Hi Everyone,

I'm a Deakin student undertaking a Masters in Data Science and Diploma in Spanish while also looking for employment.

I'm looking for a sharehouse that is a clean and relatively peaceful environment to support my studies and work. I'm best suited to a place where the people are mature and independent, busy doing their own thing.

My ideal housemates would also be clean, house proud and trustworthy.
For example,
1) they'd be the sort of housemates who feel that wiping the kitchen bench after themselves isn't a big ask and
2) housemates that I wouldn't have to worry about if I had gone out and left my room open.

About myself:
- my uni studies are offline but I spend half my time at uni for the environment when I live close to easy transport to/from uni and I also go to gym
- have over a decade of experience living in sharehouses
- can be a very quiet person, always busy either reading, studying, working on the computer, exercising or gardening
- am very clean and house proud (everyone says that but then you find it's plates clogging up the sinks and dirty benches for days)
- enjoy working in the garden, as my living arrangements allow
- very respectful of other peoples' privacy and belongings and consideration for other’s right to relative peace and would ask the same in return: I would not fit in a party house or living w/ housemates who play loud music (I personally use headphones).
- it's important to me to get a regular good night's sleep and would not be compatible with wierdos who are up or making tea at 3am in the morning
- I do my socialising, if any, outside of the house
- don't do drugs and have had bad experiences living with drug addicts
- pay bill on time as recurring automatic payments are set up w/ bank
- open to doing odd jobs, e.g. mowing, as I'm a qualified gardener
- have references from landlords and neighbours from previous residence
