Hey, I'm Riley. I'm currently looking to move out of the place I live in and start up a new home with someone at the end of July, beginning of August. ] I've lived in share housing for 3 years now and am ready for bit of a smaller place. I am pretty sociable and love to have a drink or two, but I am also fairly private in the way that I like to have alone time and I will totally respect your boundaries. I love cooking and binging tv shows, occasionally you'll hear me singing and playing my ukulele after a couple glasses of wine. Swing me a message if I sound like your kind of girl. :)
Hey! i'm a 30yo living in brisbane, i've lived here for 18 months and im looking for a new place due to my current housemates boyfriend moving in. I'm a very clean and organised man, im happy to socialise but also will stick to myself. I'm looking for a housemate that lives clean and isn't a party animal, i'm too old for that. I have a motorcycle that I require off street parking for. Feel free to offer a place if its not in my selected area's, they are only a guide. Thanks
I am from Colombia I'm an easy-going 32 years old person. Also I will be busy working and studying so I will not have time to stick my nose in people's business . Love to be organized and definitely I adore pets. I'm a nice person and if you have some problem feel free to ask for help. I will do my best to help you. I am cheerful and like to have clear rules with my roommates to avoid problems. If you like to chat I will be available. I am a psychologist and in my free time I like to exercise, play soccer and read. Also love movies and music.
- I’m a clean and tidy person - Easy to talk to and get along with - From Townsville, moved 1 year ago - Work Fulltime, usually only home nights and days off if not busy - I love my own space but I’m happy to spend time with my flat mates - Looking to move into a Female only listing.
When bored I will cook, when renting I am clean and when I am breathing sarcastic.. 🙂.. just an older guy 49 looking for a room.. currently unemployed but I am a casual teacher so no real dramas.. prefer close to rail line or bus ... steve
Hello! As above states my name is Lindsay. Here's a bit about me: I'm a 26 year old Registered Nurse and am relocating to Brisbane from interstate. I have a 3 year old Labradoodle mini called Hartley who is fully immunised, wormed, and flea treated. She is more of an indoor pup but she is toilet-trained, does not malt, has never chewed or destroyed anything other than a fluffy toy, loves other dogs, and only barks at the post-man. I'm not really a party animal as such but do enjoy a few low-key beverages here and there. I was Initially country born and raised but have relocated around Aus a few times for study and work. I have lived in a few share houses with others (both male and female) and have always remained tidy and maintained respect of other's space I love eating healthy (most of the time), watching sport, and generally being active. I like to think of myself as pretty easy going and that I get on with most people (so you can feel comfortable having your friends around or having a chat whenever).
I'm gay, clean, tidy, respectful, quiet, friendly and love having binge fest on Netflix. I dont smoke or do drugs, I also don't have any pets or children and I rarely drink but when I do it's just a couple when I go out with friends. I also work on a permanent casual basis as a night shift Environment Services Assistant at HSNPH and looking to study whilst working in the near future. Looking for a smoke, pet and party free place that's clean and tidy to live at the end of my lease finishing July 31 (Can move in with-in the second last week). I have a preference for my own bathroom and off street parking, aswell as a somewhere out of the weather to store my mountain bike, happy to negotiate the possibility of higher rent to obtain those also looking to preferably would like to live with 2 other people max. If I sound like a good fit, please feel free to message me. :)
I'm Renae, I am 18 and from the Sunshine Coast. I have been in Brisbane for 5 months and I'm looking for somewhere new to move due to troubles in my current location. My lease ends on the 30th of July, so ideally I’m looking for somewhere I can move into on the 31st. I am a neat and tidy person, I like to keep shared spaces as clean as possible. Especially bathrooms and kitchens. I'm friendly and talkative when I’m out of my room, I'm a pretty big gamer so I do tend to keep myself locked up haha. I’m 100% ok with pets, I have a cat and dog up on the coast who I miss lots. Parking isn’t an issue for me as I don’t drive. I work at Big W in a night fill position, which means I work some afternoons from 4 and will home late. Currently studying technical production (Backstage tech for theatre) at QUT but may be deferring for a year to focus on myself and work as much as I can. I do have a partner who comes to visit every few weeks, so somewhere where it is ok for him to stay over occasionally would be great.
Hi there! We're Veronica and Alex, a Brazilian and an Australian, both 26 and looking for a nice, cosy shared house :) We're a very easy going couple, respectful and responsible - we're all for dividing the house chores and cleaning up after ourselves. Veronica's recently finished a postgrad Marketing diploma and is working an admin job; addicted to a bunch of series, loves journaling, photography and other creative hobbies. Alex is currently unemployed, which means he helps around the house a lot. Cooking is his favourite thing in the world and he also loves playing videogames and D&D. We have a lovely, smokey-black, fluffy cat: Aladdin. He's 1 and a half years old, desexed and an inside-only cat. He's very friendly, toilet trained and has learned to only scratch his scratching post. He's also used to other cats, but usually afraid of dogs. We're very quiet people (not to be confused with shy!), open-minded and a bit nerdy. We're homebodies, so not looking for a party house and would also like to have our own space.

It is a good sized bedroom (3.7m x 3.1m) in our 2 bedroom apartment where you will have your own bathroom which you will only have to share with guests, as it is the main bathroom. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. It can easily fit a queen bed and a desk. There is air conditioning in the living room with a big tv, large balcony for entertaining or chilling outside on the couch, modern appliances, a good coffee machine, dishwasher, and we get a nice breeze through as it is on the second floor. There is some space in the garage where we can store extra things. There is also a robot vacuum who's name is Wall-E and the possibility of a cat in the future. The apartment is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute ride to Brookeside or a 8 minute drive down to Stafford Shopping Centre. It is also well connected to public transport as Gaythorne train station is a 5 minute walk away and there are buses that go through as well. It is on a quiet street with not much traffic (no thru road) in a quiet, peaceful suburb, so no loud neighbors. I am the owner of the apartment and live here with my partner, Katrina. We are looking for someone to fill the unfurnished second room, staying at least 6 months and is clean. There will be a lease for this period which will be ongoing after the 6 months and the bond will be registered with the RTA.
