Hi guys. So we have to move out of our place by the 14th of July but have a room empty so thought we may put it up if anyone needs some cheap short term accomodation. Lovely room mates, lovely house... I say again - ROOM IS SHORT TERM ENDING ON THE 13/7. The room is fully furnished, along with the house (pics of the room are unfurinshed but room does come with queen bed, desk, wardrobe, linen, etc Despite the short term will still need to grab bond off you. Not to keen on giving people tours of the house... if you're keen to move in let us know, if you're keen to just 'check it out' then sorry we don't have time for that. Cheers
Hi guys and gals. A couple is moving out of this lovley big house on the 9/7 so as a result their room is up for rent. The room is medium in size and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, linen etc etc so is all ready to go. The house also is already decked out with all the essentials such as fridges, tv, plates, washing machine etc…. you get the idea. A turn key share house so to speak! The room is $170 however if I think you would be a good fit for the house I may be negotiable. Currently in the house there is a French girl who just just landed in Australia who will be working, and a Columbian guy who is here studying English and 3 guys from Nepal who are all chefs. Mixed bag! Back to the house… The lounge room is huge, kitchen is neat and clean and while there is only 1 bathroom, the toilet is separate to it making accommodating 5+ people easy. There is a nice back yard to hang out in to catch some sunrays, while under the house there is room to park a car and perhaps even set up a pool table or something along those lines… The house is located on Latrobe Street in East Brisbane. It is within walking distance to an IGA, and is 300m down the road from the cheapest/best sushi this side of town… I think anyways :p There are 4 bus stops with a 5 min walk of the front door as well. Unlimited cable Internet is included in the rent as is the water. Electricity and gas will be split between everyone in the house. Budgeting $7 - $10/week is a good average to go off depending on the time of year. Looking for people who are clean, respectful and have their shit together basically. 4 weeks rent for bond is a must. If you don’t have it then perhaps I can let you pay it to me over a few weeks, however I would have to make that call after I’ve met you. No min stay, obviously the longer the better. 2 weeks notice is all I ask if you are to move out. Keen to get people in as close to the 9/7 as possible however happy to hold a room for a week for a person who I think would be a good fit. Please don’t ask to move in 4 weeks after the move out date… that’s just rude ;( Shoot me a msg in you’re interested ☺ Peace PS: IF YOU ARE READING THIS THEN THE ROOM’S ARE STILL AVAILABLE (not shouting… promise)

I am an honest, respectable, good humored young woman looking to move into a place where it is clean and easy going with like minded flatmates I work and go to the gym throughout the week but live for the weekends
Looking ahead to see what is available at the end of July. Riding distance to QUT is a must. Preferably furnished. Will be staying for a minimum of 6 months. About me: I'm in my second year of engineering at QUT, play the violin socially and am currently on the hunt for a new job. At home you'll most likely find me hanging around the kettle waiting for the water to boil with my headphones on. Most importantly I'm easy to get along with and appreciate a clean home. If you think I'd be a good fit, send a message !

Hey I'm 24 studying Psychology full time at Griffith and working part time. I've been living on the Gold Coast my whole life about to move to Brisbane for a change. I'm very easy going, laid back, clean, considerate and not a massive party animal. I do like my own privacy and space but I definitely prefer to be friends not strangers with who I live with. Would ideally like to live with people around the same age as me :)
ALL BILLS are covered in the rent and internet. All you have to pay is the one payment a week. Unlimited Internet which also comes with fetch tv (netflix) We get the lawn mowed fortnightly so no garden work has to be done. One room available in a three bedroom spacious Queenslander. The rooms are individually rented but the rent includes all bills. Looking for someone between the age of 23 - 30. It's located in the suburb of East Brisbane which is the suburb right next to Woollongabba and Kangaroo Point so very central and easy to get anywhere. The house is on a busy road but is not noisy. The room available is largest room in the house. The rest of the house is pretty much furnished. The house has a deck and huge backyard, air-con in the common room. Under the house is an open area enough for a car and plenty of storage space. Looking for someone who will feel an equal to the house as well as the space shared among the housemates. Looking for a clean person in the shared rooms and is respectful and considerate of all living there. I'm not looking for someone who parties and drinks every night but is keen to socialise and have fun on weekend. There is a bus stop right out the front and about a 15min walk from the Woolloongabba bus stop and Gabba Central which has a Coles, Bottle shop and Jetts Gym. There is an IGA down the road, mister Fitz, donut time and many more great food places and of course the Gabba stadium, very close to the city and valley. You must like dogs as a 4yr old Border Collie lives on the property unfortunately we can't take any more animals. He doesn't bark at all and is well trained. Not your average border collie in fact he is a mummy's boy so don't count on him to protect you. I'm a 24 year old full time worker. I start my mornings at 5.30am at the gym and end it at the dog park. I enjoy wine, cheese and movies however pretty quite and chill during the week. The other girl who lives here is 29 year old who is studying and works. She is also into her fitness. My housemate and I aren't here too often and respect each other's space so there is still a chance of scoring the house to yourself. The house is very spacious it doesn't feel like you are sharing it with two other people or stepping on each other. No smokers or drug users If you have any questions please ask.
Close to the Gabba, public transport at doorstep, 2min walk to bus stop. Restaurants, cafe and supermarket all at walking distance. 5 mins to the brisbane city centre. Complex is very quite. Own bedroom and own bedroom in the townhouse.
I'm a nurse working full time. I also having a baking business on the side (I promise I'll let you eat the leftovers). I love living in a clean house and can pretty much get along with any one. I grew up in Brisbane so enjoy socialising with friends and family but happy to hang out with housemates as well!
Hey hey! We are renting out a room in a very cool, very cozy, very spacious house in East Brisbane - so close to Southbank, the bus stops, the Gabba central complex and alll the good cafes! For rent is an empty bedroom, with built in cupboards, in our humble abode. The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom place. The bedroom up for grabs is upstairs and shares a bathroom with one other clean tidy (ect, ect,) housemate. The lucky person will be living with a fun female and 2 (kinda :P) magnificent male tenants. We are all 25 to 27 years old, and love weekend hangs, chilling out, movies, wine, champagne and a good cup of tea. We like to hang out together, but have some down time too! We are very friendly, and (we think) we are very funny, so looking for someone similar who will fit right in! We have recently lost a housemate, so in need of a couch (seriously, we will love you if you have a couch) - but have everything else you could possibly need. Just bring yourself and your bed! Enquire within! 🙂

Hey! I'll be looking for a new place to live at the start of JULY, I would love to meet some people who are looking to do the same, or have a room available. Both my roommates are moving on, one overseas and the other inner state to start her career. I work full time in Darra so I would like to stay south of the river, but still close enough to the city/valley. I wouldn't mind living with either male/s or female/s, as long as they are around the same age. Preferably no more than 2 roommates. I've got a few things for a share house, fridge, kitchen stuff, dining table n chairs, outdoor setting, etc. Avid Triple J listener that loves checking out gigs n festivals. I'm always keeping busy with catching up with mates n making plans. Love a cheeky bev on the weekends, and always down to have a chat after a long day at work. Keen to meet some new friends :) $175 or $195 bills included. Feel free to ask me anything !
G'day I'm 24 years old, work full time as an electrician around Brisbane, I also train most week nights and saturdays so I'm not home much at all. I try to live an active and healthy lifestyle, while also sneaking in some beers or a glass of red on occasion. I clean up after myself and pull my weight around the house and have been flat sharing for quite a while now. would ideally like to live with similar minded, motivated and friendly housemates who like to keep a fairly clean house. People who are up for a chat or a beer or the odd beach trip. Unfortunately I will be in Bali from July 14th till August 6th. and need to be out of my place by the following weekend. I'm hoping that i could line something up and move the week i get back so im not having to pay two lots of rent while away, but may consider for the right place. cheers!

I’m a non-smoking, no-pets, no kids, middle-aged and young-at-heart, Canadian/Australian female, tidy, responsible, friendly/sociable yet also respectful of others’ living space. I've lived in a lot of sharehouses in multiple countries and value easy-going, open communication. I'm a long-term Brisbane resident who's relocated back from Melbourne. Have worked professionally in the public and corporate sectors in QLD and overseas - currently on break from my part-time Master of Environment studies. My interests include yoga, swimming, cooking healthy meals, easy cycling/hiking, arthouse films, sustainability and community volunteering. Seeking a non-smoking, pet-free, kid-free household to share with 1 or 2 adults (couples OK). Unfortunately although I love dogs and cats, I'm allergic to both. I am interested in renting for at least 6 months. I have a car so would need either on-street parking or parking spot, if available. Prefer a relatively quiet household but I'm up for friendly chats, sharing an occasional meal/cuppa with housemates or watching TV (e.g. news, docco or The Simpsons). I don’t drink alcohol but am fine with my flatmates having the occasional drink. Move-in date flexible. References available.
