Moving from Townsville to study at Monash- Caulfield (and get away from the heat!). Not a neat-freak, but prefer to keep areas tidy. I'm pretty laid back and always up for an adventure :) I will mostly likely be busy during the week between uni and work but keen to explore the city and surrounds on weekends and in my spare time. Love all animals, coffee, the ocean and a bit of banter. Keen to make new friends and love to catch up over wine after a long week. Feel free to drop a message if I sound like the right addition to your home :)
Im pretty easy going and down to earth, very work and study orientated. I come from New Zealand and moved out of home when I moved here just after I turned 16 and have been flatting/boarding ever since. I know I'm abit young but I'm desperately in need for a new place to live as I have to move out of the current house I'm in by March. Im very into music and I play guitar, sing and dance. Im also transgender just thought I'd put that out there because I know some people may have a problem with that. I'm very tidy and clean and have no problems with helping out with stuff (cooking, cleaning etc) I'm also about to study exercise and sports science full time at uni and I work part time at grilld (usually nights). I love the beach and anything to do with water and I tend to stick to myself but can also be very social

I will be reaching Melbourne on 9th feb, so will like a place available from around this date. Thanks :)

I'm an easy-going Indian guy looking for comfortable and cozy accommodation and tidy and enjoyable people. I'll be doing my post graduation from Monash University and probably will be working part time. Respect people's privacy and expect the same in return. I will be arriving in Melbourne by 10th February 2017. I am looking for a furnished room, please PM me if you have a spare room available or are looking to share with someone, Thanks!! :)
Our 3 bedroom townhouse is located in a quiet street off Glen Huntly Road within walking distance from plenty of local amenities. We are close to Glen Huntly train station (which is only 5 mins walk away), the number 67 tram and bus stops. There are local shops, cafes and restaurants, and a Woolworths supermarket just outside the door. An Anytime Fitness gym is only 10 minutes away on foot. This would be an ideal location for someone studying or working at Monash University's Caulfield campus, which is just one train stop or 20 minutes’ walk away. We're only a 5 minute drive away from the shops on Koornang Road, 10 minutes from Chadstone Shopping Centre and 15 minutes from the beach. We have a nice and spacious private room for rent on the second level of our townhouse with a double-sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Other optional furnishings (such as side tables, chairs and a study table) are also available if required. The shared bathroom and toilet (which will be shared with one other person) is also on the second level. Downstairs, there is a very spacious open-plan lounge area, dining area and fully functioning modern kitchen with all necessary utensils. Netflix is available on the large TV in the lounge area. There is also a separate toilet and laundry at the back with a fairly new washing machine. There is a small garden at the front and a long courtyard at the side with a clothesline and outdoor seating and dining facilities. The house also has central heating and cooling. All bills (electricity, water, gas and internet) are included in the rent. This is a home, not a party house. All residents are very clean and tidy, and respectful and considerate towards each other. There is a chilled and quiet dog that lives with us.
LOOKING FOR A FEMALE FLATMATE (18-24) A modern, spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the main shopping strip of Glen Huntly. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry and furnished living area. Large balcony looking out across the street. Located 200m from train station/tram stop for a 20 minute trip to the city. Many cafes and multicultural eateries in walking distance along with Woolworths a 300 meter walk. Available bedroom consists of a double bed and bedside table (you are welcome to add more furniture), large built in robes and large glass sliding doors opening on to your small private balcony. My idea flatmate would be someone who is easy-going, enjoys doing things with others - cooking, watching TV and going out on weekends, but also likes some quiet time to themselves. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respects their home/other housemates and is not a party-animal. Rent is $180 per week excluding bills (electricity and internet)
Hi! I'm Ashleigh, I'm from England and currently on a working holiday visa. I'm in Tassie at the moment finishing farm work and will be arriving back in Melbourne around the 5th of February and will be looking to move in pretty much straight away. I'm looking for a place either until the 18th of March (as I'm off travelling for a month) or longer term as I plan to come back and stick around in Melbourne for a while after my travels! I'm looking for a private room in a place with friendly housemates. I'm pretty quiet at home and like my own space but also like to spend some time watching tv or eating together. I've been living in a hostel for the past 3 months so I'm used to sharing and tidying up after myself. I'm looking for somewhere close to public transport (preferably a train station) and ideally with some shops and cafes nearby or within easy reach. A yoga studio close by would also be perfect!
Hey there! My name is Sham, I'm 22 years old and from Adelaide. I've been accepted to study at Monash University in 2017 and so I'm making the move over to Melbourne! I consider myself a people person and love to spend time with others, a lot of my spare time is spent over good food and drinks with my family and friends. I'm easy to get along with and am very trustworthy and reliable. I'd love to move in with flatmates who enjoy hanging out while also respecting each other's personal space. I'd be more than happy to tell you a little bit more about myself so feel free to get in touch! Hope to hear from you soon :)
I'd like to move into a period home with charm and space and a back yard. Ideally I'd like to team up and find a 4brm home with 2 bathrooms - one for you and one for us. We are a non footy, non commercial tv and radio, lefty/green, atheist household, looking for same. I'm an easy going person. I love to cook. I like my own company but enjoy sharing meals, wine, and a movie. My kids are with me week on / week off and I work full time. When the kids are with their dad I often spend weekends with my partner at his home in north Central Victoria. My son is 14, loves drawing Manga, reading fantasy fiction and playing video games. My daughter is 11, plays acoustic guitar, sings, and is into science, writing and pandas. My partner, Bruce, tends to visit every other weekend with his gorgeous friendly and clever dog. He works full time in horticulture and supports his dad on the farm. I have furniture for a full house, including a relatively new fridge and excellent washing machine. I sing, kayak, and hope to set up my 3m above ground pool to share in my new home. It isn't huge but it is refreshing.

Enjoy the luxury of living close to the city and 5 minute walk to tram, train (glen huntly station) and bus station. The apartment is close to supermarkets (woolies), cafes, post office, bank, monash university caulfield (1 train stop away, 1.2 km distance to be exact) park and more. It is fully furnished so you basically just have to bring your personal belongings. You have full access to kitchenwares and appliances and enjoy a widescreen TV while relaxing on a 5seater leather reclining lounge set after a long tiring day (provided you will look after the things as if its yours). The lounge have a heater/airconditioner. Theres one bathroom which we will share and the place has a balcony.
I'm Tom, I'm an international student at Monash and I work part time at Woolworths. I have lived with family for 3 years in Australia but I wish to stay on while they have/are moving back to Ireland. Even though I'm not Australian I'm very settled here and I want to live with some Aussies because I get on very well with you people. I'm very clean and organised, I keep to myself mostly but I'm still very easy going and friendly. I am hard working when it comes to uni so I will probably be spending a lot of time studying and in my down time I'll probably be with my girlfriend or my friends - I don't really like hosting parties and I don't intend on bringing a lot of people over. I drink a lot of tea and coffee so I will regularly offer to make you a hot drink. My ideal place would be one with a big back garden because I have a BBQ and an outdoor table in my current place that I'd like to take with me. I'd also prefer an unfurnished room because I have a lot of furniture to bring including a bed, desk, bedside table and drawers. I don't really have an ideal flatmate, as I said I'm very easy going so whether you're the type to keep to yourself or if you want a friend I think I'd be a good addition to your place. My hobbies include soccer, futsal, photography, going to the beach and travelling, but mostly I just chill with my friends or sit around reading books and playing video games.
Studying Masters of Data Science at Monash Caulfield campus. Enjoy going to the gym and very chill/relaxed person at home. Looking for a place to rent for 6 months to 1.5 years which is the duration left on my uni degree.
Hello! my name is Rixon and I am an Indian postgraduate student moving to Melbourne from Mumbai. I love to cook, watch football and listen to music. I would describe myself as a friendly, tidy and reliable guy. I am hoping to lead a busy lifestyle but nevertheless I would enjoy hanging out with the other flatmates. I will be starting my course at Monash late Feb and I am looking for a place close to the Clayton campus. I will be arriving in Melbourne on 6th Feb.
Hi! My name is Charlotte, I am 30 years old. I work in Highett as a Cosmetic Chemist. I have no car so I am looking for a nice place close to the Frankston train line. My boyfriend may move to Melbourne on March so I am looking for a place for both of us. We love running, cooking, discovering new places to hang out and meeting new people.
Hey friends! My name is Allyse, I'm 19 years old and I currently live in Mount Martha on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula! I am currently looking for a room/rooms for myself and my twin sister Ramona for us to rent in the south-eastern suburbs! I work 2 jobs which are easily transferrable and will be studying nursing in 2017 after taking a gap year in 2016. Ramona is a visual arts student at Chisolm Institute and is a very talented painter. We're the bestest of friends and super friendly. We love going to gigs, playing old school vinyl's and a good Netflix documentary. Both myself and Ramona are looking for a change and have been itching to live near the city for the longest time! Please message me if you're interested in having us on board! Allyse & Ramona x
Hi, to the person/s of mystery that I might wind up crashing together with! I am a uni student hailing from South Korea, who just turned 20. Though there's a lot to share about my decade-long lifestory over here in Melbourne, let me cut it short and introduce myself in a concise manner. I am a self-managing, goal-motivated person who is not too socially awkward (fortunately), and knows how to respect others as an individual and their personal spaces. And I definitely do not look it, but you'll sense an ample amount of true-blue aussie spirit within me, from the manner I interact with you. I'm an easy-going lad, but sure as hell not lazy, and think it my mission to contribute to the emvironment of the house:) so I hope we can get along!

Here's a little something about myself to kickstart! I'm 21,currently in undergrad studying Psychology. I'm moving to Melbourne for the next few months to finish off my last semester in Monash University. I love quiet nights in to do some work and study with the exception of going out to socialise here and there! I'm very clean and tidy- loves to cook goooood food. I'm very considerate and respectful when it comes to personal space and privacy- as I like my own too! Also, very relaxed, fun and friendly and looking for a great place to stay! I'm very active during my days and I occupy time with either some sport or outdoor activities. I like going out to sightsee and find new, exciting and hidden gems around the area. A coffee and dessert enthusiast but also, most definitely likes living healthy.
Hi!!! Billy and I are married for 8 years now, we're trying to save up for a better future ;) so we thought that we could go for house sharing for at least a year (..or more). I'm currently working part-time as a recruiter, and studying my double-degree full-time. I love cooking, watching movies, and reading. Billy is more of the physical type, so he is in the gym a lot. He works on his personal cleaning business so he is out most of the time (he's very good at what he does, so you won't have to worry about cleanliness in the house). We pretty much do different stuff for fun -- biking, camping, night outs are just some, and we love sharing good food and a couple of drinks occasionally. Looking forward to meeting! :)
Hello! I'm a student at Monash doing arts/law. I'm pretty easy to live with - have an understanding of personal space, am clean and reliable when it comes to rent/bills. I'm not too sure what else to write right now, but if you have any questions please feel free to message me!
Hi there! My name is Heleen, and I am a 30 y/o Dutchie from Amsterdam. I just got in town and will be working at Monash for the coming year, so I'm looking for a nice place to stay! Since I'll be working full time I'm not interested in a party house, but rather a nice home with grown-up ;) flatmates to share friendship, stories & wines, and the occasional dinner. If you can relate please send me a p.m! Heleen
Growing up in New Zealand and moving to Melbourne 5 years ago, I couldn't be prouder to call this city home. Being an only child and having my mum always occupied with work, I have spent the last year and a half living on my own whilst completing high school, holding a part-time job and developing a huge passion for the gym, amongst other things. I am extremely tidy, organised, mature, and value my solitude, but I also love meeting new people and am always down for a chat or a bit of banter. Most of the time you will find me lifting weights at the gym, working at my part-time job, catching up with a friend over brunch at some new trendy cafe, or winding down at home - most likely with a tub of ice cream.
I'll be in Europe in January/February and am looking for a place for when I get back to Melbourne at the end of February. I've spent nearly 2 years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and destress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
Hi there! I'm looking to be moved out by the end of February/start of March to either a room in an established sharehouse, or in a new sharehouse we create. Would definitely prefer a long term home, so at least 6 months if possible! I am a 17 year old gal (18 in April), I work in hospitality and am hoping to begin studying nursing within the year. I'm a big triple j fan, love a good Netflix/Stan binge, can cook a couple meals pretty well (am much better at eating), and most importantly am an easy going and respectful housemate! I have two (very cute) cats that will probably need to move with me, but don't worry they are outdoor cats 95% of the time - the other 5% would be in my bedroom for cuddles (or in the lounge room if you'd like some pats too!). So preferably they'd need some grassy area to hang out in, and unfortunately wouldn't mix too well with dogs but could be okay with other cats. My only preferences for housemates are that you are respectful of others and the house, like you'd want from anyone you're living with. In an ideal world, coming home to some chill people I can watch tv and hang out with would be awesome, but I also understand wanting some time to yourself after a long day/night. Thank you for reading all the way to the end and please message me if you have any questions or think we'd make good housemates!

My room is always clean and tidy. I love to have people around, however I know when to give someone their space when they need it. I would be an awesome flatmate to live with. I am fun loving and very helpful.
