I don’t have problem if you have friends/family over but would like to be given a brief heads up if people are staying over if my room is near common areas. ✅ All good with kids being kids 🌿 Just need my space respected when I’m in rest mode - and for you to hold that boundary, as I won’t be stepping into a parenting role. ✅ I spend 5–7 days away each month for 🌝cycle🌝 health rest - one less person around during that time ✨ 🌼 A Few Requirements 🌼 Decent room size: enough space for a yoga mat, double bed, desk, and TV. ⚪️ Punching Bag Use 🥊 I use a freestanding inflatable one a few times a week to manage my condition (non-negotiable) It makes some sound (10–30 mins max), but I’ll only use it at times that suit the house. Flexible schedule = happy to accommodate shift workers. It lives outside or garage, too loud for in the home. (If you have or want a hanging one - even better.) 🥊 ⚪️ Chore System: I thrive with clear, fair structure. Looking for a housemate or two to apply for properties SE of Melbourne city, anywhere from Brighton down to the Mornington peninsula. Also open to move around the Phillip island area. I’m a 29 year old who works as an environmental officer and ecologist with an energetic dog who has travelled everywhere with me. She loves people so looking for housemates who can reciprocate the love with her! I have all my own furniture to furnish the entire house (besides your rooms but do have a king single mattress and frame if needed) including a washing machine, fridge, etc. Enjoy sharing space with like minded humans, love being out in nature and being in touch with the natural world.
