( maybe once a month or every 2) I am not a party animal at all nowadays but I am open to host social events sometimes 🌻 Open communication is also important to me as people and their live constantly change and so are their needs😊 would be great to create a space where we are able to share issues and concerns before they become too big ✨️ I need to be in the lease for burocratic reasons...and I am looking for a place where I can stay long term 🍓 I would prefer not to live with couples, And possibly not living with people who work from home all the time. With my hours and wake up times, you won’t have to worry about sharing common areas at peak times too much. I’m single currently and would discuss as a courtesy if that changed. Main passions are craft beer and football (soccer) events around Brisbane, along with time with friends. I usually only have a few quiet drinks a week.
