I have a very cute Pomeranian who is also well toilet trained. The one on the left is me. I'm in the security industry.
3 bedroom house located in the Forest Gardens estate in Forest Hill. Safe and quiet one-way-in-one-way-out estate. 2 minutes walk to Forest Hill Chase shopping center. All bedrooms are upstairs, see the house plan for more info. Bond is $623 and kept with the Residential Tenants Bond Authority. The property is managed by Hocking Stuart and is on a month-to-month basis. The house is, however, an investment property so the owners are looking for ongoing tenants. I have lived here for 2.5 years. While this means you are not forced into a 12-month lease, I am still ideally looking for housemates who want a 4 month plus stay. I have one larger room available with a spacious walk-in wardrobe and modern personal ensuite with toilet and shower (Approx $730 p/m). The 2nd room is slightly smaller, with a built-in wardrobe and has a shared bathroom with one other person ($560 p/m). All rooms have air-con. Internet is optional for $20 p/m (ADSL2+ and unlimited usage). The house pretty much comes with everything you will need, besides a dryer. Would like to get a second fridge, however. I might be interested in setting up a second living room with couch/tv/etc depending on how the new housemates feel. Hoping to find a good group of people to live with. This will not be a house with one person in charge, we will all have equal rights. All bills are currently in my name though and I am happy to continue this. I am also interested in team ups. Could be a good opportunity to be grounded here for a little while before moving out to another property down the track if we all get along. Keep in mind, this is a drug-free house. You can flip some bikkies elsewhere.

Hello! I'm a 28 year old female with a retired racing greyhound. I work part time and will be starting my Masters in Creative Art Therapy in July. I'm currently living in Coburg but as I work in Mt Waverley and my family is out that way I'm looking to move back to the Eastern Suburbs where I grew up! I'm looking to move in the next 30 days as where I'm living currently has been sold!. I'm clean and conscientious of others and I'm pretty quiet (definitely not a party animal). I love a cup of tea/coffee and a chat/movie night. My interests are anything creative, reading, music and spending time with friends/family and my beautiful greyhound Roy! I do smoke (tobacco) but would never smoke inside because that's stinky. I look forward to hearing from you! :)
Hey all ! I'm a 24 year old Criminology student at Latrobe Uni who loves reading and wants to start up a bonsai garden somewhere in an established sharehouse. I work semi-odd hours (mostly weekends and nights) so for the most part I'll be out and about. When I'm home I'd love to share a cup of tea or wine between typing away on my near-ancient Mac or being buried in a book.
Hi there! I'm moving up to Melbourne in the next month or so to study up at Deakin Uni in Burwood. I currently live in Bendigo (central vic) which is about 90 minutes away. I will be a full time student at Deakin, and will be travelling down to Bendigo every second weekend for work (at least until I get sick of doing that, then I'll get a job in Melbourne). I'm looking to live in a shared house with about 2 or 3 other people, and would prefer to live as close to the Burwood area as possible but I don't mind travelling if I find an awesome house. I love socialising & meeting new people, drinking lol, binge watching everything and I have a weird thing about ordering a chicken parma everywhere I eat. Ironically I also like (trying) to keep fit. Also sorry for the awkward photo. The only recent photos I have of me all feature an alcoholic bev in my hand or are a group pic so this photo will have to do. I am happy to live with people either studying or working :)
Hi! I'm Ashlyn, I'm a 22yo law student at Monash and I work part-time in a Ringwood pub. I'm looking for a place to move as my current landlord is selling the property. I would like somewhere between Clayton and Ringwood, as these are the suburbs I travel between for work/uni. My budget is up to $180 including bills. I have a queen bed and a desk which the room would need to accomodate, so realistically the room must be at least 3m x 3m. I also have a couple of cool gadgets to bring, including a high quality blender, rice cooker and slow cooker. As I am generally pretty busy with work/uni, I don't have much spare time outside of sleep, however I also enjoy healthy eating & fitness, netflix, reading and nature. I like to have housemates who are friendly, down to hang out sometimes, but also respect having alone time. I am generally a tidy person, particularly in common areas as I think this is a big sign of respect. I prefer to clean things as I use them (dishes/bench tops etc), and use a rotating roster for vacuuming, mopping etc. Pets: As much as I love them, I am allergic to cats so can't live with any. I also love dogs, and can live with them happily. I do have a small reptile (named Koda) who lives in a tank on my desk, however if this is going to be a deal breaker I may be able to organise for him to live at my parents'. My current lease ends on Sept 25, so I am looking to move in early-mid September, however late August may be suitable for the right place. Ideally, I would be joining a pre-existing lease, as I am heading overseas on exchange in February and as such only require a 4-6 month stay. If I sound like a suitable candidate, message me here (please no texts/calls for first contact) and we can go from there!
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
Hi, I'm Matt. I'm 28 and easy to get along with. Used to live by myself, so I'm self sufficient and clean. I can be social or keep to myself. Always pay my bills on time. I have a Border Collie named Archie, he is incredibly shy, looks after himself mostly and doesn't bark or get aggressive. I work fairly long hours. I am a sharing person. I like to cook. I follow most sports. Cheers.
Hi, I'm clean, tidy and respectful person and social person too. Likes own privacy and quite time aswell as respects others space too. Im a nurse. I'm a christian and brought up that way and I respect everyone's belief too. I'm looking for a large unfurnished room/ master ensuite for long term stay place (until I buy my own place at least which i have no plans yet 😜👍) so talking LONG TERM stay please. Let me know if you have something similar.
Hi everyone, I'm a 30-year-old student in my final year of university. I am looking for somewhere to stay from end of September/early October until at least January, possibly longer. I'll be doing my final teaching internship in Donvale for all of term 4, so I'll need a place easily accessible to Donvale. During this time I'll be full time in a primary school, and probably spending much of my free time planning lessons, so I'll most likely be super quiet and you may not see much of me. Having said that, I'm super friendly and have a great sense of humour, so when you do see me I'm sure you'll enjoy interacting with me :-) I'm also a super neat and clean person so rest assured I will not be leaving any unwanted mess around! Hopefully I can find a nice flat mate to have me for a while. Thanks! :-)
Hi, my name is Chiara and I am a full-time teacher. I have lived in Victoria for more than four years and now I am moving to Melbourne in August. I would like to find a place to share in the Eastern suburbs. I am easy going, clean, reserved and tidy.
I'm a 25 year old post grad student from India. I'm here to pursue my Master of Business degree in Sports Management at Deakin and will be working part time as well. I'm a very friendly, chilled out guy capable of adapting to new surroundings with ease. I'm approachable, considerate and very easy to get along with. You can talk to me about anything, I will gladly have a chat with you. Need any help with something and I will do my best to help you. More importantly, I've spent 6 years of my student life living in shared accommodation, so I'm well aware of the responsibilities one may have. I appreciate cleanliness and hygiene. I enjoy sports (both watching and playing), music, travelling, reading and watching movies. I also enjoy socializing over Coffee or a few drinks occasionally. I love animals, so I won't have any problem having pets around. I have some experience in maintaining the garden from back home, so I can even help you with that on my free time should you need me to.
