Hi! We're Aaron and Harper! 24 year old male and a 2 year old female desexed, registered, trained black Labrador. I have a house full of furniture (lounges, washing machine, dryer, tv etc) but can get rid of everything if necessary. We're looking for a sharehouse. North or Southside it doesn't matter as long as its pet friendly with some grass in the backyard for Harper as she likes lazying around in the sun! Would prefer an unfurnished room but beggars can't be choosers. Harper is a loveable dog, being a Labrador she loves getting out and being active, but will also enjoy a long cuddle when the mood sets. When I’m not working, you can find me probably Coast at a local beach, or exploring new places around Brisbane, anything social and fun really, oh and tagging along is perfectly fine too, especially if you've got a dog as Harper just loves other dogs/animals. Wouldn’t mind a sharehouse with like minded flat mates where possible friendships can be formed - as who wouldn't want to be friends with the people they live with! Also interested in teaming up and starting a new sharehouse too! Looking at a move date around mid October, references available! Can pay 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance and provide proof of savings etc etc if required. Just shoot through a PM if you know of anything, TIA appreciate it 😊
I'm gay, clean, tidy, respectful, quiet, friendly and love having binge fest on Netflix. I dont smoke or do drugs, I also don't have any pets or children and I rarely drink but when I do it's just a couple when I go out with friends. I work on a permanent casual basis as a night shift Environment Services Assistant at HSNPH and looking to study next year. Looking for a smoke, pet and party free place that's clean and tidy to live I have a preference for my own bathroom and off street parking, aswell as a somewhere out of the weather to store my mountain bike, happy to negotiate the possibility of higher rent to obtain those also looking to preferably would like to live with 2 other people max. I come with a brand new washing machine, a dryer and a Dyson, if I sound like a good fit, please feel free to message me. :)
Hi there, benefits of living with me - I'm reserved, friendly, genuine, intelligent, quirky and I love cleaning, am very open minded, and am the last person to judge or make assumption, or in other words am just a very understanding and laid back dude. I don't have a car I just use my skateboard, Im quite reserved when not well acquainted but am colourful and eccentric once you get to know me. I'm considerate, respectful and am happy to keep to myself or if you prefer can also make a great friend, but am also just as accepting of others wants to keep things seperate as housemates. I am unemployed as I've only just moved back from Sydney but am on the hunt. I receive Centrelink benefits fortnightly to pay my rent with and have back up finances if anything was to happen to my main source of income
Hey, I'm Sam. I'm a clean, respectful, friendly, quiet and easygoing guy, originally from Tasmania. I work most nights, usually from 9pm - 2am, and during the day I can be found sleeping, talking to my friends online, preparing meals, listening to music or playing the occasional computer game or TV show. Basketball is my main interest, I watch NBA games when they are on and play social basketball on Monday nights. I have minimal belongings. My ideal place would be under $200/w rent, fast internet (NBN/Cable/ADSL2+), close to Brookside where I work, with housemates who can keep the shared areas reasonably tidy as well. Dishwasher is good but not essential. If other housemates want to hang out, have drinks, play games, watch shows, cook or socialise as a group, I'm happy to partake, but I'm also comfortable with living separately and independently. I won't be moving until late October, so I won't be responding to messages until closer to that date. Sorry.
I am a yoga teacher and wellness specialist (working with PTSD/trauma/high-stress occupations) looking at making the move back to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast. I have a beautiful, 5y/o husky who loves people but as a rescue pup, doesn't do well with other dogs in the same space. She's fluffy, but I make sure I clean up after her. (Outside-only dog - I know people always say that, but this is actually very true). I also have a sweet, quite timid inside-only cat (so she's clean) who will probably hide a lot of the time until she gets to know people. I'm clean, super-respectful of space and boundaries, am not a partier but can enjoy a wine or two over good conversation. I'm friendly and love when I live with people I can get along with. I'm reliable with bills and a good communicator. Bonus: I also come with an espresso coffee machine! I also have white goods (can be stored elsewhere if necessary) and super comfy lounge suite (can confirm: best napping couch!) Since I own my own business, I will need space at least in the bedroom for my desk if not an extra area where possible. I'm generally pretty busy and focused on my work. When I'm not doing that, I'm out at yoga (doing or teaching), walking the dog, being active (just getting into indoor rock climbing), finding a park to chill out and read in, etc etc. My move date is just dependent on finding the right place. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
I work full time in the army and am an easy going respectful housemate. I love to train, eat healthy and get to he beach when I can. I am quiet and considerate of other housemates having lived in share accommodation previously and am a huge animal lover.
This is a 2 bedroom unit. It is a quiet place and I am the only other person here. It's only 7 mins walk to Gaythorne train station (between Mitchelton and Enoggera), but far enough away from the train line that you can't really hear the trains. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city.
We are two ladies that moved into this gorgeous 5 bed Queenslander on 11th September. We are leaving looking for one more lady to share with us. You have the choice of 3 rooms. I have a video of the house (before I moved in), describing everything in much more details, but I cannot list the web url on here....so PM me and I'll send through the video url. Much better than a bunch of boring photos!!!! Its a gorgeous Queenslander. Quiet and spacious. Leafy area in Enoggera 5 bedrooms (house is advertised as 3, due to ceiling height....which I cannot understand as the ceilings look about 8ft to me!) 2 bathrooms Floorboards. Wood panelling Big kitchen HUGE rumpus downstairs 2 bathrooms Walk to bus and train There is a HUGE amount of space and also storage, so no problems if you have a bunch of your own furniture. I like restoring furniture so have a few projects going with coffee table, dining table etc. Fther details re:room pricing Slanted ceiling bedroom $167 downstairs bedroom $167 open brickwork bedroom $130 I don't know whether I want 3 or 4 people in the house....I guess we can all discuss that together. I'm not there much and the place is HUGE, so it may not feel cramped at all, being a 2 story house.....it would really only be the sharing of the kitchen that could prove an issues...and again, I keep different hours, so that's one less for kitchen sharing and bathroom sharing, so it may work well having the extra income and paying less rent...we can discuss it anyway! :)
The location is private but also close to public transport trains and buses and Brookside Shopping Centre and Kedron Brook Bikeway The unit itself is at the back of the complex and on top floor so private again There is a pool onsite for shared use, and safe on street parking The unit is recently renovated and has air con in lounge room, Netflix on main TV, a balcony, and the bedroom is fully furnished, built in cupboards and overlooks the pool. Plenty of storage in kitchen and bedroom and everything in kitchen is ok for common use.
I have had to relocate unexpectedly from a 3 bedroom apartment that I was sharing with 2 other housemates and they are now looking for a third housemate to move in. It is near new and only 15 minutes to Brisbane CBD, so great if you are a student or work in the City. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk and Gaythorne Train Station a 7 minute walk. The apartment features air-conditioned living and dining area combined with designer, stone clad kitchen, European appliances and a private balcony with an elevated suburban view, while the bedrooms enjoy built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The place is furnished, except for your bedroom. If you message me, I will be able to put you in contact with Gaby who would love to meet you and show you through the apartment.

We are two fun loving girls that are looking for a roommate! Our current roommate is looking at moving out ASAP! It’s the second biggest room in the house and it’s a shared bathroom with one of the girls. We like to be clean and respectful. We do tend to have friends over and like to hang out together and have some fun going out on the weekends. We are both 20 and work full and part time. Our roommate is taking a bit of the furniture so we will be needing to fill it up a bit again. Feel free to message us with anymore questions and we are happy to answer
Available from 12 January 2019 onwards, owner occupier. Bills approximately $50 per week per person additional to rent. This is a six year old boutique townhouse complex of 4 units. It's on a quiet street nearby the shops, public transport, Brookside Centre, eateries, parks and Kedron Brook cycleway. Air-conditioning throughout except for one of the bedrooms for rent. Ceiling fans and built in mirrored wardrobes in both. One bedroom has a desk, chair and lamp. Both bedrooms have a QS bed. There is a small private Japanese style courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. I have two beautiful cats, Mango and Leo, one a ginger, the other a ragdoll, so must like cats. Looking for quiet, clean and tidy respectful housemates.
Hi I'm Tayen, I'm a 27 year old student who just returned from 6 months exchange in Denmark. I have a strong hospitality and retail background so I'm great with people. I'm pretty easy going, creative, clean, happy and I like to socialize and cook. I like to have friends or family over for dinners or a few casual bevvies every now and again. I like trying new things and I like to be able to have a chat or hang out with my housemates on occasion but I don't want to be living in each others pockets. I'm looking for a relaxed household where everyone is respectful of each other but also likes to have fun and a bit of a laugh. I like hanging out on the internet, watching tv shows and movies, playing the occassional gaming console, going out every now and again, arts and crafts, festivals and lots of other things. I'm looking for easy going people who are clean and friendly and don't mind socializing on occasion. I'm also looking for people who don't mind if I have friends and family come and stay on occasion and people who like to have bbqs and the occasional drink. Relaxed, friendly people who are reliable with bills and like to have a laugh.
I'm an accountable and nice person, very quite a respectful with everyone.

Very clean, responsible, tidy, and organised, so you won't have to worry about my mess lying around! Usually busy throughout the week with work and uni, and most weekends I stay over at my boyfriends place or am out and about with friends Looking to move in with a like-minded and friendly housemate with positive fun vibes into inner-city Northside/Westside fringe suburbs around the end of October Would ideally want something that's around $250/wk inc. bills Feel free to send me a message and I'd be happy to have a chat and meet up if our requirements match 😊
We’re great to socialise with, can both hold a conversation and are both empathetic humans. We’re also quite creative, with music and visual arts, literature, etc. We are also quite clean and tidy, and if preferred, can keep to ourswlves.
