    $250/week52 year old man

Hi! I’m an honest and hardworking individual who is looking for a peaceful and cooperative household to join. Originally from Bendigo, I’ve lived the last 25 years in Melbourne, spending most of that time in Brunswick & Coburg with the last 18 months spent in Viewbank. Neat & tidy is my style and I’m not afraid to clean as well. I have just amicably parted ways with my girlfriend and have agreed to move out within approx 4 weeks so I would be available to move in between now and mid February. I have been employed at my current pharmacy IT job for 16 years, working 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days from home, between Monday-Friday. On weekends if I’m energetic I’ll seek out nature, visit family & friends or attend events. If I’m needing downtime I’ll cook, read a book, game on a PS5 or play musical instruments (quietly). I like to think I’m mentally & emotionally intelligent and fairly easy going. I’m not into drama or conflict and advocate for clear and reasonable boundaries. Ideally, my housemates would share similar qualities but honestly, all I really need to know is that you’re good, honest people.. with that said, I would also celebrate your diversity in whatever colour, shape or form it comes in 🙂 I have a strong rental history and have always treated properties with the utmost respect and care. Bonds have always been returned to me in full at the completion of a rental contract.

    $300/week31 year old woman

Hello, I'm Birnaz. I'm 31 years old and I work as a Japanese teacher. Additionally, I'm a third-year student in the animation department. I'm curious about learning new things and I love to create. I enjoy activities like ceramics, knitting, drawing, and writing and illustrating stories. It doesn't necessarily mean I'm talented, I just enjoy them.:) I have an IELTS B2, but I don't feel like I'm truly at that level. I enjoy speaking, but not being able to express everything as I want sometimes makes me a bit nervous. That's why I applied for a work and holiday visa last year. I'm coming to Australia to improve my English skills. I work online from home. I think I will work the night hours because Turkey is 7 hours behind Australia. Walking is one of my favorite hobbies; it relaxes me, stimulates my imagination, and allows me to think. I could walk for hours. I also love exploring cafes and secondhand markets and taking a photo. In Australia, I'm looking for more than just a roommate; I'm also seeking a home where I can live with people who will become true friends during my time there. I want to create beautiful memories in Australia, so the home environment is very important to me. I'm pretty meticulous about cleanliness, especially when it comes to not leaving dirty dishes behind. It would be great to have a roommate who shares this preference. I love people, but I wouldn't prefer a house where there are always parties. :) I don't know if it's because of my age, I can't handle too much noise. I can afford to pay up to 280 AUD per week for accommodation (bills inc). I can stay in any city. Additionally, since I plan to work during the afternoons, I'm envisioning a place that's not too empty but also not too crowded, perhaps in a cafe setting. I hope I can find the perfect place! 😄 Also I am Turkish.I don't own pets or have kids.
