Enjoy going out at least once a week for meeting with friends, writing, singing in front of audiences, watching movies and TV, colouring in.
- I'm very friendly, respect other people's spaces, and pay bills/rent on time.
- I tidy up after myself :)
- Have my own double bed, and furniture includes drawers, bedside table, small sofa, tv stand, tv, desk & chair, washing machine and dryer.
- Able to put a lot of that into storage but not preferred.
- Like to cook at least four times a week.
- Have lived with 2 cats before and no dogs before.
I'm looking for a place with a wardrobe in my future bedroom and air con unit there.
Would prefer decent internet speed, close to public transport (as I can’t drive myself), close to shops, pharmacies and cafes :)
I’m looking for a spot in Richmond or close by. Open to inner south and Saint Kilda.
