Hi, I am a 26 year old female, hail from India looking for a 2 bedroom property, it can be an apartment a flat a house or 1 bedroom studio as well. I will be living alone but my father comes to visit me every year as he travels a lot, he might stay with me for couple of months. I am a full time worker and I rarely stay at home, I am a quite person and calm and like to stay with my own privacy. If anyone thinks that I will be a suitable tenant for your property, please contact me . Also I will be travelling overseas for 2 and a half months but I will be paying the rent as usual weekly or fortnightly, also I can provide enough references for my checks. I am not in a hurry to rent a property I need it before this year September, so I still have time to explore options. My minimum budget is 400 $ and maximum is 500 $.
