Hey guys, my name is Eva and I'm 22 years old. I am from Munich, Germany and I will be studying at UQ for a semester. I can't wait to be living and studying in Brisbane, but I have never been there. I love going out and doing sports, so flatmates with similar interests would be nice, so we can do stuff together and explore the city :D . If you know anything or are interested, let me know ! Cheers !
I'm very clean and tidy around the house and always respectful of those I live with..working 2 jobs and studying does not leave me much time for partying but I do enjoy a drink or two every so often..
I study maths at UQ and I'm a pretty social person - I enjoy going to the beach and going out, and I also love chilling and watching netflix. I also can respect privacy and value time alone as well as keeping my room and house clean. I'm looking for a place with fun people who can be respectful but are also keen to hang out and/or have drinks on the occasion
Very outgoing happy and bubbly person! I live a very active and healthy lifestyle however love the occasional wine. I enjoy coming home to a relaxing household and am very conscious of other people's space and privacy. I clean up after myself and love a chat :) I'm looking for a room with an ensuite or that has own bathroom.
Hey I'm Markos and I am on the hunt for a new home as my current housemate is leaving me for overseas. I work full time as a service engineer which involves lots of travel around Queensland during the week but also an occasional day working from home. I'm quite easy going, friendly and like to keep tidy especially in common areas. I'm hoping to find a new housemate that is the same
WHAT: PLACE IN A DOUBLE ROOM WHEN: now - 19/02/2017 (or longer if you want) WHERE: East Brisbane, Fisher St PRICE: $150/week, bond $300, bills included, free Internet & free cleaning An unusual opportunity has just arisen in one of the MOST FAMOUS STUDENT HOUSE in Brisbane! It is also possible to take over the entire room - price negotiable! The common area, kitchen, toilets, lounge, hallways and yards are being cleaned three times a week by our lovesome housemaid that also supplies the house with all essential kitchen- and toilet-like products. The kitchen is full equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, blender, literally everything. A bus stop is literally 30s away that can get you directly to the CBD really fast (184, 185, 210, 212). There’s a massive parking on the property (for about 7 cars - currently there’s only one parked), BBQ area is on the backyard and we have a really nice front yard with a table and some chairs. Looking for a place to call my home. I'm quiet, easy going and keep to myself, although I don't mind an occasional drink on the weekend. I like to listen to music, but I have headphones if its too loud. If you would like to live with me please let me know.
I am an easy going and clean person to live with. Happy to have my own space or socialized. I understand that after a long day at work you might want to be left alone. I work full time, non smoker and enjoy an occasional drink or two. Looking to get somewhere to move in mid January. The budget is negotiable depending on the location and also if I could have a covered parking for my car. I wouldn't mind an unfurnished or furnished place as I have items in storage that I could use if the place is unfurnished or I am more than willing to bring in some furniture or appliance from my storage if required.
Hi I'm alex from dallas Texas have a car, job and kitten and I plan to settle in Brisbane. Im clean and friendly and respectful. Open minded and happy
I'm a software engineer working in the city. I enjoy cycling to work, being social, being active, eating healthy (ish), cooking/eating foreign food. Dabble in a little sketching/painting occasionally. Love boardgames and will clean bathrooms and toilets!
I am in my late 20s and have recently graduated. I like to keep it to myself most of the times and also respect others privacy, but that certainly doesn't mean that I am not up for a chat sometimes. A non smoker, not quite a party person and yes, NOT pet friendly either. I like to keep the house clean but not too finicky, so a relaxed person to stay with. I like to cook and happy to share the food(eat it at your own risk though :D). Looking for a place to share with no more than two people.
We have one room available in our awesome share house. Our house is like a family, we love getting together for family dinners, board games, backyard fires and a few drinks. It is 5 minutes walk from Woolloongabba station, Coles, Jetts gym, Dan Murphys and some restaurants and bars. There are 8 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have one big living room, a veranda and a nice grassy backyard with a vegie garden. The kitchen is big with enough space for cooking and lots of fridge and cupboard space. The rent is $150 per week with all included (unlimited wireless internet, electricity, gas, water). Bond is $600. The room can come furnished with a bed and a desk. The move in date is ideally around the 1st of January, however this can be flexible, say a little before Christmas, if needed. Everyone is between 24-31 years old. We are a friendly house but we also keep our own space as well. Although 8 people is a lot, we are a suprisingly functional house! With everyone having different jobs and work hours, it means we are all home at different times, so it is still possible to have your own space! Please contact myself (Michelle) via text with a little bit about yourself and to arrange to take a look and to meet the other housemates.
I'd describe myself as both friendly and outgoing (but also respectful of others privacy). I love cooking and meal preparation due to the "always on call" aspect of being a wardsman. I'm pretty tidy and very minimistic/chilled and I enjoy gaming/design/fitness and the generic nerd stuff. I'm also the executive treasurer for the QUT Weightlifting club so I'm pretty good with money - so missing rent will never be a worry :) Come from Cleveland line and am looking to get closer to work/QUT. I also cook a mean classic style carbonara pasta. Like really it's crazy good.
Hey my name Zac sparrow I'm 24 and a full time plasterer. I'm looking for a room somewhere around Brisbane would prefer a house with a couple guys rather than an apartment but will have a look at anything. I don't mind a bit of banter and a beer on the weekend, I'm pretty easy going will get along with just about anyone. Swing us a message if you want to know anything or you think I'd suit your place
Clean, easy-going, reliable 24 year old female who has a love for wellness and living a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy meeting new people and socialising as well as having time to myself. I am open-minded and fun!
Easy going mature lady (non-smoker) seeking furnished room in Bne around Yeronga, Annerley, East Brisbane areas. I prefer an en-suite or own-use bathroom although this is not a killer. I will need accommodation from beginning of January. I respect peoples' need for space and generally keep to myself, but I also enjoy a glass of red and a great conversation - so it would be great to find like minded flatties (male or female). I will need to be within easy walking distance of train and bus routes as I will not have a vehicle initially. Also very much hoping to find somewhere with reasonable access to a park for runs/walks. I am studying (USQ) but will also be job seeking (please note that I am self supported financially).
Hi I'm Amanda and I'm moving from Townsville to Brisbane in January 2017. I've just finished my internship and I'm making the move to the big smoke of Brisbane to work at Redland Hospital. I would consider myself outgoing and down to earth, as well as a bit of a social butterfly (when I'm not slaving away at work). I'm looking for housemate(s) who are respectful of communal areas and don't need reminding on how to be a good housemate.
My name is Grant. I am a 48year old. I am a fairly quiet & reserved type of person. I am friendly & respectful of others but I do tend to keep to myself. I am neat and tidy, and I do clean up after myself. I work full time in South Brisbane. I don't drink, I don't smoke and I don't party or do drugs of any kind. I am fairly fit because I do a lot of walking and skating (roller & skateboard). I try and get to the skating rink at least twice a week.......more if I am able :) BTW I am gay if that matters at all. I am looking for a studio, granny flat or one bedroom flat preferably within 10kms of the city with easy access to public transport (train & bus). I don't have any furniture so a furnished place would be nice. I would also need internet (preferably wifi) because I spend a lot of time online. Air-conditioning is nice as well. The last couple of places that I have rented have had everything (power, wifi etc.) included in the rent & even though it probably costs a little more I don't mind cause it's easier. If you have a place that you think would suit me then please don't hesitate to contact me.

Hi peeps. Got a guy moving out of our sharehouse in East Brisbane. It's a cosy little room hence the super low price tag, but can comfortably fit everything you'd need. The house itself is an old Queenslander so is showing its age a bit however does have a new kitchen and bathroom. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. There is an awesome bunch of guys living here at the moment who are super friendly blokes ☺ Everyone is in their early mid-20s and gets along well! The rest of the house is full furnished and ready to go. If you do have your own furniture then happy to move things out if you want to deck out the place with your won stuff – same goes for decorations :D Looking for people who like to contribute to a household, act like adults when it comes to rent and cleaning and who are respectful towards others. Bond is 4x rent, internet is free, electricity bills are split between everyone, but usually sit around $5 a week once you break it down. If this tickle’s your fancy then lettuce snow via a msg. Peace
