I don't smoke and like my place to be a welcoming place for guests and also for me and those I live with. In other words, a clean and tidy place with character and a homely feel. I lived in Japan for 7 years so I've lived with a lot of different people in share houses over the years I was there.
I am an active person and I am up pretty early most mornings and asleep quite early. I am tidy, not noisy, friendly (but will happily give you your space), would love to hang out and have a drink, am happy to be a workout buddy too.
