I believe I would be a great roommate as I am organized and independent with regards to cleaning, keeping communal areas tidy and not disturbing the peace. I don't smoke or try to throw epic parties or anything of that nature, and will respect any house in which I live. I work full time and study full time. I have a partner that lives on the sunny coast so they visit on some weekends otherwise I will be up there! I have a cat called phoebe- she’s a 3yr old Himalayan. She loves attention and is frequently found rolling over for tummy tickles. I am usually found working or on the sunny coast otherwise swimming, cooking, socialising or binge watching Netflix.
This is a 2 bedroom unit. It is a quiet place and I am the only other person here. It's only 7 mins walk to Gaythorne train station (between Mitchelton and Enoggera), but far enough away from the train line that you can't really hear the trains. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city.
