It is close to the airport, 2 min walk to train station (East Guildford stop on Midland line), and the Swan Valley. It’s a no through road so hardly any traffic except for neighbours who like to keep an eye on the street for everyone. Our neighbours are all unique and everyone knows each other. Shaded backyard is nice and front veranda we have completely renovated and garden looks lovely.

About Rove: Rove is a very loving and happy four year old Kelpie X. He gets excited when visitors come round but otherwise he's generally a calm boy. He gets along with other animals and is happy spending his time outside (he has previously only been allowed inside during storms, fireworks and winter nights) He's a lot of fun to have around and really just wants to be your best friend

i am an apprentice carpenter working 6 days a week as well as a casual bartender for ascot racecourse. i am into the car scene and always love working on my car or friends cars whether its new parts or maintenance. i have a 1 year old pupper named Baymax who is a rottweiler x black lab. i am almost working 95% of the time so am really looking for somewhere to be able to home too and know my pup is safe as well. i do enjoy having a drink with friends and sometimes a BBQ but nothing outrageous. i keep to myself most of time due to working so hard and just needing to rest sometimes.

So if this doesn’t suit any of the light sleepers then I’m not for you. I’m currently on the ketogenic diet, so prepare my meals every 2nd day if I’m not fasting. Therefore can’t drink alcohol until March 😭😭😂😂 Clean, tidy and pretty much keep to myself.
