I am very easy going and have a personality that most people enjoy being around! I work a lot so especially night work as I am in security! My goals are to be a cop! I enjoy company and a cold beer when I get the chance but lately the chances are sliming as I work most nights haha When I get time off I have a few hobbies, one is scuba diving! Currently completing my dive masters and I also ride a bike, if there is no room to store it then so be it its all good I'll leave it behind, my time I get to go for a ride is thinning anyway haha 😅 So more or less I am clean and tidy and very respectful and deadly honest! Sometimes it doesn't work in my favour being very honest and upfront but I believe it's a good quality! I will need somewhere until at least October then maybe more after that depending on the police force progress! Cheers
Hey guys :) My name is Cha, I am 24 years old and I am from France :) I am desperately looking for a place to stay. Anywhere is fine, as long as it isn't far from the city (work is near the city). I study Sport and Recreation at the moment. I love sport (running is my thing but I like to practise other sport). I like to party but always out (don't really want to live in a party house). I am always keen for a chat, a glass of wine, to go exploring Brisbane or around and to meet new people :) Looking forward to meeting my new housemates !!
BORN IN BRISBANE, NOT BANGALORE.... ;) (I've actually got a Fiji-indian background) Marketing executive (professional) who likes hanging out, having my own time and engaging in great conversations. I'm clean, pull my weight around the house and respectful of your possessions. Will be your Netflix buddy, drinking buddy and all round rad dude to have around. I'm fairly easy to get along with and am known to make people laugh and smile. Would like a place with a friendly atmosphere so can come home for a chat at the end of the day. Essentially would be nice to have more of a home that just a room to sleep in.

My names Maddy. I'm 28 years old and work in retail. I'm friendly and easy to get along with and respect others privacy and space. I do also love my quiet time.
I compliment an easy-going housemate dynamic. for the past 18 months I've shared a great home with 2 amazing guys but it's time to look ahead and find someplace new. I am quite content with my own company and have interests from social dancing to cooking fresh food, to binging on movies and occasionally getting out & reconnecting with nature in the great outdoors. I love having people's company but I also enjoy just chilling out and keeping it pretty low-key. I value respectful co-living habits but pretty much get along by being relaxed, funny (occasionally) and being open-minded. I should add that my preference would be living in a non smoking household.

Love watching a bit of footy but also enjoy home and away :P. Looking for a place somewhere around the city, pretty flexible with locations. Looking for relaxed and outgoing people who also don't mind having a couple drinks on the weekend.
Looking for a new roomie to join our east Brisbane home, ideally we would like someone sociable, clean, respectful and fun to be around. The house is fully furnished, but any new additions are welcome. This is a great spot, walking distance to the ferry, local IGA and pubs, plus less than $10 uber to the valley/city.
Hey, My name's Jay and I'm a 21 y/o student looking for a new home around inner Brisbane. I'm a graphic design student studying at Griffith. Big fan of hanging out and tend to go out a fair bit, so if you're similarly inclined, that's awesome. That being said I am also well aware of the importance of quiet time and can easily respect your needs for it. I love my music and dabble on the guitar, as well as illustrating for my hobbies. self-sufficient, clean and tidy for the most part and can appreciate that in a household. Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers.
Hey Mates, My name is Kevin and I am from Germany. After I passed my Bachelor Degree I have worked the last three years in a full-time job to save money to realise my dream of studying and living in Brisbane. I am going to do a full-time Master Degree here at QUT. Therefore, I am looking for a furnished, modern apartment/room close to QUT Gardens Point campus. What do you get? Let me tell you something about me. I am German, I am a social, friendly and humorous guy who likes to meet new people and spend time with them. I am always tidy and set value on a clean room/flat. It must not be sterile but I want to live in a clean and decent home. I am definitely not noisy but like to have flatmates who respect when I have to learn or need some rest. During my free time, I love to spend my time out of the door. This means that I like to do a lot of sports. I play football and soccer, like to go out for a run/hike and to have a BBQ with friends. I am a member of a local sports club here in Brisbane and love to attend at some social activities at uni. I am always open-minded to new things and want to spend time with you and other new friends. I want to have fun and a great time with you! Another interest is my affection to travel and to see something of the impressive, scenic environment and places here in Australia. I love to travel around, explore new places, do some trips and have an adventure! If you share the same bias, awesome! I would love to fill every minute I can afford with memorable moments! However, I am really motivated to do a great job at uni. During the semester, I work hard to get good grades. Thus, I will spend a lot of time in the library or in my room during busy days. If you want some time for yourself or want to learn together, get some advice or stuff like this I am open minded. I am not only looking for some nice flatmates, I am also looking for friends. That means for me to learn something about you, to help you and to spend some time with you and the other mates. From my point of view, it would be great if we have the same interests and can do something together. I would especially love to live with some locals to learn something about you, your culture and get in the touch with real Aussies. Do you like my personal description? Do not hesitate to contact me! I have lived the last months at Kangaroo Point and looking to move in into my new home around the 12th of June. I am convinced that we can have a great time together! If you share the same point of view it would be great to get an inspection. My current contract runs out at the 12th of June. Therefore, I am looking to move in around this date! I would love to get a message from you! :) I am looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers Kevin
Hi folks! I hail from Sydney originally, have spent a year on the west coast and have decided now is the time for Brisbane! I'm 25, a non smoker, enthusiastic about wine but otherwise not a big drinker or partier. Lover of cooking, eating, talking about and purchasing food. LOVE animals and would be thrilled to babysit yours if you find yourself on a weekend jaunt. I'm looking for an established home with friendly, genuine people. I respect everyones need for privacy and quiet time, but also love to have a chat and hear about your day. the important stuff: I would be needing a furnished room. I don't need much, just a bed and perhaps a set of drawers if the room doesn't have a built in robe. I am a bartender who is moving east with no car, the house or apartment would need to be as close as possible to the valley, as this is likely where I will be doing most of my work. Look forward to hearing from you!
Room (pictured) has air con, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe, TV point and city views. Is unfurnished (although can supply bed by negotiation). House is recently renovated, rear deck with nice breezes and small enclosed back yard. Off street parking in the driveway. 100m walk to bus stop city bound, short walk to cafe's and restaurants in the 'Gabba' precinct. Rent includes gas and electricity and is payable fortnightly in advance. Must be non-smoker.
I grew up in Colorado in the US and my boyfriend, Royce, is from Brisbane. We're both skydivers and met in the US last year when Royce was on a long holiday for skydiving. He works full time and I moved here just a few weeks ago so I'll be looking for work soon. We're pretty laid back during the week, we like to go to the beach or go for a bike ride and cook dinner at home. And during the weekends we'll spend most of our time up on the Sunny Coast skydiving, camping, surfing, wakeboarding. We're both clean and respectful flatmates so no worries there :) Three months would be the minimum stay (it'll likely be longer); but we may possibly relocate due to work so we'd love a place that's a bit flexible with the length of stay! Thank you!
The date 8 June is flexible. My 19 year old daughter arrives from the UK 5 June for 4 weeks. We will be away for at least two weeks during her stay. In addition to securing an ideal granny flat or private room I would also be interested in the option to rent a room which would be used for occasional use inbetween my cooking assignments outside of Brisbane. I have been offered assignments away from Brisbane which I will consider if a room for storage of my belongings and occasional use, 4/6 nights monthly, can be secured. Personal info: I am a home owner overseas and understand the importance of mutual respect and privacy. Also to respect and care for the property of others. I am a youthful, non smoking mature lady with a positive outlook. Known for thinking ahead and for being considerate. I am Aussie born and raised having returned to Brisbane after living overseas for 30 years. I am a semi retired chef with lots of private work in Brisbane. I love the arts, outdoors, live music, dancing, history, various sports and meeting people. I am not overly keen on argumentative people.
I'm a book-worm, a dancer, a gym-goer, a hard worker and a traveller. I'm looking to bring my own desk, bed and bookshelf when I move. I'm open to moving to suburbs other than the ones I've listed as long as they have good public transport into the city.
I see myself as a respectful, quiet and easy going person. Respect others privacy and enjoy my own. Happy to have a drink / eat out whenever. Love animals but don't own any pets myself. I'm a very joyful person who loves to have a laugh. Enjoys sport and play on weekends. Also play a bit of games in my downtime. Working full time in E-commerce and would like to move somewhere more convenient. Looking to move out within may sometime.
Hey there! I'm Sarah, austrian traveller who wants to settle down in Brisbane for a while! I'm looking for a nice place to stay for up to 6 months with immediate start! I've been in Brisbane for a month now and used to live in Annerley the last 3 weeks. Unfortunaetly I have to leave this place bc the owner moves to Goldcoast. I'm working as a waitress in a restaurant at Eagle Street Pier which means I have a weekly income and so I could pay rent weekly or fortnightly. I'm hardly at home as I work fulltime and mostly until 11/12pm. I'm a tidy, honest and easy going person. I like cooking, music, reading books and love travelling. I like going for a run, doing yoga and going out for a drink every now and then. Greets Sarah
**PLEASE NOTE** We're looking for two housemates, ideally, two people move in at the same time and we're all sweet. HOWEVER, if we get one person first, the rent will be $150 per week PLUS bills, just until we get another person in, after that, it'll be $140 per week bills included. Cheers! We've just started moving into this property but due to a change in circumstances with one of our flatmates, we're short a person! The house is a lovely place. The yard is fully fenced and I have a cattle dog that will be on the property (she's a big baby!). The house is literally a walk to the Gabba and right in the city so it'd be perfect for students or people working in the CBD. Close to a lot of public transport but off the main road so it's not noisy, and there's off-street and on-street parking available. We've included the real estate pictures and will update with pictures of the rooms on Saturday when we move in. (Alternatively, you're welcome to drop round to check out the place while we're moving in)
