Awesome location is Geelong West. Right next to town and walking distance to Geelong main train station. The apartment is 2 stories and has a large upstairs deck which can view the waterfront. It's a great place to socialize in, with an open area which connects to the deck. House also has air conditioning upstairs. Your bedrooms will be downstairs, with a shared bathroom and comes with a private garage parking spot. House comes mostly furnished, but I am very flexible in terms of updating and getting new furniture and electronics. Sorry I've got the master bedroom with deck, walk in robe and en-suite. I'll let you use it, but only if you're cool. Also, sorry If I don't get back to everyone :(
HOUSEMATE NEEDED ASAP Two girls are looking for a lovely housemate to move in on the 8th of March! Available is a well-sized room with plenty of natural light and a built-in wardrobe with a full-length mirror. The townhouse is a centrally located property in Geelong West, just a short stroll from the Geelong CBD, train station, Pakington Street and Deakin Waterfront campus. The house is a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse, fully furnished (with the exception of the available bedroom), with a small, well maintained backyard and on-street parking. The house also has air conditioning and central heating. Upstairs features a large and spacious bathroom with shower and spa bath, with an additional powder room downstairs. Rent is $150 per week in addition to utilities (generally paid every 2 - 3 months), and internet (unlimited, $20 per month). The ongoing housemates are two 25 year old females - Jess commutes to Melbourne every day to work in the CBD and Shalini is a nurse with Barwon Health. We would love to live with someone who is easy going, reasonably neat, and who is preferably also working full time, ideally between the ages of 24 and 30. Contact us if you would like to inspect the house!
Great location on Pakington Street, walking distance from Deakin Uni (Waterfront), shops, cafes, restaurants and train station, with a bus stop just outside the house. Only 1 other occupant living in the property. You will have your own bathroom with shower and toilet, for private use, built in wardrobes and a garaged car park. Modern house with aircon/heating and a well sized kitchen and living area, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, as well as a balcony. General bills are NOT included, although unlimited internet will be. No smoking. Preferably looking for uni students, although others may feel welcome to inquire. You will not be applying through an agency, directly to the other occupant. You can contact me (Nik) via flatmates or mobile
I am an easy going and friendly 22 year old. I am studying to be a primary school teacher, going into my second year of study at Deaking Waurn Ponds. I am clean and organised, I’m also happy to have a chat and a casual drink but will also give space and like my own time for study etc.
Hi, my name is Sarah. I'm a young 28 year old. I am a qualified nurse looking to rent with people 25-30 years of age in Geelong. I'm polite and respectful however I do enjoy a chat or a social drink, I also know to respect others space and privacy. I am tidy and clean.
Full time primary school teacher. I consider myself a pretty easy-going and social person and like just having time to myself (especially after work). Love getting to live music gigs as often as possible, and will often fill my spare time by going running, getting out for a surf and catching up with mates. Have owned and rented before so appreciate and respect the expectations and routines of the owner/other housemates.
Hello, My name is Andrea, and I am seeking a peaceful, spacious home preferably with my own bathroom. As a friendly, respectful and reliable person, I make an excellent flatmate/tennant. Would love to be within 15 minutes drive of a nice beach. So anywhere between Geelong and Angelsea would be great. I am currently living in country Vic. And want to move to be closer to work, the beach and other activities. My interests are: design, reading, cooking, music, yoga, cycling and the beach. Currently learning to surf:) A healthy lifestyle is really important to me. So a smoke free environment is essential. I do not mind children or pets, but cannot correct the profile boxes, so please disregard the no children or pets boxes.
Hi all! My names Kim & I'm looking for a place to move into in Geelong as soon as possible. I have just finished up full time work in Ballarat & about to start full time in Geelong but want to move out of my sister’s place where I am currently living so I can meet new people! I have previously lived in a share house before, so I can easily adapt if my housemates want to have a chat or simply want some alone time. I'm fun, very easy going, I'm clean & tidy & although I enjoy going to the gym on a regular basis, I absolutely love making sweet treats (where my time permits) for the whole house to share. Ideally, I would like to snap up a room which has an en-suite but I understand they are very few & far between so a normal room is fine if that's what your house has on offer. Although I state max $160 per week I am relatively flexible depending on what's up for grabs. A BIR is a must as I am a lover of clothes and shoes but I'm definitely not a real girly-girl. Also, if your share house has fur babies then I am well and truly okay with that! Please feel free to send me a message if you are looking for an easy going housemate & think I'd be a great fit for your house. Thanks so much, Kimberly
I’m self funded. I’m clean and tidy, very house trained lol. I love cooking and I’m a bit of a foodie, I love to socialise, I’m not a party animal but I do enjoy the odd night out. I’m not a big drinker but I do enjoy a bevy. I’m really easy going and chilled, I’m a non drug user too
I’m an easy going friendly clean and tidy housemate looking for some like minded people to share a home with. Work standard 9-5 Mon - Fri hours and recently just moved back to Geelong after spending the last four years in Sydney
