Large Bedroom in a 2 bedroom unit. I am sadly moving interstate and have to leave my lovely house and house mate. The house is in a quiet neighborhood right near Ivanhoe station. The room is available from 28th Dec until 3rd April at 170 per week The room can be unfurnished or furnished with basic furniture. There is the option to stay beyond 3rd April, however the rent increases to $200 per week after this date. The place is great as its easy to get to the East or the North of Melbourne from here. Our house is lovely and spacious with a air con and heater in the lounge room. We have a dish washer and laundry. We are close to two train stations and buses that will take you towards La Trobe University or out towards Doncaster shopping centre. The $170 doesn't cover bills, however, our water bill is covered by the landlord. The landlord has said no to pets. Alternatively you can take over the lease for the whole property. 2 bedrooms, Unfurnished, $400 per week.

Chill and easy going, like to keep things (mostly) tidy. Don't mind keeping to myself or socialising, love a few drinks on the weekends, not looking for a party house. Here in Melbourne to study economics at RMIT, but also working casually (25hrs) in the city during the week. Able to bring some of my own furnishings. Prefer a longer term stay (~1 year +).

Hello, I am working as an emergency doctor at AUSTIN hospital. I am currently doing research and preparation for coming Clinical test. I am quiet and mostly stay in room. I normally live in BACCHUS Marsh and so I will be away most of the time. I may need to come home late depending on my shifts. No pet, no smoking. But enjoy Beer once a month or so. Thanks for considering.
I´m from Mexico and I´ve been living in Melbourne for 8 months already. I´ll stay here until March and I´m looking for a place till then. I´m looking to live with someone that is preferably full time worker, organized and that likes to have a bit of fun as well. I like to go out for drinks, dinner, movies and outdoor activities, but I also enjoy quiet nights during week days.
I am pretty easy going and laidback! I love cooking and baking, im clean, tidy and pretty organised. I love animals but don't have any pets of my own! I'm currently working at Jb Hi Fi, and teach dancing/dance casually myself. Happy to chat but also happy keeping to myself! Grew up in Melbourne and still studying and working here now
This place is in the perfect location! Its an 8 minute walk to Heidelberg station and just a 1 minute walk to the main strip Burgundy street, where there's a Coles, heaps of cafes and gyms. We have fiber to the curb internet going at 90mbps, so if you game or stream Netflix, lag and picture quality will never be a problem. The place has gas water heating and gas stove top, which makes things that little bit cheaper. It is also a gated block of townhouses, so its nice and secure. Now to the bedrooms: Room 1 is giant, it can fit a queen bed, a large desk, a couch and a tv down there! It is located at the bottom of the house where is doesn't get direct sunlight which means it remains quite cool even in summer. And then up 4 stairs from your room door you essentially have your own bathroom. Room 2 is also quite spacious and can fit a queen bed and a desk. It is south facing so its fairly cool in summer but without being too cold in winter. And it's a very quiet room. This room shares a bathroom with the top floor room.
Hello there. I am seeking a home to share with community minded, creative beings who are interested in co-creating a peaceful, harmonious, easy-going, tidy, respectful, loving and nurturing space together. I am currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and as well completing my Kundalini Yoga training program. My hobbies and interests are in : spirituality, philosophy, healing, well-being (meditation, yoga, nutrition, kirtan, natural therapies, etc..), conscious dance, sacred music, films, art, reading, being in nature, eating out, travel, singing and pretty much any workshop or book on self-development that allows me to learn more about myself, others and improve who I am as a person. I am honest, mature and respectful of others space, and also seeking the same from others. I am also drug and alcohol free, and would prefer a home of open, authentic, conscious connections and communication with one another. I am not fussed about living with others who enjoy a wine over a meal, but definitely not interested in a party house. I am interested in a quiet space where I can study, as well as, re-charge and unwind. I would enjoy a conversation, meal or outing with fun-loving housemates every so often. As well as a tidy space, where we all contribute in keeping the environment clean and tidy for all. A home near public transport services is a necessity, preferably train and tram services. An unfurnished room and additional storage space would be ideal. I am vegan and would prefer a vegan and/or vegetarian household. I have lived with meat-eaters before though that are respectful and understanding. I also volunteer in assisting with and marketing events within the conscious Melbourne community, as well as activism for the welfare and rights of animals. I am more than happy to live with cats, and the more the merrier :)
Short walk to Austin/Mercy hospitals, train to central Melbourne (Hurstbridge line), buses (including to LaTrobe University). Lots of wonderful eating places in vibrant Heidelberg. I especially love Leos supermarket. Huge area of river parkland with bike and walking paths 5 minutes walk away. . Room in an older flat, first floor, modern separate kitchen, large living area opening onto a balcony with views. Quiet development in high position, lovely gardens, with owner residents. Built in storage space, double bed. Happy for flexible arrangement for hospital workers or visitors. Will consider people wanting minimum of 3 nights a week accommodation or periodic full time stays. Students are welcome (I have hosted international students in the past). FREE internet and bills, continental breakfast (self serve) included.

We are two high-school friends from QLD both working part time and studying full time at La Trobe. Our lease runs out in February next year and we are looking for somewhere else to move as we will not be renewing our current lease. We're both easy going, clean and respectful humans. When we're not studying or working we like to watch some Netflix and have a cheeky Bev or 3 and play some cards. Shoot us a message if you have two rooms that would suit or would be keen to find a place to start our own share house :)

My name is Sreten, male-strait, pensioner, 66. I am well mannered and educated, clean and tidy, having a GSOH, good cook, vegan, religious, mostly quite, but I would sing in my room some Gospel hymns and song. I am originally from Macedonia and am here quite long. I could work a few days in the week, but sometime more. I very sensitive for the other people, space, privacy and feeling, because I lived quite long in a shared accommodation. I would do gardening for free, but would not refuse to be paid, as well. Kind regards
Hey Flatmaters! I'm Emily-Rose, a 30-year-old Communications professional who likes counteracting all the chocolate I eat with gym sessions and pole dancing classes. I'm a Melbourne local, and have a big and varied group of friends so I spend most weekends out socialising. I adore pets, and would ideally like to adopt a 'lil kitty in my future place, but would be fully responsible for the important things like keeping it alive. I'm looking to move in mid-late January, and am fully house trained. I've lived in both great and awful sharehouses in the past, so I know exactly what I'm looking for in the housemate department. Hopefully that's you! I tend to be more comfortable with women, but am open to everyone so long as you're not an awful human being and you like to have a chat every now and again 😊 My future home will be relatively new (i.e. mama wants a dishwasher), with lots of natural light, and preferably close to a park. I have minimal household stuff outside of my bedroom, but would happily invest in some big-ticket items if needed. I'm also very interested in hiring a cleaner once every 2-4 weeks to take the biggest burden off the household stuff. If this all seems good to you I hope to hear from you soon!
I am an electrical engineer migrating to Australia. Will be doing part time jobs initially to cover my expenses. I respect others privacy and expect the same. Easy going, friendly and understanding.
I'm a bright and cheerful 22 year old who is very clean and friendly! I like to hang out but also like to keep to myself a lot too. I am not a party person, I like to spend a quiet night in and go to bed early. I am studying Psychology at RMIT and I work in admin/reception 1-2 days per week. I'm looking for reliable people who are clean and respectful to live with for at least 6 months.
Quite, clean, easy going & working full time in finance - starting a new position in the city. Out cycling or running most evenings, Usually out of Melbourne Friday to Monday so you may not see a lot of me :) Have a awesome dog Charlie who joins me on all these things but needs an enclosed yard for work hrs. I have only had Charlie for 5 months and whilst she is completely house trained and has a sweet nature she is unsocalised with other dogs. Also need a little storage space for 3 bikes and some outdoor gear like skis. Have great references from previous house shares provided on request. Please don't hesitate to contact with any questions.
I am a very spontaneous and outgoing person who loves to hang out and get to know people! I love spending my time going to gigs and watching live music whilst having a bev and just having a good time. I also love going to markets and going on day trips such as hiking or exploring nature. Next year I will be working as a nurse whilst also balancing my hospitality job. Therefore I do work very inconsistent shifts and often come home late especially after night shifts, but I promise I’m quiet! I’m neat and tidy and I always clean up after myself and will help around whenever I can. I’m easy to get along with and very chill. I’m also very respectful of personal space and downtime. Let me know if you’d like to know more!
I am super clean, quiet during the week, and social on the weekends. Originally from Wangaratta, so sometimes I go home on weekends. Just your typical young professional looking to move closer to work.

I like having my own space to crash but still enjoy being sociable and being able to catch up. Non-smokers preferred. Totally fine with pets as I love animals. Would prefer LGBT friendly too. I am looking for one or two people to share with for 6 to 12 months. Send me a message if you are interested
