Hello, I'm an ambo and have just been posted in Newcastle so will have to move from my home in Orange for the year. Looking to rent a house with a backyard as I have a kelpie, a border collie cross and a cat. Ive been looking online for rentals and Newcastle is a little pricier than I was expecting and would like to rent a nice house (by the beach preferably). Looking for a friendly housemate who loves animals to help with the rent so we can have somewhere decent. I'm very active, social, love to cook and enjoy beers at the pub with friends from time to time but I also value my downtime when I have it. Happy to do the leg work with finding the right place so Let me know if you are interested in teaming up!
Hi, I'm ash. I'm 29 and extremely clean. I work a lot. I'm heaps chill and happy. Single and don't mind a good time 😁 I'm open to most places but would like to live with people that are also clean like to keep there place tidy and naturally ain't wankers! Let me know if you have anything that you think might be suitable and will catch up for coffee/beer and see if we can live together Thanks x x I'm also keen on getting a place with someone if that's what you'd like to do. I have the best rental history and can easily get a rental but do not like living on my own. I naturally would only do this with someone who also has a good rental history and is clean. Let me know if you are looking for someone to live with in our own little place together
Situated in Stockton, the only suburb of Newcastle on the northern side of the Hunter River. I have 2 bedrooms for rent for $120 per week or a granny flat on the lower level of the house for $170 per week. The granny flat has a kitchenette and its own bathroom. The house has a big backyard with a mango tree and a small veggie patch where I am currently growing pumpkins and passionfruit. Only a 2 minute walk from a 32km beach and a 5 min ferry ride into the centre of Newcastle. Takes about 15min to drive to Newcastle uni. I have a border collie, however, the lease only allows 1 dog to live here so unfortunately pets not allowed.
Two gals one dog in Carrington looking for a housemate. We have a cute little cottage in cute little suburb which doesn't look like much from the front but is a little charmer on the inside. With two living areas upstairs and down, loads of storage and a small but mighty veggie patch it's bursting with lil added extras. The medium sized room upstairs with built in is available from early June. And it's a pretty darn good price especially for the location (and company)!
This generously spaced room is situated upstairs and features an enormous wardrobe and overlooks a cosy backyard. The house itself is recently renovated, entirely furnished, boasts a dishwasher and gas fireplace, and we are connected to the NBN. Carrington is like living on an island within walking distance of Newcastle city. Palms and waterways adorn the streets of this friendly little suburb. We're a pair of polite, clean and respectful guys looking for the right candidate to fill the third room in this welcoming, terrace-style rental. Please note that pets are not permitted by the landlords, however an agreement exists for the two guinea pigs residing here at present (Benny & Maisie, you'll love them). If you're down with all this - send a message and we'll respond as soon as possible to discuss any questions you may have. Inspections are more than welcome, and potential applicants will be required to have a brief, informal interview.
I am a full-time waitress/barista at a bakery in Maryville, which means I bring home a lot of bread and delicious sweets. I rock climb, swim, yoga and run and love to cook. I love my alone time, but also just hanging out and making music and watching movies.
I'm pretty easy going. I work part-time soon to be full-time and am usually pretty busy throughout the week. Not looking for a party house however i do enjoy being social.
Hi! My name is Beth and I am 20 years old. I'm currently a first year hairdresser apprentice. I love a glass of wine and a chat! But I'm also super reliable and clean! I'm mature for my age, I don't party and I rarely have people over, only my mum or sister pop in for a coffee! I'm also an independent artist so I'm always drawing or doing something arty!
I'm needing to move for my uni prac (currently in Armidale) My prac starts in July but I'm wanting to be settled in somewhere by June. I'm not a typical party student but I do love going out for dinner/drinks plus just chilling around the house. I absolutely love baking and I do make some mean brownies, banana bread and a quality lemon meringue pie!! I'm super respectful of privacy but also up for a chat and adventures! I've been out of home for 4 years so I know how to keep a tidy house, clean and look after myself. So I'm looking for a room with the budget of $150-60 which includes bills or around $110-30 which just covers rent.
Easy going, like to keep things nice and tidy. Live an active and beach lifestyle, super chill, and enjoy social drinks on weekends. I'm studying at the university of Newcastle and also working part time. Ideally looking for a place close to town and very short drive from the beach.
I'm quiet at first, but good fun once we get to know each other. I'm a very good cook, I love sports and I'm neat and tidy. I'm originally from Melbourne and have spent a lot of time in Perth, but now I call Newcastle home.
Hi friends My name is lawry, 30 yrs old chinese Man but have a younger heart. I am majoring in master of marketing in University of Newcastle. I regularly go to gym, love cook fantastic chinese food and have hot pot with friends, sip wine sharing life stories a bit to spend off-study days with roommates. I think I am really really a easy going, reliable , respectful and neat person.
I'm a 23 yo student studying engineering, I'm about to finish up my bachelors and move on to a research degree at uni. I'm generally somewhat organised and like to tidy after myself. I'm pretty easy going and social, though I do need some alone time to recharge. A party house isn't for me; I'm just looking for a place with friendly peeps, that like to have a good dynamic with each other.
I am a young, professional and soon to be moving to Newcastle City. As I will be working full-time in the city, it would be ideal to be living close to work. Having lived in shared accommodation previously, I understand way of living together and known to be clean, tidy, friendly and respectful to others in the home.
Heya, I'm currently working casually at a pub and about to start uni doing open foundations. I'm looking for my own unfurnished bedroom or if anyones keen to find something together that could work too! I love the beach, like to keep healthy and don't mind a few bevvys on the weekend :)
Hey! I’m 26 and a full time worker (steady income- check!). Looking for a homely share house with a social vibe but not party central. I’m an outdoorsy person- you’ll find me living at the beach when the weather is fine. Also into yoga, reading, bush walking and an avid consumer of media in general (come at me Netflix). I’m always down for a chat/laugh/bev (caffeinated or otherwise) but value personal space. I’m clean and tidy but not over the top about it. If all this sounds like your cup of tea- let me know!
Im very clean and tidy and pretty easy going, i enjoy a quiet drink at home or out with my friends and/or house mate. (No party house). I work full time in insurance study part time interior design. Im looking for one other house mate to live with me. I have all the furniture for a place, u would only need your bedroom furniture. I enjoy being active, i go to the gym, bike ride, and scuba dive. Im from newcastle and my lease runs out in june so im looking for a new place. Looking for someone like minded clean tidy and respectful. 😊
I am a young clean professional with a gorgeous and well behaved black cat. I work hard during the week, so love to have some chill time on weekends, which might occasionally include some dancing. I love animals, love vegan junk food and love a good netflix binge. Looking for a nice place in Newcastle or the surrounding suburbs and a clean roomie who is cool to hang with!
Fulltime worker. Reliable. Respectful of others. Positive and outgoing. Healthy lifestyle. No drugs or parties. Outdoors lover. Clean and tidy. Single with a closeknit of quality friends. My ideal housemates would have similar values, love food and maybe a glass of wine, for when we catch up. If it's great weather, I'm generally out roadtripping with my dog. If it's raining, I'm keen to curl up with a book and a cuppa. Every other time, I'm at work or sleeping. Looking for a home closer to town and one or two female housemates. I have a big beautiful old dog who is an outside, well mannered girl. Dry area in yard is a must as our current home retains a lot of moisture in the backyard and it is starting to give my girl skin irritations. I'm adamant about keeping tidy after her, so please don't worry about that. I'm flexible on budget if the home has lots to offer. I would love to find somewhere that can be for at least 6 months and hopefully more. Move dates are also flexible and can easily be moved to suit.
