I'm a single scientist/health professional/student with a very sweet cat looking for an established share house to move into. I'm a full-time post-grad molecular biotech researcher at QUT plus work in a sleep clinic part-time. I'm fairly nerdy and love board & video games, watching horror movies, fitness, cooking & baking, traveling and enjoying a few ciders. I'm hoping to move in with people I get along and can hang out with but I'm also respectful of privacy and like to have my own down-time. I've lived in share houses for a while and I am tidy without being obsessive and appreciate open & honest communication. Ideally I'm looking for a long term home and to sign a lease. My cat Pepperoni is a senior girl who loves to snuggle and be around people but can be shy at first. She gets along great with other animals if they're also laid-back and are happy to give her space if she needs it.
I'm an international student, looking for a nice place to stay for this year. I like to keep things organized and clean, and I'm always up to help and do different activities.
Hey all, I’m Trinity a 26 y/o male kiwi living is brissy :).im clean and tidy happy to take turns cooking dinners etc. I’m happy to team up with any age or gender :) I work full time as shop fitter. I also come with my 18 month old blue staffy! Dakoda,I usually leave koda outside during the day.and inside once I’m home.he will bring you the most joy every time you see him smile :). We are active most days, enjoy food and social beers!. We make a great pair to live with as we like to be social but also do enjoy our own space.
In my spare time, outside of the ordinary, I tutor university students on a private basis, trade online, read and occasionally unwind by playing games. During summer I’m always keen to get outdoors and down to the beach, I certainly love backpacking overseas too. I’m clean and happy to put into the house I’m a part of but most importantly want to get to know those around me – Being a part of a house with a somewhat social atmosphere would be cool. Overall, I’m wanting to move into a place that is a bit better value for money than where I am, while still being within riding distance to work, with some (hopefully) great people!

Hi! My name is Eve, 26 years old, from the Netherlands. I have been in Australia since September 2017 and I am planning to stay for another year. I have been living in Brisbane since January and work full time in several clothing stores, currently running a store in DFO. Back in the Netherlands I worked as HR manager. I am a social person and love people around me, but also love being by myself. I'm easy going, flexible and keep my living space clean. I love traveling and would like to travel through Asia, Africa, South America and Europe after Australia. During my stay in Australia I still want to see the Outback and the West Coast. Other than that I'm interested in psychology, music, fashion, running... What else would you like to know? :)
I'm a transitioning healthcare professional into the business sector and looking for a place just on the outskirts of Brisbane city. I am also (by some miracle) completing my masters at QUT. Like most, I do like time to myself, but when I'm not 'busy' being alone or at work I'm either exercising, dancing, heading down to the beach or just having a nice chilled session with my mates. I'm generally a clean person and just very flexible with things in life. I love a good conversation too! And look, if you like curry I can get my mum to make you some killer ones. Just putting it out there.
I will be starting full time work in Feb 2019 as an accountant. I am a friendly and sociable person who loves hanging out with my friends but also loves some alone time! I love sport and fitness and typically have netball commitments around 2-3 nights a week. I'm a big traveller and love going on adventures with friends. I'm looking to live somewhere close to the city with good public transport options. If we sound like a good fit, would love to have a chat :)

"It's like living in Pinterest " - a very excited visitor said this morning :) Come live in a beautifully renovated award-winning heritage listed estate, one of Brisbane's first built homes (but don't be fooled, we have all the modern trappings). This is an oasis - a peaceful inner city location, steps from city centre amongst a lovely eclectic mix of professionals and students - mostly female but a few males do live here. Some of us work full time, and some of us are studying our Bachelors, Masters or PhD - a mix of everything! Although it's a large house, it's never chaotic or crowded as it's spread out in 4 wings and designed very tastefully for function and aesthetics. Not your typical share house so even though you share bathrooms, it's very nice and private. Everyone is quite independent, and does there own thing but always happy to catch up socially over a cup of tea or glass of wine. There are spacious areas to spread out and relax in the gardens, courtyard, lounge room, dining room, front lawns with gorgeous city views, a stand alone pavilion on the front lawn with comfy couches, tables and TV, 3 kitchens, 20 bedrooms, and 10 bathrooms through the entire house. You can access WIFI internet everywhere on the property which is free and included in your rent. This is an excellent place to live, to meet like minded people, network and socialise or just relax. We have a bus stop right at the front gate to take you into the City or Southbank and there is a ferry stop at Mowbray Park just across the road. We are a few minutes walk to IGA grocery store, Spoon cafe, Light coffee shop, best sushi in town is Sushi Kutobuki, fish & chips, noodles, Thai, even Mister Fitz ice cream and Doughnut Time (dangerous). Perhaps you've seen our famous Happy Tree that lights up every Friday and Saturday night? It's truly magical. Everyone is in awe when they come to our house, why don't you stop by and see for yourself!
This house is a beautifully renovated 2 story Queenslander with polished hardwood floors, large kitchen overlooking an outdoor deck that has a peaceful view of the garden with big leafy trees. The vibe is quiet, peaceful and chillaxed as are the awesome housemates. We are looking for genuinely respectful, clean, responsible, kind, and friendly housemates to fill our home. We all work full time but are willing to consider a mature student. Currently we are 2 males and 1 female. Female has her own private ensuite bathroom. We have 3 rooms available to rent - 1) Room upstairs - single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, bedside table. $210 per week including ALL BILLS. You'd share a modern, clean bathroom (toilet in separate room adjacent to bathroom with shower) with a one male flatmate who is nice, friendly and easy to get a long with. 2) Room downstairs - bigger in size. single bed, desk chair, wardrobe, bedside table. $230 per week including ALL BILLS. You'd share a modern clean bathroom with one male flatmate who is mature, relaxed and tidy. 3) Room upstairs - single bed, desk chair, wardrobe, bedside table. Ensuite bathroom - you don't have to share. $260 per week including ALL BILLS. Light, bright and airy. Beautiful room. The street is safe, quiet, well maintained, and convenient to walk to shops, grocery store, restaurants, bus stop at end of Lytton Rd, ferry stop across the street at Mowbray Park... 5-10 min drive over Story Bridge and you're right in the heart of CBD/Valley. The house is managed by the owner directly so you won't be dealing with an agency. Your bills are all included in the rent so no need to pay extra for internet, electricity water. Each room has a lock and you will receive your own set of keys for privacy to come and go as you please. There is no air con but each room has a ceiling fan. Off street parking available. We have onsite laundry and a designated drying area in the backyard garden. Downstairs there is a kitchenette area. Prefer non-smokers but smoking is allowed as long as it is outside of the house and well away from windows and doors. No pets sorry.

Safe, quiet and clean neighbourhood. A swimming pool and spa - perfect for Queensland Living! Bedroom 1 - Full sized bed - taken by a young couple (Polish and Colombian) Bedroom 2 - Single bed - AVAILABLE NOW Lounge - couch, coffee table, TV and table for 2 Kitchen facing pool
The flatmates are so nice and easy to communicate with. Everyone respects each other and able to share the bathroom, living room, kitchen and pool area with no issues whatsoever. House is managed directly by the lovely owner and her assistant (that's me! :) The rent includes all bills (electricity, water, gardening) which makes it so easy. There is on-site coin-operated laundry so it's very convenient. It's a few minutes walk to the post office, bottle-o, chemist, IGA grocery store and super central to get to CBD, Fortitude Valley or South Brisbane/South Bank. Across the street is the ferry (Mowbray Park) and a few bus stops right out front - all close by. The swimming pool is great for the warm weather - perfect to enjoy the Queensland sunshine :) Inner-city living in a nice, safe, quiet area yet so close to the action.
Hiya! I'm a happy, friendly individual looking for a laid back house to live. I'm quite shy and like to keep to myself most of the time, but enjoy going out on weekends too. I'm tidy and always clean up after myself. I'm currently looking for a new job, but have a consistent income from the government while job seeking. I'll likely spend a few nights a week at my boyfriend's house, and would be happy to pay more if he could stay a night or two per week. Thanks for taking the time to read! :)
