.
Hi I'm Sam and I work full time in the city. Enjoy going out with friends as well as a quiet night in chilling with Netflix. I'm a clean and tidy sort of person as I hate mess. Looking at short-term accommodation at the moment until early next year. Thanks
I'm currently living at home so this would be my first experience out of home. I have a weekend job and I study at RMIT. I'm creative and passionate and I really love to bake. I'm responsible, clean and I tidy up after myself. I like to have a few drinks and to hang out with people but I also like my space after a long day.
Hey! I'm Meg, a 20-year-old journalism student at La Trobe University. I'm easy going, friendly (and tidy), and am comfortable doing my own thing or up for a bit of banter! As I'm originally from Ballarat, I'm looking for somewhere to stay over the summer so I can continue working in my part-time job during the break :)
I'm studying optometry and work part time in an optometry clinic in Northcote and Richmond. I'm super neat and respectful, yet am completely bubbly and fun loving :) When i'm not studying i love traveling the coast and exploring, reading and writing poetry.
