I am a practicing Artist - the main focus of my work is Landscape painting . I am looking for a place to share that is located close to the forrest for my work . I am 44yrs old single , no dependents or pets . I enjoy a quiet life , when not working I enjoy watching Doco's , reading . bush walking and bike riding . I also like to visit galleries and exhibitions. I am a smoker , but have never smoked inside the house . I am reliable , and like to keep my things organised and neat without clutter . I enjoy cooking and good food . I am quiet and respectful of others and pretty easy going .
I'm Dan. I'm looking for a place in the Outer East and a housemate or two to share it with. I'm a very easy going person with a fairly quiet lifestyle. I wouldnt be the type of housemate that would host parties or have many late nights. I work with plants, meaning I tend to work 4 or 5 days a week in Summer and Spring, and then 3 or 4 days in Autumn and Winter. All year round I get home mid-afternoon, so I'll have time after work to do a bit of tidying up/laundry/etc. I enjoy going on hikes/bushwalks, doing jigsaws, gardening and cooking. I'm teetotal, but I'm happy to share a house with smokers. Lastly, from time to time I might bring a bunch of flowers home from work to liven up the house.
To introduce myself, I'm Rocket - I'm looking for some good people to share a place with. Honest, outgoing, a little quirky. I don't drink much, but I do smoke now and then. I like to cook, play the ukulele, sew, paint and write. I'm very friendly but a bit of an introvert - I like having a chat and a cuppa, but also appreciate alone time to chill and paint or just have a bit of quiet. I am also really good at making soup. I'm a vegetarian, so expect a lot of veggies present at all times. My favourite vegetable is leek, my favourite colour is red, and I know a lot of movie trivia. A lot. :^) Cheers, dude
I love this property it is spacious and private, with a big yard and a lovely cascade of green tree's as you relax on the balcony, a quiet neighbourhood, It is great to do some walking in this area, as nature is everywhere as you can see by the photo I have uploaded, with clean fresh air and just a five minute drive to town where there are plenty of shops and gymnasium etc. You will also be able to set up a television in my other lounge room which is in the photographs, so you will have extra privacy. The photo listed is the smaller room, and the other one is larger.
A great home in beautiful Emerald available to 1 or 2 females only. 1km from town. Bus stop to Belgrave next door. 3 minute walk to Emerald Lake Park. Air-conditioning in lounge, fan in bedrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished. Larger bedroom $170/week, smaller bedroom $130/week, plus expenses. No gardening required. I take care of the garden. Backpackers welcome for short stay.

I'm Sam, 21 and employed full time as a baker looking for housing in the Outer Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. Generally keep to myself, tidy, clean, love cooking, no pets but like animals, easy going and happy to share with anyone of any age.
We are quiet, very friendly and very clean. David is a fantastic cook and I am a fantastic carer (for both children and animals) We work as much as possible including weekends. All though we both love all kinds of music we aren't the partying types. Currently proud owners of a almost 2 year old puppy and a beautiful 6 month old kitten who have become the best of friends. Both are lovely with others, especially children.
Looking for housemates who are quiet, tidy, and nice to live with. This picturesque property is set in a beautiful farm 7km from the township of Emerald. There are three rooms available, one larger and two smaller, one is partially furnished with brand new Q/S bed. All have wardrobes. The house is a large, older style homestead and the rooms come with an additional lounge/study/ store room, as well as shared kitchen, family room, laundry and bathroom. Bills included. Horse agistment is also available upon application. It has a large private garden with plenty of space, and walking/riding trails right at the gate and access to public arenas just down the road. If you want to live with your horse/s, this is an ideal share situation with other like minded, motivated professionals who enjoy rural living, fairly quiet fun and a tidy, calm environment. Animal/ dog friendly too.
Wanted, third and/or fourth person to join share house! Currently looking at rentals in Belgrave and surrounds. Aiming for $150 a week each. After someone who is honest, reliable, fun and chill. Pretty keen to start up a veggie patch wherever we end up so bonus points for green thumbs. I'm pretty easy going, like to keep a tidy space, love a good chat just as much as relaxing and listening to music or reading. Working full time and out skating most other times. Chris will be the other house mates. 29 also, full-time electrician and all round good dude. Mia Wallace is my cat, she enjoys lounging in the sun all day and a hard sctrach behind the ear.
I am very friendly and easy to live with. Somewhat quiet and like to keep to myself a bit. But I do enjoy a good conversation or a shared meal with the people I'm living with. I'm working part-time at the moment, and studying personal training. I love cooking, reading, going to the gym, going to the beach, Netflix! I have a small 7-month old cat Mowgli. He is still young so he can be a bit nuts, but he's not badly behaved. When he's not playing with his toys, he's usually asleep somewhere. I like to keep the house neat and tidy, especially the common areas. But nothing over-the-top.
I'm quiet, clean, away most weekends and work nightshift, after work I either hang out at the gym or pools then cook dinner then kick back for some Tv time b4 sleep,i do have a little Pom x that's is fully housetrained quiet and loves a pat

Hello, We are a mature aged, professional couple aged 41-year-old female & 46 Year old Male with a great full-time jobs and excellent rental references. We've been living in the same self-contained unit for the last 5-years but it along with the front house are now up for sale. Prior to this we have lived in our own homes so I only have one rental reference but my partner has two (he lived in his own home in Holland prior to coming to Australia), Our 3x rental references are impeccable. We currently work in Lilydale and Monbulk but are prepared to travel for the right place. We are looking to rent another self-contained unit/bungalow/granny-flat/bachelorette pad. We don't mind if it's furnished or unfurnished we can work with either. We are happy to pay 3-months rent and bond up-front for the right place to show you that we have healthy finances and thus will NEVER be late on a rental payment. We are non-smokers, non-drug takers and just like to watch TV and read good books and go for walks in nature. We are not in any way noisy and very respectful of our land-lord's space if we're sharing their property. We maintain any property we rent to a high standard and do not hold parties as we're both two introverts. Don't get us wrong on that one, we like chatting to people, but to recharge after a long working work we just like to be in each other's company. We're more than happy to look after land-lords pets/property (We're both big animal lovers) when landlords go on holidays, we can collect your mail, put out the bins etc so that the place doesn't look un-occupied. We are needing to move within the next 4-5-months but can move immediately also if there is an appropriate place available. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you think you may have a place that could be appropriate for our needs. Kind Regards Anouk & Olwyn

I hope somebody can share with me their knowledge of Melbourne, and if they are interested, I can share with them my knowledge of Hobart too.

A room has become available in our lovely 3 bedroom cottage in Belgrave South. The room is small but cosy, it has 2 doors, build in wardrobe, fresh carpets and walls. The room extends into a private mini office/study area overlooking back yard , and it has direct access to your private toilet. The cottage itself is spacious and cute. Beautiful living room overlooking spacious lush green front yard with a lovely fireplace. Massive kitchen with dining area, big sunny room (part of it is your office), cool wooden veranda overlooking bushes, and veggie beds beneath. We also have a storage room beneath that could be used for many purposes after it’s cleaned. House is fully furnished, except your room.
I'm Virginia, a quiet, keep-to-myself tidy type who loves TV, reading and dining out. A few notes about me and what I'm looking for: - I'm only looking for a woman of similar age to start a share house with - I'm retired so will spend time at home, as well as out with friends and appointments etc. - I'm looking to have my own defined space: my own bedroom, bathroom and living area - happy for this to be a third bedroom though. - I have a small house's worth of furniture, fridge, washer/dryer etc, happy if my housemate is the same and to compromise, keep some in the garage or shed etc if it doesn't all fit! - I have one adult daughter who's left the nest but we're close - no partner and no other family in Melbourne - I currently have no pets, but love all animals, especially dogs! I'd ideally like to get my own dog in the future so if you have pets and we find a place that is happy with them from the get-go, even better! - I would like to keep to myself mostly, but happy with some social interaction! I'm a kind, big-hearted person and a good listener who loves telling stories. - My lease is up in March so that's when I'm looking to move in the outer East or so - if you think we could get along, send me a message!

Prefer not to live with pets, especially not cats...sorry cat lovers! Any questions, please ask. Happy to have a chat! Cheers, Andrea. I also have my own bedroom furniture that I would like to use. Hey everyone :) 26yo guy moved back to Melbourne after living in WA in 2016. Looking for a long term room ideally in the eastern suburbs but I'm not all that fussed. Maybe interested in property rentals with a few friends if the opportunity came up. $150pw incl bills is my highest rent price. Trying to get settled with employment asap so someone who is fine with my situation is necessary. I'm the quiet type but in no way anti social, tend to spend most of my time between home/my parents/with friends, not a party person, enjoy the odd glass of wine here and there, and I'm an outdoor smoker. I tend to get along with everyone I meet. If I sound like someone who would fit into your household, don't hesitate to email anytime (if I'm slow to reply, that's because I didn't get an email yet letting me know I have a message). Thanks. Richard :)
I'm an 18 year old athlete looking to live in a share house, I also work as a crowd controler at night. I'm very clean and respectful. I don't do drugs or drink very often, but I do enjoy a quiet drink with friends from time to time. I get along well with people in their 20's and 30's manly because those are the people I train and work with. I'm currently living in a share house and I haven't had a problem with any of the other tenants, I'm just looking for a room of my own with a bit more privacy.
