Room with own bathroom

Hello future flatmate(s)! We just leased out a fabulous apartment and are looking to share it with like-minded individuals. :) It is a spacious modern three-bedroom, three-bath unit with modern state-of-the-art fixtures. Located at a 10 minutes walk from Glen Huntly station and a 3 minute walk to tram 67 which goes to the city via St.Kilda (perfect for days when the train bails on us). We have a spare room with a separate bathroom, which could be yours if interested The room also opens into a beautifully landscaped alfresco courtyard and has built in wardrobes. :) The room is not furnished but the rest of the house is. We can throw in an Ikea queen bed frame if you like. The rent will be $300+ bills, but if you are a couple (or two of you) the rent will be $350+ bills. Bond is $850. Stay period should be ideally around 6 months - 1 year. Hi there! I'm planning on moving out in August and looking for the right house mate! I work full time, so looking for someone who isn't a big partier but doesn't mind having people over for some dinner/ drinks every now and again. In my spare time I love to cook and I'm a big movie buff. I love going out on day trips or just relaxing on the couch with a book in hand. My preference is to find a place and share with someone, max 1 person preferably. I also have a 6 month groodle pup (doesn't shed) but she will be staying with my parents. However I hope to have her come around half the week- so I hope you're a animal lover!
