My focus is on running my private art school for kids and teenagers, and levelling up as an artist. I spend most of my time working but happy to be sociable when I can. I have two small, cute bantam hens who live in a coop outside. I let them out to roam for an hour or so most days, and stay with them during that time, making sure they're safe. I'm considerate, like a reasonably quiet home, clean up after myself, and pay bills on time. When I'm not working/drawing I'm either exercising or watching something on a streaming platform. I like podcasts, audiobooks, music, animals and nature. Keen to find something longer term and not have to move every other year. Happy to pay around $300 pw, more if it includes bills. Hi I’m Caitlin ☺️ I’m 19 😇 I have two dogs 🐶 Maple and princess. Maple is a standard poodle and princess is a miniature poodle with a big personality. They get on with other pets. Cats etc. they are toliet trained but whenever we have moved they do have a few accidents the first week or two of moving testing the waters I have found. I look after them I don’t expect you to do anything for them just to be nice to them I feed them I walk them I groom them. I’m happy for you to take them out for a walk but need to discuss before hand as they are my babies. I have my boyfriend that stays about once a week, will be over often to hangout. He has always been respectful to any of my roommates and gets on quite well with them or shares common interests. I am clean person I clean the house house about once a week like a deep clean. I have alot of stuff I won’t need room to be furnished. I also will need to put some stuff into storage if possible. Etc shed or something. I have visitors such as family that I would like to be aloud at the house to see me, as I know some people don’t like that so just putting that out there I like to have a social life and have people over not parties I work 40 plus hour weeks, I don’t drink or smoke. I will also start uni in Feb so if I’m not working, with my dogs, with my boyfriend or studying, at the gym/ any form of exercise hikes etc , catching up on cleaning or I’ll be sleeping😂 I’m a busy girl I don’t mind having a chat when our schedules Aline. Car parking, street parking needs to be free I don’t want fines otherwise I need off street parking. I’ve got my green ps, small car I can not reverse so please don’t make me 😅

Hi, my name is Angelique and I am 24 years old. I am looking to live within Melbourne. I am down to earth, LGBTIQA+ friendly. I'm clean. I don't smoke. I enjoy the occasional alcoholic beverage every now and then. I love board games. I enjoy both spending time socialising and value time and space to myself. My ideal household would be a quiet and tidy but welcoming environment. I'd prefer to live somewhere long term if possible. I have two kittens. At the moment I'm currently looking at places to live but am in no rush as my lease ends September 2026. I'm comfortable meeting, seeing how things go if the place suits and getting to know potential future housemates and simply having a look around. Ideally now I am leaning towards living closer to the rainforest preferably somewhere with access to public transport as I do not have my own car yet. While I do enjoy living in the North East suburbs and have enjoyed living in East Melbourne suburbs. I'm thinking to look furthermore into living amongst more trees as I'm from the rainforest and unfortunately my mild asthma has worsened since moving to Melbourne. I do not have allergies to animals as I've always lived with animals and have my own animal friends (pets) who I won't abandon. I'm currently working my side job which I consider a hobby that I now get paid for which is dog walking and pet sitting. I'm also on the look out for a consistent job but I'm also quite flexible as I'm hoping to move in the next year and then eventually find something more permanent at a cafe/restaurant as I tend to work as a barista, cafè all rounder and in kitchens in those restaurant and cafè environments- which will hopefully be close by to my future place to call home.
