Hi I'm Leah I'm in my 40s and am a current tafe student, making a career change from architecture to vet nursing. I'm home quite a bit as I get used to being a student and studying after nearly 2 decades of working. I volunteer at Lort Smith Adoption Centre and need to work at a vet clinic for school so I'm not in the house *all* the time. I'm from Singapore and have been in Australia for over 15 years. I've been living in sharehouses ever since my move here. I'm reliable with bills and keeping the house clean and tidy. I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom. I do have some furniture and whitegoods that I'm happy to bring to the house, alternatively I can have them in storage. I would like to be on utilities bills as I get concession rebates on those.
