Our preferred postcodes for accomodation are VIC 3000, 3011, 3012, 3013, 3020, 3031. We’re clean, quiet, respectful, and non-smokers. I work in CBD in a colsultncy firm while he’s studying full-time. We’re looking for a private room (ideally with ensuite), studio, or granny flat for $200–$250/week, long-term (up to 2 years). We’re tidy tenants who genuinely care about creating a good relationship with whoever we live with, whether it’s a housemate or landlord.
