Hi there! Seeking new house-sharing adventures within inner-Brisbane with quiet, laid-back housemates, of a more independent yet shared nature. Preferably with my own bathroom, must have is a door lock. I'm respectful and considerate to property and housemates. Rent, bills and cleaning always comes first. Lived in sharehouses for 15 years. (While I’ll admit I’m not perfect) I know the drill. I’m fairly quiet and like my own space, but enjoy socialising with flatmates and building a bond together. I'm open-minded. I have a reasonable amount of furniture at my disposal and can bring all, any or none with me (apart from my own bedroom gear) to the living spaces. Currently I work afternoons/nights in the customer service/retail industry (not WFH). Basically full-time, always 30+ hours a week. With my hours and wake up times, you won’t have to worry about sharing common areas at peak times too much. I’m single currently and would discuss as a courtesy if that changed. Main passions are craft beer and football (soccer) events around Brisbane, along with time with friends. I usually only have a few quiet drinks a week.
