PhD student and Sports lover! Bachelor in Oman, master in Germany and now PhD in Australia. I'm coffee lover and love to have it in cafes and have good chats. I will like to share a meal with my flatmates from time to time. I like walking, running, swimming and tennis. I am busy with my research during the week in the day time and I like to hangout with friends/flatmates in the weekends. I am PhD student in information systems/IT field. I did my bachelor in Oman and my master in Germany. I am from Oman (YouTube it and you will love it) I like the place I'm living in to be clean and tidy and to be able to call it home. (I am willing to pay a bit more if the rent includes access to a gym and a pool) My flatmates have to be: - not more than 2 (I'm third) - clean and tidy (including keeping the common area and toilets clean) My flatmates preferred (not a must) to be: - above 24 years old - speak French, Spanish or German (I know some of each and I want to practice them in our free time)
My name is Hari. I'm from Bali. I'm studying at Holmesglen Institute Chadstone campus. Lil facts about me, I don't drink, I don't do drug, I don't consume caffeine, and I'm a vegetarian (soon to be vegan). But, hey, I don't criticize people who's doing the opposite of me. Oh hey, I'm also interested in Team Ups! I'd like a friendly mates who doesn't mind sharing their thoughts and maybe hang out sometimes!
Hi my name is Mitzi and I just moved to Melbourne in December 2017 after living in California for 30 years. My family lives in Melbourne and wanting to be close to them again after so long apart Melbourne just seemed like the best fit. I desperately want to get settled once and for all as I feel as if I have lived like a gypsy for way long enough! I work 3-4 days per week as a chef in a cafe in Kilsyth and have done so since January of this year. I live fairly quietly, am very clean and tidy in the house, easy to get along with and I love animals so if you have dogs or any other animals I would be perfectly at home. I like to cook (even though I do this for a living!), read, garden, go for very long walks and most of all spend as much quality time as I can with my family. So I am a little "older" but I am certainly not an old lady by any standards. I have never been married or had children and have lived a full, fun life filled with good friends and good times. So that's me pretty much in a nutshell!
i like to be clean without be an absolute pain in the ass about things. Enjoy the occasional chat. interested in most things under the sun. special preference to nerdy, geeky, science-y stuff. love gaming and music. Currently studying Visual Arts and Design.

Hi, My name is Nitish, I am an international student looking for a room to rent. I have gone through the advertisement that you posted on Flatesmates.com. I am very much interested to rent this room. I am a very clean organised person and been living in Melbourne from last three years, Therefore I am very well aware about the house hold responsibilities. Currently, I am renting through Little Estate agency with my friends. I want to move to a single room and this looks like a great option. I am a full time worker so there will be no delays in paying rent and bills. If you have any question, please do not hesitate to contact me and I would be more than happy to provide my current agencies contact number for reference and also my house mates contact number. Thank you
Hi, I'm Ash! I am a really fun and outgoing person. I am generally really easy to get along with and love spending time with people. I don't go out often, but I do take latin dance classes and attend socials once a week. I work shift work at the moment so I am constantly in and out, but enjoy spending days off at home watching netflix or reading a book. As a housemate, I am respectful, tidy and considerate of others. I would like to live in a place where all public/shared areas are kept tidy. I don't mind hanging out with a glass of wine from time to time or watching a movie. Ideally, I would like a housemate that will grow into a friend as I'm from Queensland, but also have a mutual respect for personal space. An important thing to know about me is I come with an additional being. Her name is Jazzi and she is a Shihzu. She's a really calm and placid dog. She doesn't bark (ever), she sleeps alot and she's more than happy to get lay near you (or on you) while you do your own thing. She is really well trained and will listen to anyone who gives her a command. I am looking to move anywhere within 20 minutes from the city on the Eastern side of Melbourne and wouldn't mind starting up a new sharehouse. I'm looking to move in November, so plenty of time to get to know each other before making a decision. If you're interested, please shoot me a message :)
32 yo professional French girl - I work at Goodlife Health clubs (customer service as well as group fitness instructor) - I would love to find a place where I can socialize and meet some awesome people, but also where I can relax and study in private. Tidy, quiet and polite :) I was about to move in with a friend but she changed her mind the day before we sign the lease, which means that I have quite a bit of furnitures with me. Happy to bring it to the house or sell it/store it. I look forward to meeting you! Fanny
Hi, I am a recent engineering graduate from the Australian National University who is moving to Melbourne for work. I am a bubbly girl, a shopping addict and an Electronics engineer. I like tea, dancing, meal prepping, going to the gym and chatting over cocktails every now and then. I will be working full time and studying for postgraduate law school (yeah it's a career change from engineering :P). I am not a party animal and I am a clean freak who has been living in share-houses in Canberra. I respect everyone's personal space and privacy but I am always down for a chat. Oh also, I study a lot so I am very quiet and nerdy. I am looking for a room that fits a double bed and a study desk. I am also looking for clean respectable housemates who are preferably working professionals like me. I am looking to move in as soon as possible.
I’m Dave I’m 27. I work full time in sales and part time in the Army Reserve. I spend most of my time working, at the gym, playing basketball or looking after my neice and nephew. If I’m home I’m generally watching tv or making something in the kitchen. I’m nice and neat and tidy and like others to be tidy too. I’m quiet but not during the NBA playoffs. ;)
Professional thirty something. Clean, quiet, fun. Former Adelaidian working in the entertainment industry who likes a wine, a laugh, and a good conversation.
Hi, I'm Katie, 29 I work full-time (shift work) in health care looking for a home once I return from overseas (possibly before the trip if I find the perfect fit). I am looking for a place that I can feel at home in. I work long hours and have varying shifts in a rotating roster, which is quite easy to get the hang of, during my four days on I'm not around much. I spend most my days off trying new fitness classes, going to yoga, bouldering and catching up with my friends and family. I'm would say I am equally as social as solitary. I love sharing a bottle wine and some chit chat, always down for a wildlife doco or a binge-worthy series, but like most also I have those days where I need to zen out a little more. I enjoy cooking, getting active outdoors and travel. I love indoor plants and I have a few that will also need a home. I'm clean and tidy, I tend to go into a bit of a cleaning mode post night shift. Any who, If there is anything else you would like to know please get in touch!

Hi there, I am a full time employed Accounts Officer, quiet and clean with a wonderful smart cuddly dog. The dog needs the backyard and I need a room:) I love my plants, baking and going for a jog. I am not a party person and seek a clean house. The dog will add an excellent layer of security to the property, barks very little, only when something's not right:) Please message me if something like this available: clean, private and affordable. Moving due to a breakup in relationship. Cheers Ana
