My home has a lovely, warm, feel that you notice when you walk in. I love that it's a double story townhouse that gets lots of natural light. The place is fully furnished and has all the kitchen appliances you'll need plus some more, including a dishwasher. The kitchen is modern with an open plan eating area and a combined living room. There is a separate lounge area as well. My home is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated. There are also split systems in very room so you can control the temperature in your bedroom. That way you'll never be too cold or too warm again. The room I'm looking to fill is the main bedroom which is very big and has an en-suite. So you have your own bathroom that includes a large shower, toilet, basin and lots of cupboards. The bedroom also has a French balcony that overlooks trees which is very pretty and has double glazed windows so the room is very quite. Glen Huntly train station and the trams are about a 5-7 minute walk away. Caulfield train station is about a 20 minute walk from my home. There are also local cafes, a Safeway, an ATM and great restaurants all within walking distance. Parking is off street, is free and not timed. So, basically, its easy to park here.

22 year old law graduate working in the city full time. Currently living on my own and hoping to move into share accommodation with 1-2 like minded females. I work pretty long hours, so hoping for a quiet place during the week to relax. I enjoy cooking (but also UberEats #1 customer) and exist purely on cheap white wine and strong soy lattes. I am pretty active and play footy in Ormond (beware- will try and recruit you to play). I have all main furniture already (couch, tv, fridge, etc) so would prefer to start a new place. Only thing i am missing is a washing machine.
Hello there! We are full-time Patisserie students at Holmesglen Moorabbin. (yaaasss! We bring home foods on most days!) When we are on our off days for school, we will be busy working part-time outside or just be busy with catching up our school works. We are looking for two rooms for three people. We are chilled, clean and respects everybody's privacy, and looking for someone of similar minds.
I'm an artist working in film and television production design, fine art photography and creating my own ready to wear retro style clothing. I work part-time in retail and regularly go to the gym, so I'm definitely one for a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I'm a mature and healthy minded, grounded, very conscious, honest and upfront person. Being an empath, I'm also kind, warm, considerate, reliable and driven. I'm looking to share a home with 1 or 2 other people who also want a positive, clean, uncluttered, drama free and honest environment. I want to share with people who are positive communicators (no close minded, passive aggressive, talk negatively behind others backs sorts). People who do their own thing but can come together, hang out, have some laughs and even a few mind expanding conversations ;-) *Really important to be self motivated to clean up after self and want to have an overall clean and clutter free house, keep rent and bills payed on time: Individuals apart of a proactive team! If you relate well to my spiel and are looking for the same sort of thing, give me a buzz :-)
Hi my name is Declan I'm a 25 year old student at Swinburne Uni studying a Masters of Education. I graduated last year from Monash with a Bachelors of Science. I work 4 days a week and am a very reliable housemate. I enjoy going out and trying new whiskey bars and enjoy a red wine every now and then. I'm an open minded and sociable person but I also value my quiet time. If you think I would be a good fit please let me know and we can organise something
I am a student at Monash and am looking for a fully furnished place near the Caulfield campus. My maximum monthly budget inclusive of all bills and Internet is 750-800$. I am an easy-going, happy and a fun person to be around. My expectations of the place are as follows: 1) Should be a neat, tidy house for I am a well-organised girl. 2) Need a private room, preferably with an attached bathroom. 3) It's better if the place has centralised heating. 4) Would want to be around friendly, non-interfering people. 5) Prefer to have female flatmates around. The above conditions are negotiable though.
I'll be moving back to Melbourne in January/February in order to start my Master's degree at Monash. I was in Melbourne for 4 months as part of a working holiday and fell in love with the city, I'm back home in the States for now but can't wait to come back. I've lived in shared flats/houses several times, all through university and as part of my working holiday where I was an au pair and lived with two different families. When not in class or at work, I like running or biking, as well as curling up with a good book or going out for a few drinks.
Hi, I'm Hannah. I'm a 20 year old moving from London to Melbourne and looking for a place to live. I'm working at Monash uni for a year as part of my degree, so looking for somewhere where it's not too hard to get to Clayton campus from. I'm pretty clean, love cooking and music and can't wait to explore Melbourne. I'm friendly, fun and easy to get along with - promise!
I'm very respectful and good at adapting around people, and learning their traits. I can be quite talkative sometime though. Joseph is a sweet and quiet boy, he keeps to himself mostly but is great to chat with. We aren't a couple, just friends trying to find somewhere to move.
Hi, I'm Ugo, 28, and I'm from Italy. My partner, Bianca, is 29yr old Aussie born in Melbourne. We're looking for a place to move in together, either on our own or with 1 or 2 others. I work as Chef in a italian restaurant and Bianca work in NAB. We both enjoying cooking, trying new restaurants and bars, and going to the gym/exercising. We're usually pretty busy during the week with work and catching up with friends or gyming and spend the weekends out exploring new places. We're always up for a chat over a meal or glass of wine but always happy to give our room mates their own space and we love to have our own down time also. If you think we might be what you've been waiting for, then please get in touch :)
I've spent 2 and a half years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and destress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
Hi everyone , I'm looking for a place to call home for at least the next 6 months if not longer! I'm 21, I love make up and having a few drinks and good night out every now and again but also love a quiet night in. I am a very relaxed tidy person who is social (but needs to make new friends) but also loves some down time relaxing or watching a movie. I do have a car so I would need some sort of parking. I'm happy to share or cook my own food would love to sit down catch up and have a meal with each other ever now and again. I also loving going out for brunch, lunch or dinner and exploring what Melbourne has to offer. I have a job at a nightclub and I'm still looking for some extra work for my days off and have afew interviews coming up this week. Please no cats (I'm allergic) but I'm fine dogs and love them! I am looking for a private room something that is close to public transport and not to far from Swinburne, I would love a room that can fit a double or queen bed and a desk, I don't mind if the room in furnished or not, I have afew furniture items and a goldfish but happy to leave them behind. Around $1000 per month anything cheaper would be great! Message me if you have something that will suit, would love to come and have a look at your available room and meet you! 😊
