$400/week•33 year old man
I am looking to secure a place for myself for when my lease runs out in October. Preferably a place of my own(Whole property). I am a proud disability support worker, I am a kind and respectful person, who takes pride in keeping a clean and organised space. I am a non-smoker, and only drink socially, I am a creative individual who enjoys music production and painting, cooking, and gardening. I will be accompanied by my cat, Luna who is a short haired domestic, who is strictly an indoor cat. If you know of anyone who is looking for someone to take over their lease in October, or know of any houses that will be available at that time and within my price range, I would love to hear from you. Warmest regards, JD Finlay.

NOTE: not looking for a room, so not interested in any offers; thanks. Hey guys! I'm putting together a team-up to find a vacant sharehouse in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne (see suburbs below for an idea of the area that I'm looking in at the moment). I've just vacated my long-term sharehouse in Chadstone (temporarily staying in Glen Waverley) and have a long list of shared items/furniture (including furnishings for at least one other room) that I can contribute. I've been living in sharehousing since February 2021 (initially in Brisbane and for the last three years in Chadstone) and am a clean, reliable and organised housemate who always pays on time (in fact, I've most often been the main contact/person in charge of rent/bills and making sure everyone else pays on time, haha). So yeah, would say I'm pretty well-versed. Overall, I'm a pretty sensible, friendly and easy-going guy (you might hear me play music/an instrument from time to time, but I try to keep it down), so pretty easy to live with. I'm a muso (bass, piano and dabble in guitar and drums) and play in my own band, and I'm a music, film and TV lover (big into Star Wars and Marvel in particular); also love the footy and tennis. Otherwise, keen to find some cool people to team up with (ideally around similar age) and form a group that gets on well and has a good balance between being social/occasionally doing stuff together but also being respectful of space, down time, etc. My current sharehouse has always been mixed-gender, and it's worked pretty well for us, so happy to do this again. If this appeals to you, give me a message; looking forward to meeting people – thanks!

Hi, I’m 25 years old (she/her) and I’m a recent graduate of my Masters of Public Policy! I have 3 years of sharehouse experience, so well versed in shared living (clean, reliable with rent/bills, considerate of others etc). My current rentals lease finished up in august so looking for a new place to live- can move in asap :) I’m looking for a shared apartment, unit or small sharehouse with a calm, homey vibe where you can unwind! With a good balance of a friendly chat or the occasional dinner/ tv hang with your housemate/s but also with everyone living their own lives & doing their own thing In my spare time I love to thrift, go to markets, see friends and family, spend time in nature or with my 3 dogs & cat (they don’t live with me), and watch a good comedy! -ideally looking for a place that’s all women/fem -flexible with area Send me a message if I sound like a good fit :) still looking for the right place!
