A mid-thirties professional currently undertaking my PhD, seeking environments that are cyclable/walkable to/from commitments and with the right people. I have lived, studied and worked in my profession in two States, as well as volunteered and worked professionally overseas (to a lesser extent). I enjoy gardening, nature trails with friends, and have a daily yoga and pilates home practice. I am clean, energy conscious, seek to communicate clearly, be considerate of others and enjoy being friends with those that I live with where our paths cross. I am also seeking to live with those who are conversational and considerate - for instance, quiet within reason at night - as well as mindful and independent, with good judgement, and social yet still a relatively quiet, peaceful environment.

I am initially looking for a flexible agreement - to stay on for 7 months - with the intention to stay longer. I'm happy to take an initial phone call to clarify any matters we may wish to confirm with each other prior to arranging an inspection. I am also open to sub-let/homestay arrangements with the right people.
