Hi! I'm Erin! I'm 23 years old and I currently live in Canberra ACT but am relocating to Melbourne in January. I'm hoping to relocate in early January but it all depends on finding a place to live and organising a moving van... god moving sucks doesn't it?? I'm moving to Melbourne for a life change, and because I will begin attending PCW Academy in Ferntree Gully once I am down there. I'm currently job hunting for work in Melbourne but it has been difficult since I don't live there currently, so I am currently unemployed but actively seeking work, and I'm very good with managing money having spent four years living on a student budget. Enough about my living situation. I'm a relatively quiet person, I like my own space and I don't encroach on other people's spaces without permission, and I am not a party or club person. I appreciate quiet places quite a bit after spending four years in university accommodation. However I do love a chat and sharing a meal or cup of tea, and I enjoy comparing notes on bad work days. I'm a bit of a gym rat and spend quite a bit of time working out, running, or other physical activity (I'm really looking forward to exploring the Dandenongs and doing the Thousand Steps walk once I'm down there!) I'm also super excited to be moving to somewhere much closer to the ocean than where I am now. When I'm not outdoors exploring or at the gym I enjoy reading, writing, playing video games, or watching a movie or television series as I'm quite a bit of a nerd. I love cooking and baking. I pick up after myself and like to take care of my share of house work, cleaning is relaxing to me. I have a bonsai that I enjoy taking care of. Sadly, I have no pets but if you have a furbaby I will undoubtedly dote on it as I love animals. I'm looking to live in a safe, comfortable environment with likeminded people in the Eastern suburbs, close to if not in Ferntree Gully/Knoxfield area.

Good day to you! I'm 26 and looking for fellow housemates. I have two rooms available for $150 a week each. Bills included Pros: - Clean and friendly housemates. - 50 meters to nearest bus stop. - Half hour drive from the city. - Currently running 80mps cable internet which will have to be a shared payment. - All bills except internet covered in weekly cost. - Shops just over the road - Knox city, 5min drive - Space for two desks and computers - Separate lounge for TV and Xbox, or Playstation, but preferably Xbox. - Toilet is separate to shower. Cons: - As we are in a built up area it can get noisy, but nothing too serious, the weekends are fine. - The house is clean and well maintained, but is not brand new, don't expect the Ritz. This house was meant for nerdy LAN parties and non window smashing house parties that last until 6am. Most of the time I'm too busy working or playing gigs to actually do any of that, so if a good nights sleep is more your style I can accommodate that too.
I have just finished studying social work at university and I'm moving to Melbourne. I need a place to stay while I find a full-time job (with the possibility of then staying for a longer period of time). My pet dog (Maltese Shih Tzu) needs to be welcome too (preferably in a home that doesn't already have existing pets). I have lived independently for 3 1/2 years and I am a very tidy person. I am also very chill and fun to be around.
I'm respectful of others and their belongings, clean up after myself, mainly just keep to myself and chill out in my room usually watching movies but would be more than happy to get to know you, have a laugh and chat :)
Hello! I'm great to live with because I'm respectful, tidy, motivated, fun and can get along with almost anyone. I am very tidy and know how to clean up after myself. I love to keep fit and cook healthy meals. I also love to indulge in chocolate and red wine! I currently work full time as a Support worker supporting people with Intellectual disabilities and mental health issues. I would prefer to live with Max 3 people and preferably females. I am also interested in a team up to get a new rental next year. So, if you think I sound like a good match hit me up! I am not looking to move until January 2018 Thanks!
We are 3 people in our 30’s, one guy and two girls (and one cat), looking to share with someone who is employed, and that are looking for a place to live long term in a lovely, and great size house, to join our happy home. It is a good sized bedroom that is available. The room is unfurnished so you will need to supply your own furniture, bed etc. We are looking for someone truly decent, male or female, age appropriate, around our age 30 and above. $105 PER WEEK. This does not include bills. ONE MONTHS RENT AND BOND IS REQUIRED BEFORE MOVING IN. Please include your phone number when you email me so I can call you. Pets are considered. We are close to public transport and shops and have unlimited Internet and off street parking. Decent, mature, considerate, respectful persons like ourselves NEED ONLY APPLY. No substance abusers, thanks.
I am easy to get on with and have a good sense of humour. I am a young 50+yr old and enjoy gym, aquatics and walking in general to keep fit and healthy. I also enjoy the odd hit of golf and tennis. I enjoy my own company but also like to mix and mingle with others. I have also enjoyed volunteering for several years and presently, helping and serving other people. My habits are clean and do not have any type of addictions at all, such as drinking, smoking, etc. I also attend church most Sundays. I am quiet in my habits and routines and respect other peoples privacy and space. I have lived in and around the Belgrave Vic area for the last 17 yrs and previous to that I lived with my family in SA.
CLEAN FREAKS ONLY! People who do not clean up after themselves or who generate communal mess (marks, substances on walls, marks on carpet) or neglect the house (moldy windows, etc) are not welcome here and will not be tolerated! There is no maid, so clean and responsible adults only will thrive here. People who love gardening will love this property. The immaculate front yard craves attention - all outdoor help is welcomed, however not mandatory. Lovely furnished room (including double bed frame and wardrobe) with a view of the stylish front yard. The house is located close to a train station, walking distance to grocery stores, milk bars, and restaurants. Boasts ducted heating for winter. Very relaxed household and neighbourhood. :) As a shiftworker, I will be out and home at all hours - the applicant will need to be prepared be respectfully quiet around the house during some days when I am sleeping between shifts; the favour will always be returned with the house kept quiet for your sleep. :) This is not a party household! I tend to keep to myself, however am always happy to chat. No obnoxious, messy or unhygienic people need apply. The household has three animals - a medium sized dog and 2 cats. If you are allergic, uncomfortable around or generally dislike animals, or feel the urge share/take over animal training, this is not the house for you. Harm to the animals or disregard of rules of interaction with the animals will not be tolerated. Their training, feeding, etc is the owner's responsibility alone, however they are everyone's to cuddle and love :) The dog is very calm and will get along well with equally as calm, unassuming and gentle housemates. Communal living areas such as the loungeroom and kitchen must have occupants clean up after themselves directly after use (no dishes in sink, no oil spray on the walls around the stove, etc). The room itself should be well managed by the occupant. If you are a smoker, you must smoke outside only, well away from the building - this also means no incense or shisha inside. Damage to property through direct harm or neglect will result in loss of bond or request of reimbursement.
I'm clean, organised, easy to get along with, friendly, compromising and a great cook! I enjoy my own space as well as sharing and i have the world most well behaved dog. I don't watch tv so the remotes yours, it's important for me to have a clean environment to live in, so i take pride in keeping a tidy home. I work pretty much full time as a school teacher (CRT) so will always be able to pay rent. I'm an artist so bring with me beautiful life and colour through my art into the space. I'm also a beginner yoga teacher, so if that's your thing we can practice together. I have a bright, bubbly, positive personality and look forward to finding the right fit.
Hi my name is Brad I'm a recently seperated dad of two boys aged 13 & 5 I'd like to have them stay over fri-sat nights fortnightly, however I know that's a lot to expect in a share house so I'm willing to compromise. Ideally I'm looking for someone to share a home with in a similar situation male or female I'm fine if you don't have kids just as long as you're happy to have mine around occasionally. I work full time and I'm clean and tidy I'm very friendly and happy to hang out with a house mate but also fine if you just wanna chill on your own. If you're interested message me or call
Hey All! I am a 22 year old qualified student of illustration and photography. I am generally a neat person but I keep my mess in the bedroom and will do my dishes when I get home from work. I do own a year old cat (Caleb) that is very affectionate and loving so he is a family friendly pet. My personally; I am a bubbly tomboy and I am up for long chats and banter with people around me. I was brought up with respect for others and for the household you live in, I have a history of renting, and am looking to move out independatly, I also currently work in a warehouse with a stable income, my work hours are night shifts.
My place is about an 8 minute walk to the bus stop if you are using public transport. There is an awesome reserve 2 min away as well. It is a big place which I just want to share with another roomie. $250 covers all bills as well apart from groceries. Depends on if you want to share meals or do your own thing :) The place also has two toilets but one shared bathroom. There was no real option to put that in.
We are very easy to get along with & Value honest communication between one another. Clean and genuinely concerned about other peoples well being.
