Hi there. My name is Pat. I am quiet, tidy, helpful. I don't drink, smoke or take any drugs and would not be comfortable in a home where drugs are used. Each to his own but that's just not me. I like to keep fit lifting weights ,jogging ,walking ect and practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.I am not into clubbing at all and won't be coming home all hours of the night.I work for myself in pest control and will be in and out during the day. I also need office/PC desk space to work from home booking jobs ect and a small place for my bench press and weights ''inside or outside''. I need secure undercover parking for my work ute and a motorbike.I would prefer living in a home with only one other adult.I would consider living with a single parent as my ex-wife and I raised a large family and i dont mind kids or pets for that matter. I would also consider living with a couple.I would also be interested in a granny flat.
$210-*$230max all incl, read all. Hi! I'm Lynda, I need unfurn bedrm with w/robe, mid-May. I'm easy-going, considerate, trustworthy, quiet and clean, how about you? (Seb is only a nick-name I'm using for this). I am actually Lynda and I'm looking for 1 bedroom for myself. I am humble, so the ad intro is how my home-mates of past have repeatedly described me. I am a lady in my 50's who is 😊 happy! and young-at-heart. I have great! references from rentals, some of 4+years each. I have always prioritised paying my rent on time and am always economical with my use of any utilities, that's just the way I roll ;) therefore I prefer all utilities to be included in the rent price, please. I am independant and always clean up after myself and contribute fairly to home chores. To be honest with you, due to an incapacity to work in my usual field of past 40yrs, I am for now receiving Newstart Allowance, so I must declare all rental details to Centrelink.**(see below). I hope to again be in paid employment sometime in the latter half of this year and I can't wait for that to happen 😊 I would like to be able to awaken well-rested by sun-up, so that I may hop onto my elliptical (stationery exercise bike) for a quick blitz to get ready for my planned productive day. Is your home peaceful most mid-week late nights? If so, we're off to a good start 😊 Not necessary, but only if you can spare *large storage area aside from the bedroom, I am willing to pay maximum $230/wk rent all inclusive, thanks! I am seeking understanding, friendly and considerate home-mate/s 😊 that, like me, know how to respect each other's privacy, personal space/times and share communal spaces amicably, compromise and be fair for all to get along. I have no pets of my own, yet I love being around them as much as they love being around me. In the past I have been a private home and dog-sitter. More about me: I am only ever a light social-drinker who can still have fun! I am passionate about animal/human welfare, good health and my photography. At home, I am happy to quietly keep to myself. That said, I am caring and friendly 😊 so I also want to interact with you and feel included, at mutually agreed times, when home. So that's me, I would like to find out about you 😊 If you think you are interested in me as a long-term (absolutely a minimum of 12 months share) home-mate, you just need to message me, Lynda, and I'll reply asap. **So if you are the homeowner and there will be no negative impact on you in relation to the ATO/taxation, from having me rent with you, I want to hear from you please! If you've read down to here, please don't hesitate to message me with any queries, thanks! Lynda 😊
Huge private upstairs bedroom for rent. Room features a great view of the tallebudgera Creek, balcony, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, double ensuite, spa bath, huge clothes/storage. Room provides enough space for own lounge and office as well as king size bed. The house itself is quite a large 4 bedroom house. There's a guest room which will also be available for use, spacious kitchen with windows that open up onto the pool area, and a large undercover entertaining area. There's room for two off street car parks under carport available. A shopping centre is walking distance from the property and only a few minutes from the beach. It really is a great house in a quiet but good location.

We are two quiet, respectful, house-proud couples seeking accommodation central to both Griffith University and Ballina. Myself and Sarah are full-time nursing students who dedicate our time to our studies and our prac in the local hospitals. Our partners Rhys and Doug are both full-time employed at Morgan's in Ballina. In our spare time we love to travel, surf, go camping, and enjoy eating out. We are all very easy going and get along with most people.
Hi, I am 38yo, quiet, non-smoker, non-drinker, tidy, pay rent on time. I have 3x indoor cockatiel birds and 1 old rat. I keep my pet cages clean. They don't have fleas or anything else harmful to human health.
Hi there, We are a couple moving from Cairns to the Gold Coast to be closer to our 18yo daughter who is attending uni. Ideally we would like to stay somewhere around Robina, but will consider anywhere within a 20-30 minute drive radius. Initially we were going to move at the end of September when our 12 month lease expires, but we've got itchy feet and have decided to find someone to take over our lease up here at the end of June. Therefore, we're looking for a place, furnished or unfinished from the first week in July through to the end of September. We are; - Non-smokers - Enjoy a glass of wine or beer - Not drunks or party people - Clean and tidy - Him - Vegan, Her - Semi-Vegetarian (eat fish and dairy) - Enjoy being active - e.g. bike riding, walking the dog, going to the gym - Have one vehicle (2010 Mitsubishi Outlander) - Love to travel when the opportunity arises - Quiet and keep to ourselves, but are also friendly and enjoy the occasional chat - Respectful of other's privacy and space - Water and electricity-conscious The other member of our family is Buddy, a 6yo chihuahua, who we love dearly. He's always been an inside dog and as such is house-trained. He gets along with other dogs once he trusts them, but unfortunately he isn't a fan of pussy cats :-( We are prepared to pay for accommodation a month in advance at a time. Our budget is between $150 and $400 per week, depending on the space for rent, property location and inclusions/exclusions such as internet, bills etc. Having hosted exchange students for the past 5 years, we are current Blue Card holders (working with children clearances), and will be seeking police clearances prior to departing Cairns. Originally we were going to leave Cairns at the beginning of October, and decided to Air BnB it for 3 months until our daughter's lease expires and the three of us will rent a property together. Therefore, we are tied into accommodation from October 6 to January 3. We have found that from July to September there's not a lot to pick from in our budget, so Flatmates it is! Thanks for considering us as your future flatmates and we hope to hear from you soon :-) Cheers, Julie & Greg
1 room available Unfurnished 7 minutes to Currumbin Beach 5 minutes to the highway All bills included - internet, Foxtel, electric, gas, water Property is on a hill and surrounded by nature Air-conditioned Parks and walking trails nearby
Hi :) Currently I am living in Brisbane, but will be moving to the Gold Coast at the end of June (after uni's finished). I am relatively outgoing, enjoy socialising over wine & cheese, but also appreciate my down time as life can get pretty hectic. I would love housemates who turn into new friends :) and somewhere to call home. I work full time in finance & come as a package deal with my little fluff ball Willow (she is a little Maltese cross & is well trained, she also loves people and other dogs). I am either looking for an unfurnished room but have furniture in storage (couch, outdoor set, fridge/freeze, kitchen everything etc.) so would also be interested in starting up a house with 1 or 2 other people. Feel free to shoot me a message if you think we are suited :)
Do you live anywhere from Nerang to Palm Beach ? I'm a clean professional male from Brisbane, non smoker. I have taken up employment on the Gold Cast but still keep a house in Brisbane. I can't be bothered to find another house just yet. I will be in Brisbane over most weekends and simply need to share a space with someone on the Coast during the week. I would like to share a house with someone who is not simply after getting a room filled in exchange for cash. You need someone to rely on to look after the residence when you're away and perhaps have a conversation with once a month .. or perhaps even once a week :) I'm no party animal but am social and friendly. I don't have dogs, I don't do pills, but I do have a drink.
Hi, my 15 year old dog (sleeps mostly) and myself are looking for a lovely quiet home and a house with no steep stairs for my old girl as she has arthririts. moving by the 24th april approx. I'm moving to the Gold Coast towards the end of April. I work on the northern beaches, do many different hours due to a few different jobs, day and some evening shifts and needing a quiet and relaxing environment to spend my time off in. I'm not a party person, but enjoy socializing when i get the time. I'm into holistic lifestyle and very open minded, respectful of others. I am an Art Therapist and also work in Disabilities. A fenced yard for my doggie whilst I'm at work but not essential, and a bit of storage would be handy. Drug free and rarely drink I hope someone can help us out, with a lovely home, cheers ;)
Hi Guys, I'm a pretty busy person, I work full time Monday to Friday. On the weekends I'm out quite a bit enjoying the outdoors. I'm a fairly quiet person, I don't drink much, smoke or do drugs. I'm a good cook and happy to share duties if required. I do have a child who I have one extended weekend a fortnight which makes this a bit trickier. In all honesty, I do believe he will not be an inconvenience to anyone. He is a quiet, smart child and when we are together we are out most of the time having fun. Thanks, hope to speak to you soon.
We are a laid-back couple, we're tidy, non-smokers, easy to get along with. I work full time, Rafa is a student and works on a casual basis. I'm Aussie- a country girl- and Rafa is from Venezuela, South America. We're health conscious and cook nearly all our own food, we like running to keep fit. Rafa also surfs. We love spending time at home, watching movies, and we're not big party people but a couple of drinks on the weekend is great. We like catching up with friends, usually out of the house, at the beach or park but sometimes we like to have friends over for dinner. We are looking for down-to-earth, easy going flatmates who preferably aren't into throwing big parties at home.
Hey everyone! I am looking for a place I can call home. I work part time in mental health and have just finished study. I am currently looking at my options with either further study, or a full time position. Although I am out a lot during the day, I am in most nights and generally like my own space. However, I'd really love to live with people I can share a dinner with or a drink every now and then :) I am a clean, quiet, and generally a positive person. I enjoy getting out on the weekends in the sunshine. I don't have any pets. I'm very easy to get along with as I prefer to live life as drama-free as possible.
