Hi, I’m Deepti, a senior lawyer / legal consultant and a full-time working professional. I’m currently based in Adelaide and relocating to Sydney towards the early May for work, and am looking to settle in Sydney longer-term.

I’m looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home with like-minded, respectful people. I value a calm, clean, and easy-going living environment.

I’m tidy, organised, and mindful of shared spaces. I’m friendly and open to occasional chats, but also value personal space and a peaceful home to unwind after work.

In my free time, I enjoy walks, exploring new places, and keeping an active routine. I’m a non-smoker and appreciate a clean, considerate household.

What I’m looking for:

• A clean, well-kept home with a relaxed and respectful vibe
• A furnished private room (ensuite preferred)
• Good natural light and a comfortable space to work from home when needed
• A location that’s well connected to transport and within reasonable distance to the city

I’m flexible on move-in timing and can move quickly for the right place.

Additional notes:

I’m a reliable and responsible tenant, and I take good care of the space I live in. I’m happy to provide references if needed and can arrange video inspections while I’m still in Adelaide.
