New house just built in 2017. Great location 350m from Edithvale train station and 500m from the beach. The house itself is a two story unit, three bedrooms and 2 bathroom and 3 toilets plus a large decking area outside. Downstairs is my bedroom, main kitchen and a living room. The space I have available to rent is mainly the upstairs area which has a kitchenette (has a stove, sink and fridge), living area and two large bedrooms. Each bedroom has a built in robe and there is an additional large walk in storage area adjoined to the bedrooms. You'll be living with myself - David - I work part time in admin, I enjoy fishing, watching the footy and having a beer. I'm pretty quiet during the week and occasionally go for fishing trips on the weekend. I'm looking for a friendly housemate who's respectful and lives a pretty chilled lifestyle and does most of their socializing outside the house. I'm preferably looking for one person to fill one of the rooms upstairs (I'm not planning on filling the other room) but couples will be considered. Rent is $250 for singles and $350 for a couple this includes all bills (electricity, water, gas and unlimited internet).
Absolute Beachfront. 2 storey, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Updated, modern kitchen. Water-facing balcony above, water-facing deck below. Small courtyard in back. 3 minute walk to Edithvale train station and shops. One bedroom available. The room has a built-in closet. I can furnished with king single bed or double futon, though also you can bring your own bedroom setup if desired. The room will fit up to a queen size bed, two night stands, and a dresser. But if wanting also to fit a desk, you would need to go with a single or double bed. The beach is less than 100 meters from my front door. Don't even take a towel, go for a swim and come home to shower. I have two kayaks, plus lots of beach toys, towels, chairs, and shade that I am happy to share. My home is already fully furnished, while the bedroom provided can either be furnished or empty. Also, I can provide a bit of storage space. To keep it simple, bills are a flat fee of $30 additional per week to cover internet, landline phone, pay tv, gas, electricity, & water. Home features: Living area heating * Pay TV * Broadband Internet * Dishwasher * Clothes washer * Balcony, Courtyard * Water views

I am a very relaxed tidy person who is social likes to have people overbut also loves some down time relaxing or watching a movie. I do have a car so I would need some sort of parking. I'm happy to share or cook my own food would love to sit down catch up and have a meal with each other ever now and again. I also loving going out for brunch, lunch or dinner and exploring what Melbourne has to offer. I have a job at a nightclub on Saturday nights and Maccas in the cafe a few mornings a week. Please no cats (I'm allergic) but I'm fine dogs and love them! I am friendly and relaxed, I exercise most nights after work so often get home a little later around 7pm. I work as a graphic designer for T2 in Collingwood. I love to travel so I go on a trip or two a year aswell as weekends away. My boyfriend lives in Mount Martha so I visit him quite often on the weekends. Just looking for a place with good positive vibes, respectful tidy housemates and where I an feel at home :) I am clean and tidy but also pretty laid back.
I am a quiet, clean and respectful person who is employed full time and is aware of the complexities of sharing accomodation with others. I work in the public service in the justice sector. In my free time I like to watch films and sports, I also enjoy cooking and a glass of red or two. I am looking to move closer to bayside area of Melbourne to be closer to work and closer to the Mornington peninsula.
I'm a 19 year old girl looking to move out of home pretty soon. Currently working full time in the city - I wake up early to go to the gym and go straight to work from there, so am really only home in the evenings and go to bed super early during the week. On the weekends, I either do absolutely nothing and just relax and watch Youtube, or I'll go out for a few drinks or see my friends for lunch or coffee - caffeine addict by the way! I'm super independent and mature for my age, will not stuff my room mates around - I am very responsible with my money and respect the environment and people around me. I'm an introverted extrovert - Sometimes I love a chat and enjoy spending time with my friends and people around me but also really value my alone time - so can respect both types of people! Looking for relaxed, tidy and lovely roommates :) Also I love dogs so that would be a bonus
We are all extremely easy going, respectful, happy, young individuals who are great friends. Two of us are a couple who will share a room and the other two single male and female who would need a bedroom each. We are reliable, will pay upfront and are looking for long term lease. In need of 3-4 bedroom house ideally, but open to other property types if it's in the Kingston, Bayside, Frankston (Seaford area), Glen Eira area and under $700 we could be your future tenants. Please note: we aren't looking to share with other tenants and need a 3/4 bedroom place that is unoccupied, or soon to be. Thanks
organised and tidy, happy to help out with house work and gardening, easy going and have a kind fun nature. Very respectful of others and their space and am handy around the house. Work fulltime for the city of Glen Eira, moved to Australia 6 years ago from NZ. Enjoy the outdoors camping, fishing, beach and wildlife, as well i like animals.
I'm clean, tidy and respectful. Love a good conversation and understand personal space. Art and culture are very important to me and I love to fill a living space with both. Cooking and a glass of wine is how i spend most evenings, always happy to share. Hoping to create a happy/wholesome home environment with positive vibes. Looking to be super close to the beach!
I am quiet, would like nothing more than a quiet, safe place to call my own, and rest after working during the week. I have a daughter who I have every second weekend and some extra times, I can and currently manage this with one bedroom, this is not an issue. She is 3 and a half and is a very quiet, happy, placid sweet natured child who is extremely well mannered. I cook, and love coffee. I am also very clean and aware that in a share house it is paramount that this is the case because if not, this is how the system would fall down. I would love to live in harmony with anyone who is looking for a quiet, simple home.
Hi, I'm Tom who works for a local school full time in Mentone. I love playing tennis, mixed netball and basketball. I also enjoy watching sport and relaxing with family and friends.
I’m looking preferably for someone to team up with otherwise to share with one person. I’m very easy going and am also respectful, trustworthy, reliable, clean, always pay my rent and bills on time and would need someone with the same mindset. I’ve been sharing with 3 awesome people and while they don’t want me to leave it was only ever a short term stint for me while I house hunted after being transferred interstate for 12 months. I would like to share with someone nice who’s easy going with a good sense of humour, likes to have fun and is reliable, trustworthy and considerate with good vibes. No candle or incense burning people please. For teaming up I’m only interested in people wanting to pay at least $300pw for something. If you don’t want to pay that much then it won’t work as we’d be looking for properties of differing calibre. That doesn’t mean we won’t find something great that happens to be less. For moving in it’s important that the place is clean, in good condition and well-maintained throughout. Polished boards or other non-carpet floor covering in living areas, ac, dishwasher, proper blackout blinds or curtains, no skylights, and a garage or carport. In my spare time you’ll find me at the gym, out with friends, holed up in my room catching up on work / watching the tennis / mucking around on my phone, pottering around in the kitchen or trying to catch up on sleep. I love to cook and like to eat healthily for the most part. Happy to eat together or do our own thing. I have some furniture, TVs / DVD recorders, white goods, kitchenware etc if we need it but it can just as easily stay where it is - in storage at work. Flexible re suburbs and move date - happy to commence as soon as we find something. Also flexible re length of stay though an initial 3-6 months is the minimum needed for teaming up.
Clean/tidy female, young 40's, seeking a sharehouse or similar to call home. Fulltime student, parttime musician, parttime office temp, sparetime garden guru... I'm sociable, love to share a good laugh, yet fairly quiet for the most part. Always mindful and respectful of others privacy, easygoing, drama-free and harmonious by nature. I don't have kids, but I do have fur babies: a blind, 14 y/old, teeny-tiny Italian Greyhound, who lives under a doonah almost all of the time, and a very lazy 12 y/old cat who loves his sleep and keeps to himself. Both are affectionate, clean, well-mannered house guests and play well with others.
I am a quiet and clean individual who is employed full time as a Paralegal in Queensland hoping to move back to Melbourne in late November/early December. I'm studying part-time at Deakin University and spend my weekends hiking, sailing and visiting markets. I love to cook and enjoy a glass of Gin and Tonic every one in a while.
Hi there, I'm an Industrial Designer and Photographer, friendly and sociable, play squash and enjoy the coastal lifestyle. Love to share a meal and a drink, also respect others' space and privacy. Please contact me about starting a new sharehouse together. Cheers Josh.
I'm an easy going and friendly person who likes to keep to myself mostly. I love to binge watch Netflix, play on my PS4 and I am a maker. I create everything from clothing to jewellery and am even pretty handy around the house (I can grout tiles with a steak knife). I hope to own my own successful online handmade business one day and currently work at an online store in Brisbane as a Customer Service Rep with the ability to work remotely. I am moving back to Melbourne to be closer to friends and family and am hoping to find some great people to live with! I'm keen to be close to Mordi so I can catch up on all the missed brunch opportunities in Brisbane. I own two lovely cats, August and Arty , who are eager to be showered with love and find new places to explore. Can't wait to meet my new roommate/s!
Hi, I'm a professional female, working normal 9-5 hours (If that actually exists in this day and age). I have a 5 yo Kelpie, called Lucky. I am looking to set up a new share place with someone or move in to an existing place. I'm looking for a place/person that is relaxed but clean and has a good sense of 'home'. I am independent but like to be social as well. I have a fridge, large TV 50 (inch) and other assorted household goods, I can arrange for these to be stored if not required. I like to keep fit and active and rise early to greet the day.
I’m currently living in Berwick and studying communication design at Caulfield. I finish my degree in November. At the moment I’m doing freelance design work and casual work for a health food store. In terms of living, I’m easy going and enjoy both socialising as well as down time, and understand that others need the same to varying degrees. I’m also quite tidy and clean up after myself. I enjoy going out every once in a while but am not really a party animal. I’m also interested in health and wellness which means keeping a healthy lifestyle & trying to reduce waste. * I’m currently unsure of my preferred length of stay, so in that sense I guess I’m flexible
I love cooking, the beach, outdoors, health, fitness, travelling, photography and social time with friends! Searching for a new home and fellow housemate with good energy, humour, respect, non-smoker, no drugs, no parties at home and no pets. Preferably a place within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance to the train station when I leave my car at home. I am a Melbournian, working full time on weekdays, 9 to 5 as an Office Manager in the inner suburbs 😃
