I am a very friendly and a warm person. I like to keep things neat and I mostly keep to myself reading novels or my kindle. I love to cook but rarely do so. I do enjoy an occasional social party and I adjust very easily. :)
Originally from Perth, I'm currently studying teaching at Monash. I'm a quiet, low-key person at home, and when I'm not studying, I'm either baking or watching the footy. I've been living in a 4-person share house this year and definitely appreciate the need to be quiet, clean and tidy!
Our 3 bedroom townhouse is located in a quiet street off Glen Huntly Road within walking distance from plenty of local amenities. We are close to Glen Huntly train station (which is only 5 mins walk away), the number 67 tram and bus stops. There are local shops, cafes and restaurants, and a Woolworths supermarket just outside the door. An Anytime Fitness gym is only 10 minutes away on foot. This would be an ideal location for a Monash University student studying at the Caulfield campus, which is just one train stop or 20 minutes’ walk away. We have a nice and spacious private room for rent on the second level of our townhouse with a queen-sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Other optional furnishings (such as side tables, chairs and a study table) are also available if required. The shared bathroom and toilet (which will be shared with one other person) is also on the second level. Downstairs, there is a very spacious open-plan lounge area, dining area and fully functioning modern kitchen. Netflix is available on the large TV in the lounge area. There is also a separate toilet and laundry at the back with a fairly new washing machine. There is a small garden at the front and a long courtyard at the side with a clothesline and outdoor seating and dining facilities. The house also has central heating and cooling. All bills (electricity, water, gas and internet) are included in the rent. This is a home, not a party house. All residents are very clean and tidy, and respectful and considerate towards each other. There is a chilled and quiet dog that lives with us.
I like sharing house so to enjoy other people's company, during free time and meal time: sharing opinions, suggestions, experiences, etc etc Sharing is caring -they said- so to take care of common space and respect other's ppl need/privacy it's something natural for me.

**Looking for 2 rooms** Hi guys! My sister and I are looking for a place to move into at the start of November (can move sooner). Budget is up to 220/week each. Ideally the rooms will be furnished. Looking at east/inner east/bayside basically anywhere from Richmond through to Caulfield. Close to the Frankston train line would be ideal (Richmond, Armadale, Caulfield North, Prahran, South Yarra, Malvern, etc) We're easy-going, very clean, social and both enjoy a bit of adventure! Would love to move into a young professional and social household, respectful of others space but keen to hang out here and there. I'm 24, work full time in Sales and am starting a digital agency on the side so will be working long hours 5-6 days a week. I'm into the gym, eating healthy, reading and love to chat some shit over a few drinks on the weekends. My sister is 20, works as a hotel reception supervisor, she's super friendly and social and likes to cook. Also enjoys a wine and a laugh. A cheeky bonus to living with us is that we have a holiday home in Phillip Island we love to stay at, which is obviously awesome during Summer and you'll be more than welcome to join! Look forward to hearing from you!

Hi there, I'm a 24yo female student, doing a master's degree at Monash and the course is due for completion in this December. So I will soon become a young professional. I'm a friendly, respectful and considerate person and well-trained to share the house with others, which means I don't make mess or leave dishes in the sink for five days or make noises at night etc and I would expect the same from you. I like my home to be clean, so sharing housework and keeping the place clean and tidy is very important. I enjoy having quiet time at home, doing my own things, such as reading or studying, so party houses or households having too many visitors are my type. But of course, I would love to have a chat or watch TV with my housemate(s). I'm hoping to move in January or February 2017. It could be either a room in an existing share house or teaming up to start a new one, preferably with people of a similar age. Lastly, as I have a car, having a spot for my little runabout is essential. If you find I may be the one you're looking for, please feel free to drop me a message or ask me any questions : ) Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Jessica
I'm a full time student studying sports journalism at La Trobe University and I work part-time as a stablehand at Caulfield racecourse. I'm very clean and quiet and I keep to myself a lot.

Just minutes walk from trams, trains, buses and shops. Amenities include a lovely back garden, ducted heating, two reverse-cycle air conditioners, separate laundry, ornamental fireplaces, polished floorboards, gas-plumbed built-in barbeque, big garden shed ABOUT ME I'm a 34 year old male professional, have had many positive house sharing experiences over the years and decided instead of renting out my new property to a large family, I might as well move into it myself, fill it with some friendly housemates and enjoy it. Let me know if you'd be keen on starting a home with me and I'll tell you more about myself! Also just a side note, I'm not really interested in taking a room in an existing sharehouse. I'm really hoping to start up my own place with someone so I'm really just interested in team-ups at the moment. I have a few nice places in mind :)
Single female, clean, quiet, respectful. Ive recently re-located back to Melb looking for a relaxed place for 4-6 months. I like animals but don't have any. Need furnished place, but not a problem. Have 2 adult children. Previously worked in aged care, and recently as a receptionist. Enjoy being outdoors, walking.
Hi everyone! I just returned from living in India and travelling around Asia for the last year. I was previously studying science and engineering at Monash Uni, but now am changing courses and universities next year. I currently study by distance through Open University, so I will be a study bug some of the time, but I love the odd wine and cheese night as well. I'm happy to make friends with whoever I live with, but I am independent so if you'd rather mostly keep to yourself, I am ok with that too. I am staying with friends as I just arrived back a couple of weeks ago, so finding something furnished where I could move in ASAP would be ideal. Thanks!
Steph is a Graphic Design graduate and Troy is a Industrial Design student. We both have jobs working in a deli and hospitality respectively. We have two pets, Freddie and Crackles, who are our little darlings. They are small, cage animals and are the sweetest, friendliest and cleanest little things. We love board games, the beach, family and being with our friends. One of our favourite things to do is share meals with friends/flatmates, Steph often brings home goodies from the deli. Steph has lived out of home for 8 years and Troy, part-time, for 2. We are both hard workers and are clean and easy-going. We both have travelled quite a bit and love sharing stories about our adventures, we'd love to hear about your adventures too. In our spare time we enjoy watching netflix and having a few bevs, going out for food is always a welcome suggestion too. Troy likes playing video games as well and is happy to share his consoles (N64, Xbox 360, Xbox One) and variety of games. Steph is often working on a project but loves reading and handicraft, her pinterest page is her pride and joy.

I'm a bright, enthusiastic and very friendly girl. My main passion is music so I love going to gigs in the city and banging down a few beers every so often with my friends! I'm Sam. I'm just about to graduate from Melbourne Uni with a Masters Degree in Creative Writing, Publishing and Editing and am looking for someone to share a place with. I currently work part-time as a waitress and will increase my hours once I finish uni until I find a job in publishing, which will most likely be in the city, so it would be convenient to live walking distance from a train station. I am friendly, neat and tidy. I enjoy horse riding, reading and binge watching TV shows. Ideally, I would only like to live with one or two others (females only, preferably also in their 20s), either in an established place or somewhere we rent together. I'm looking for housemates I can become close friends with, who enjoy watching movies and TV and going out for meals. I'm happy to live with students (as I've been one for the past 5 years) or with someone working full time. I love animals so I'm happy to live with any pets but don't currently have one of my own. I would love to get a dog at some point but I have no plans to get one in the near future. I have all of my own bedroom furniture and a few pieces for communal areas.
And international student in deakin from pakistan. Usually busy in studies but likes to fun when i am free.
