I live a quiet and active lifestyle, and in my free time, I enjoy running, reading and brunching by the beach.
I'm looking for a property that offers a comfortable and peaceful living environment, thats close to work, the city and the ocean. Ideally, i’m looking for a rental with the opportunity for longer term availability.
I have 1 cat and am a non-smoker. I always pay rent on time, take care of the space I'm in, and maintain clear communication with landlords and housemates. I’d love the opportunity to be considered for this property and am happy to provide references or further information as needed.
