I'm a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce professional moving from Brisbane to Melbourne for work and need a short-term accommodation (up to 3 months max) ideally in St Kilda or nearby suburbs. My budget is $250-$300 per week for a furnished or partly furnished private room or one-bedroom. I work full-time and aim to move in by 12th July 2025. With regard to inspections, I can only do video/remote viewings via WhatsApp as I'm still wrapping up a few things at my current residence. As a housemate, I’m neat, respectful of privacy, and pretty laid-back. I’m social when I’m around people but also enjoy my own space. Ideally, I'm looking for a more *all-female* household.
