Hello, we are Bryan and Hyacinthe, a french couple (30 y/o) and we're looking for a furnish place to rent for 3 months (maybe 4) in Monbulk or around. We just got a full time job in a nursery close to Monbulk, and we'd like to move in around the 7th of september. We are an easy to live couple. We know how to do the most wonderful crêpes in the world, and we like animals music, books, beer, peanuts (and more;) ) ! We don't have too much expectations about our future housemate (s) (or flatmate), except that we'd like easy people to live with. If you want to know more, just ask ! Cheers ! Bryan and Hyacinthe
I'm a 32 year old female who is a full-time artist & part-time worker at a child-safe NFP in Dandenong. I split my time between creative passions and work, with a generous dose of gardening and being outdoors. I am seeking a large family home for myself and one other, potentially with a separate bungalow or self contained space. Ideally seeking a large, dual living area house (2 level home or multiple lounges) in semi-rural area. Bonus would include large land area and a working shed. Long term preferred :) Requirements include: ~ 3 bedrooms ~ Multiple living areas ~ Fireplace ~ Functional shed/garage/workshop ~ Bush/semi-rural property ~ Secure fenced area ~ (Bonus: would include a self contained area) Seeking locations close enough to commute to work which include: Dandenong/Yarra Ranges - Emerald - Macclesfield - Silvan - Monbulk - Cockatoo - Gembrook - Upper Beaconsfield Looking for a natural bush setting on a large property with lots of space and trees (ie; not a suburban area). I am a respectful and pleasant tenant who is considerate, tidy, mindful of looking after the home and come with great references! I am vegetarian and a non-smoker. Currently renting a beautiful home in Cockatoo, however require a pet friendly home for a well trained outside dog (they will predominantly sleep and live outdoors). If you feel you have something suitable please do get in touch - I am happy to chat further in a private communication if you have something that meets the needs above :) Thanking you! Holly
Hello, I'm 44yrs old and lm currently on a Part Pension (and work part time) due to major damage and degeneration of my spine because of a serious car accident in 2003. I'm shy, very quiet and relaxed and keep to myself with family being the only people l have regular contact with and will always visit them. I have 2 girls 16 & 10 whom live with their father full time in Cockatoo, which is the reason l am wanting to move from Frankston, so l can be closer to them. Im a tidy person and always clean up after myself. Im also happy to chip in and give a hand when asked or needed. I have a positive reference from current landlord of 6yrs renting. I love the simple things in life such as nature, animals and bushwalking. Please contact me on 0434 709 208 if you're interested in interviewing me or would like more information. Warmest regards Odette Carter

Hi! I'm 19, studying full time, work most days in a cafe and in retail and I am searching for some wonderful people to move out with! I love reading, yoga, the forest, music, eating (veg food), taking up new hobbies I never stick to, watching docos and travelling. I'm easy-going, open-minded, independent and love to learn about anything and everything. Super keen to create a warm, friendly, eco-conscious home with my future housemates!

Hi there!! I'm looking for a lovely flatmate to join me in Belgrave. I have a beautiful 3br home with front deck and back yard. I would ideally like to share with one other who takes on two rooms. The main bedroom on offer is extremely large with a Queen size bed, two large bedsides and chest of drawers, there's also plenty of room for a large desk! There will be a shared bathroom with bath and shower (you will be the main person using it but guests will use when visiting and the bath will be shared :). The second room has a built in wardrobe, no furniture and could be a great office space or spare room. The house is a 10 min walk to Belgrave Lake Park and 20 minute walk to Belgrave station. There is a bus stop literally out the front of our house and while we sit above Belgrave Hallam Road, it's not too noticeable and there are lots of trees and birds around. A truly beautiful place to live!! The house is fully furnished as is the main bedroom. We have central heating, log fire in the lounge, a dishwasher, 6 burner stove top and 3 ovens. We don't have a TV and like it that way. Much more interested in conversation and music. The kitchen fits a 6 seater dining table and the laundry has a front loading washing machine. We also have a compost bin and washing line outside. There are three cats who live in the house, some love cuddles, others like the idea :)
Home situated in a quite street with off-street parking. Close to train station and shops. Bedroom with built in wardrobe. Large veranda with undercover area and spa. Ducted heating and air-conditioning, wi-fi available.
Hi, I’m Lois, 31 years old. I work in Melbourne and I am looking for a room to rent in Belgrave or nearby. I am a friendly and open-minded person. I love being outdoors, particularly when hiking. I am a clean and tidy person, respectful of people’s space.
I’m 21, I’ve just moved down here from Queensland for work. I’m currently completing a landscape construction apprenticeship and working 40-50hrs per week. I’m quiet and enjoy taking it real easy after work. I’m single. I rarely drink, don’t intend to have company over for day visits but would notify the house leader first. Looking for somewhere quiet I can come home and relax. Surfing, fishing, football
We are two friends either looking to rent two rooms in a share house or lease a new place with 2 or 3 others and hoping to pay no more than $160 a week each. We both study part-time at Deakin. I study wildlife conservation and Rhi is doing a double degree in Criminology and Psychology. We will be working part-time as well.We love to cook and get out into nature and spend our evenings having a chat over music with a wine or beer. We are both tidy and relaxed people who appreciate your space and enjoy time to ourselves from time to time as well. It is very important that everyone in the household gets along so that we can spend time together or go on adventures. We want to lease a large house with a big backyard, close to nature and public transport. If you think you would be a good addition to our little family please message me so we can meet up to see if we can get along.
Hi there :) My name is Pixie and i'm looking for a lovely humble home that is sanctuary and provides peace & comfort. I'm not looking for a party house (been there done that lol) I'm preferably looking for an unfurnished ensuited room in the Eastern suburbs (anywhere on the lilydale/belgrave train lines but preferably in "the hills) upper ferntree gully, belgrave area - it's so beautiful around there & i'm after a change or scenery :) LGBTQIA+ friendly & inclusivity is a must. I've been vegetarian since majority of my life and vegan for the last few years. I've never lived in a fully vegan house hold and i'd really love that. I'm also going down the sustainable & minimalist path, so would love to live with some like-minded people. I consider myself to be empathetic, a good listener & considerate to live with. I'm always keen for a laugh, a chat & an adventure, but I'm also fairly introverted so definitely need my own privacy and some "down time" too. A little bit about me: I moved to Melbourne 3 years ago and i'm currently studying community services at Swinburne and work part-time in a contact centre for medical/health services. I'm single & a non-smoker with no kids or pets. I'm giving notice to my current place at the end of the month 31/08 and looking to move out anytime after. If you got this far, thanks for reading :) Feel free to send me a message & we can go from there xx
I’m originally from qld I like to do some video editing and going on adventures/ hanging with friends
