Keen on a place all to yourself? Then look no further! I'd like to find someone to rent out 1 bedroom and take care of this recently purchased property until I move in next year. The house is currently unfurnished, but basic furniture can be provided if required. The house has a large living area and modern kitchen. You will have the luxury of your own bathroom and can also use the spare rooms for storage.
I'm a 24 and currently employed full-time in the construction sector as a civil engineer. I am currently living by myself in a two bedroom town house but would prefer the company of roommates. I consider myself quite outgoing, easy to get along with and very sociable. I am well mannered and like to keep things neat and organised. My ideal room mates would be people of similar age who would rather classify each other as friends and share a couple of drinks every now and then than people who just shut themselves away in their rooms. In my spare time I love to both play and perform music (I'm a guitarist but promise I won't make noise!) and binge watch whatever TV series I'm hooked on at the time. I have had experience living in share houses before so I am familiar with what is expected. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
Hi there, My name is Tanya I am 32 years old and I work full-time in Clayton in Administration. I am currently living on the Northside and I am looking to relocate closer to work. I'm looking to join an existing share house or find a new share house, starting a fresh lease agreement with 1-3 other people. I am looking to move into a large 2/3 bedroom house or town house in and around Burwood, Box Hill, Surrey Hills etc. I am single and keep pretty quiet during the week and don't mind a glass of wine on the weekend. I like to socialise with my roommates but I also respect each others privacy and space. I am clean, tidy and friendly. I also enjoy time to myself and socialise on occasions and catchup with friends. I look forward to meeting my new roommate soon. Cheers, Tanya

Hello! I'm a generally happy person with two fluffball pomeranians rescued 2 years ago. Separated with no kids, I have rented out my place and now looking to start a new adventure by living somewhere different in Melbourne with new people. I'm a professional, working full time in the CBD. I love to cook and play the piano, I'm very interested in all things Permaculture, and I spend a fair bit of time out wandering in nature or by the bay with my dogs. I also like catching up with friends and family regularly. I am well travelled, and adapt very quickly to different environments. I am interested in sharing a pet-friendly house and garden with an open-minded good hearted individual, who works full-time and who loves dogs. I can also contribute furniture and appliances to fit out a 1or 2 bedroom place. Feel free to contact me if any of this resonates with you and we'll chat.
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to work each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
Hi I'm Jo, a full time student at Deakin. I'm studying a bachelor of health and physical education as well as biology. I also work part time in retail. I am a chilled person looking for a relaxed house to move into. A bit about me, Im laid back, clean, tidy and respectful of people. I love to have a laugh, love sport, watching and playing! I'm looking for a house mate/ mates that are very relaxed, clean and reliable when it comes to bills and rent. Message me on Flatmates if I seem like someone you would like to live with. I have allergies to cats so I can't live with them but love dogs!
Hi. I'm Kat, a 22 y.o. professional from overseas. I am a physiotherapist and I will be working full-time at Ringwood North area. I am looking for a room/flatshare/accommodation that is furnished, includes bills, has parking space, and a place that wouldn't mind if I use some fridge space and utensils for cooking. I don't mind living with males but would prefer to live with at least one female. I am also open to teaming-up with like-minded positive people! :) I am responsible, understanding, and open-minded (prolly cos of the nature of being in the healthcare field). I get lots of comments that I am more mature for my age. I am a type A person. I like to set goals and I get frustrated at myself if I don't achieve them but I am more understanding of others. I get a little intimidated with OCD people because I am not a neat freak but I would like to be more organized. However, I am tidy enough and I help out with chores. I let others know that I'm open to constructive criticism as long as done in the right manner. I am always open for improvement. I am very respectful of others as I expect the same treatment. I enjoy being active (or trying to be active), exploring new things, serious talks, taking pictures/videos, meeting new people, having a glass of wine, enjoying life, etc. If you think we would be a great match, let me know. =)

I'm a Male professional non-smoker looking to share a house or unit with preferably an Asian or Indian lady in the East/Sth East Suburbs. Hoping to share the cooking especially curries (can be vegetarian). Not interested in party house just a quite respectful person that we can communicate with when at home. Also if you have children I don't mind as sometimes I would like to have my 4 year old daughter come to stay with me on some weekends. If you have a room available or are looking to share with someone please don't hesitate to email me with your details or questions. Kind regards Andrew
I'm a very compassionate person who pretty much loves everyone, and am very understanding of everyones' needs. I love deep philosophical chats and banter which usually revolve around "lefty politics". I am looking for a place where I can feel comfortable, not judged, and somewhere were I can come home from work and feel relaxed. I love a good deep chat and a good laugh. I am known to enjoy a few beers with others on days that are appropriate, and often have the occasional joint. I do smoke, however will be respectful of the house. I am also quite the passionate PC gamer, and can provide the house with a PS4, nintendo 64, and game cube.
My name is Josh. I am currently seeking a new place to call home. I have a little friend who's name is Noah (chihuahua x jack russell) who is also in need of a good home. I would feel more comfortable if Noah spent more time inside than out but I am happy to reconsider whether he remains an indoor pup or outside. I live in Sydney, I want to relocate to Queensland. I am a full time student who will be changing courses onces I have moved. I will unemployed at first but I have enough savings to pay rent and bills for several months. I think of myself as a pretty easy person to get along with. . Noah and I are happy to keep to ourselves or if you like we are happy to be more sociable. Please contact us if you think we will suit what you are looking for. Warm regards Josh & Noah

Hello, I'm studying full time for the next 9-10 months (engineering) and looking for a room. I'm tidy, organised, and reliable with about 10 years of housesharing experience behind me. I mostly do my own thing and I'm always busy and never sit around on the couch. I lived in my last flat for 3 years in Brunswick, but I'm moving east to avoid the inner city traffic. I need a safe off-street parking spot. Look forward to finding out more about your place. Thanks.
