My partner and I are looking for a place to live. We enjoy a good laugh and a chat (but also respect your privacy). About us: I'm studying to be a teacher (early childhood education). I'm originally from Queensland and have traveled a lot before moving to Tasmania. I enjoy anything to do with nature, art and science fiction. Joe works professionally in the disability support sector and studies public health. He likes music, technology and a nice cuppa. He's a true local and has grown up in Hobart. If you're interested please don't hesitate to contact us :)
Nothing special need to mention about me. As long as you know me you will find out. I am your future share mate, present share mate and continue until one day......
Very clean, love a chat but respectful to people's privacy, peace and quiet as well. I come from Adelaide and am moving to Hobart for a full time job in media. I enjoy wine, food, shopping and watching Netflix. Very sociable but do enjoy some quiet down time to myself every now and then.
new student of UTAS from China, after years working as a programmer in China, Malaysia and Philippine, now prepared to back to school. cook sometimes, a soccer fan,a traveler who always get along with other people. plus, I'm capable of fixing stuffs like phones and computes, also can do the maintenance job for a car. so anyway, I'm looking for a place 30 minutes drive way from UTAS, and 2 or 3 roommates to share the bill. if you are interested in, let me know.
I'm a graduate student in geology from Canada coming to Hobart for a month (this July) to do lab work at U Tas. I'll probably be pretty busy but I'm hoping I'll still have time to experience Hobart and the surroundings since this will be my first time in Australia. I'm quiet and tidy, and I don't have pets but I'm ok with living with people that do.
Hello, everyone. I just got a nice house with beautiful mountain view flat. There are three bedrooms and two of them are ready to rent out now. All the furnitures are available which include double bed, desk, chair and wardrobes. All the white goods will be provided in the public living area. The bathroom and toilet are separated, therefore it's very convenient. Off street parking are available too. There are bus stops in walking distance if you need to go to UTS or RGIT. We can go shopping together at the weekend. There are badminton gym, hospital and grocery store around too.
Welcome to a beautiful sharehouse in South Hobart. There is one room available for rent in my two storey home which has superb views of Mount Wellington and the Derwent River. The house has a kitchen, bathroom and living room on both floors, plus a deck on the lower floor and dining and an additional toilet on the upper floor. There is also plenty of storage and carpet throughout. We're looking for a female to balance the house out and to share our home with who is friendly, clean, respectful and intending to stay a while. The available bedroom is on the lower floor, 4.25x2.7m in size, unfurnished (apart from the built in desk) and has views over Hobart. Some things to note: - Inspections available after work hours. - Rent = $155 pw paid every 4 weeks in advance. - Internet, electricity and gas is in addition to rent and split evenly amongst all. - All furniture in the photos is different from what is in our home. If interested, please send through a small summary about yourself (E.g. your hobbies, previous rental experience, age, employment and/or study status, etc). I’m easy going and happy to chat about the room or what I'm looking for in more detail. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I'm super fun with a great sense of humour and bright outlook on life. Love being active, cooking, and playing guitar. For my lil age I believe I am quite mature and have been very independent for the last couple of years also. I am a student with 2 part time jobs. Vego, and make a mean satay stir fry. I am also very clean and like to get things done. :)

I am currently studying at UTAS and work casually in the CBD. Looking for people who may be doing the same, or just looking for a reliable and clean housemate. I am also interested in starting a new sharehouse - happy to meet up with people for a bit and see whether you think we'd be good housemates. I do have a cat who will be moving with me! She is very snuggly and generally well behaved, although loves to play. She is socialised with dogs as well! Outside smoker.

Hi, I'm Matthew. I'm 28 years old and I enjoy running, salsa dancing, jujitsu, and learning languages. I am currently working full time in Sandy Bay and looking for somewhere to live nearby. I am clean and tidy, and I'm very capable in the kitchen.
hey I love tea and wine nights, also enjoy going out on adventures. I'm a full-time student @ utas and work 4/5 times a week. I'm also a lot more interesting than my bio :-)
My name is Riley (M, 23) and I have been accepted last minute into a Masters of Music (Conducting) degree at UTAS and am looking for a place to reside. While I don’t have a job in Hobart yet (I’m in Newcastle, NSW) I have plenty of savings and have parents willing to go guarantor for my rent. –I can easily provide proof of both. I will be looking at getting a part-time job in the wine industry since that is my passion after music. Being a musician I will make a bit of noise from time to time but I’ve heard it’s mostly pleasant (I play Sax and Clarinet).
Howdy! We are to danish vikings comming to Hobart to study full-time masters at UTAS! We're both very ambitious, extremely funny and flexible. We both think we're pretty good at cooking, cleaning and having a good time. We are searching for an relatively new, clean, and awesome place in Hobart, where there is room for two danish girls like us! Our budget is 150-200$ each. Hope we'll hear from you!
Hi my name is Lewie, I’m 35 at the end of may, a father to a gorgeous 5-year-old boy named Johnny that is the light of my life and a recently separated Husband. That’s me in a sentence, but of course there is more to life than been able to define oneself in a line or two of text. I have my son 3-4 rotating nights per week and take him and pick him up from school 3 days a week spending time with him after school for 2-3 hours. When I’m not running around for my son, doing chores or other life activity I’m resting and recuperating at home (usually fiddling with something creative on the computer). I am a respectful, nice and decent human being. I try and be as mindful as I can of others. I am also quite and tidy. I enjoy house dinners, a vino and chat or board game/cards, easy listening and happy music, movies and binge watching shows. I also do some filming and photography here and there as well as editing and creative websites. I am looking for at this stage somewhere safe and tidy for me and my son to stay for 3-12months and value a family environment that is respectful of others needs and most important safe and quite at night. I can pay 2 weeks bond (potentially 4 for the right place) if needed and of course, pay my share of the bills. If you feel you’d like to meet or have a conversation on the phone, please feel free to contact me. Hope to hear from you soon :)
I'm a clean and tidy professional guy. I enjoy having fun and hanging out, but also enjoy quiet down time. All I'm looking for is a clean house and a nice housemate/housemates. My move in date is flexible. Cheers!
I'm extremely considerate, clean and organised. I'm a chef by trade and run my own business. Not a huge party goer but enjoy entertaining and listen to a wide range of music. Originally from Sydney, lived brissy 17 years and looking for a sea change and Hobart stole my heart. I have a very creative side and wicked sense of humour
Hi there! Well I work full-time so I'm reliable for rent and bills. Also because I'll be at work alot there will be lots of time where you'll have the place to yourself. As far as some characteristics about myself...I'm polite, very friendly and approachable. I work in retail so talking to new people is something I do and enjoy. I live a fairly quiet life and spend most of my free time either out on my motorbike, xbox and movies in the evenings...or rainy/ not so rainy days / its my day off and I'll be a couch potatoe if I damn wanna! :p Oh I love eating! Not the best cook but I make up for it by being a great eater! I'm clean and tidy but lets be honest..who isn't going to say that about themselves on here! And I don't have a raging social life, so probably no parties starting from me but I'm absolutely happy for my potential housmate (s) aka you! To party on and don't be shy to include me 'cause I'm funny when I'm drunk! Ok hopefully I didn't go overboard here and covered all the key points.. rent, eating, parties..yep thats about it :)
