I'm best suited to a place where the people are mature and independent, busy doing their own thing. My ideal housemates would also be clean, house proud and trustworthy. For example, 1) they'd be the sort of housemates who feel that wiping the kitchen bench after themselves isn't a big ask and 2) housemates that I wouldn't have to worry about if I had gone out and left my room open.
