Hey there! We are a couple (with a very sweet and friendly elderly cat) searching for a single, preferably large bedroom with easy access to Monash University. Tim is a Maths student who does theatre, is a video game enthusiast + musician while Tina studies Nursing and adores fine art, vegetarian/vegan cooking and adventures! We are both tidy, respectful and very easy going people with an excellent sense of humour. While we both enjoy going out and partying during the weekend we'd prefer to live in a chilled out/peaceful environment (gotta study sometime). While our cat is super affectionate and loving to most people she might need some time to adjust to other animals in the house if there are any since she's spoilt asf. Anyway, message us if we sound like the right room mates for your house and we'll arrange for a time to meet you.
Hi! I'm a 22 year old Scottish/ Malaysian design student studying full-time at Monash Uni, Caulfield looking for a place around the area. About me: Friendly, quiet, mature and very tidy.
I'm a clean and tidy invidiaul who is easy-going and friendly. I respect personal boundaries and space. Originally from South Korea but lived in the Philippines for 10 years. So I'm quite multicultured. Enjoy making new friends. Rather go to chill bars or pubs than loud clubs. Been working in finance for some years so I know how to manage and budget my money. Just in case you have a doubt if I overdue, don't worry. That never happened Will be in Melbourne on 26th of April.
I have previously stayed in Melbourne for 2 years, and am going to be back for my second stint in this wonderful city! I'd be employed full-time in IT and rent/bills should be no issue. A clean, friendly, easy-going yet responsible guy who would make sure to complete his duties in a shared accommodation. I am into fitness, motorbiking, meditation and pretty much anything could catch my interest. Can be quite a clown at times, or be a wise silent type if the situation demands it! love to have a chat, but am equally comfortable staying put in my room
Hi! I'm Kuan-ting, comes from Taiwan. I'm a going to study at Monash Caulfield campus for my master degree in the following two years and am looking for a room which is quiet and clean, I would prefer to live with girls, I love sewing, doing yoga, listening to light music and always go to bed before 12. Places which are close to Monash Caulfield campus would be best!
Born and raised in Melbourne. Intelligence Officer. Respectful of others and their homes. Looking to make friends and be sociable. Contact me for more information!
This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom house, minus the room for rent. (The room for rent currently is just used as a spare bedroom, but will remove all furniture in there for new housemate/happy to swap rooms if a couple is interested in joining me). The photos don't do it justice, so please don't hesitate to arrange to come and have a look in real life. The house is within a very central location, as it's less than a 2 minute walk to Glen Huntly Train Station, tram stop & woolies. The large backyard gets a lot of use for entertaining throughout the summer and the front veranda is great spot for winding down in the afternoons. I am seeking a relaxed & tidy housemate that'll allow me to cook for them, is down for a bit of banter & occasionally seeing nudity. No sex offenders/potential sex offenders.
My home has a lovely, warm, feeling. I live in a double story townhouse that gets lots of natural light. I have a small, yet cosy garden with a hammock and I grow some of my own veggies and herbs which I love to share. The kitchen is modern, has all the appliances you'll need and an open plan eating area and living room. The room I'm looking to fill is the main one which is very big and has an en-suite. So you have your own bathroom that includes a large shower and toilet and lots of cupboards. The bedroom also has a French balcony that overlooks trees which is very pretty and has double glazed windows so the room is very quite. The house is air-conditioned and centrally heated. There are also split systems in very room so you can control the temperature in your room. My home is fully furnished and has a dishwasher as well. Glen Huntly train station and the trams are about a 5-7 minute walk away. Caulfield train station is about a 20 minute walk from my home. There are also local cafes, a Safeway, an ATM and great restaurants all within walking distance. Parking is off street, is free and not timed. So, basically, its easy to park here. If you're a couple, the rent is $470 pw. Please contact me and lets chat. :)
I am a very friendly and a down to earth person that loves to have a laugh. In my spare time I go to the gym, cook, and spend time with friends and family. I am looking for a friendly household where maybe we have dinner together once a week but also where we respect each others privacy.
I will be studying a Masters degree at Monash University (Caulfield Campus). I am a pretty easy going person who likes to relax and enjoy the weekend with a few drinks and friends, at times I will need my own space to study and unwind etc,
I am moving to Melbourne in the middle of the year and transferring to Deakin university (Burwood) and, whilst I have friends living here already, I hope to meet new people. I am friendly, and oh so clean. Cleaning is like therapy for me so don't worry about me making a mess! I'm from Townsville originally (far north Queensland), then moved away from my family at the beginning of 2016 to live in Brisbane and study at UQ, so I'm no stranger to independent living. I'm a vegetarian, if you're not, that's fine with me! I'm a strong supporter of equal rights and am a member of the LGBT community, as I have a girlfriend. I'm also pretty punny and my jokes generally suck so bad they're funny. Also, if it matters, I'm a Pisces :)
This a a great location with buses, trams and trains at the doorstep of this property as well as walking distance to Monash University Caulfield Campus. Other amenities are conveniently located walking distance, such as Supermarket, Cafes, Restaurants, clinic, post office, parks etc. The property itself is cleaned well-maintained. It is also pet friendly as owner has her own dog, if you had a dog, the pets need to get along.
Hey there fellow future roomie(s)! Mourya here, I just moved to Melbourne from Adelaide for a change of scene and always wanted to live in Melbourne A bit about myself, I am friendly, very sociable(Not a hermit), Very easy to get along, I like keeping things clean and tidy, and respectful of others. I pay rents and bills( open to splitting utility bills) on time because i hate not paying on time. I like exploring new places and travelling, going out to gigs and bars with occasional club scene. I am passionate about cars so i might be working on them in my free time. I started Cross fit recently and i love it! I am open to pets.( Love animals) Looking forward to hearing from you! Cheers Mourya
Hey guys, my name is Tyson and I'm a 19 year old male student studying science at RMIT city campus. I am primarily looking for share accommodation that is located close to a train station so that the commute into uni is nice and simple. I am a quiet yet outgoing person who understands the need to provide others with their personal space but also love to have dinner or a few drinks over some friendly banter. I don't smoke or have any pets and always keep my space as well as shared spaces clean and respectful. I am also a trustworthy person and pay my dues on time every time and don't treat my home like a frat house. I believe a home is a personal sanctuary where everyone should feel comfortable, safe and at ease with each other. I look forward to meeting you and hope we can chat soon!

It is the best possible position.
Im sara, im 25 and i work from Monday to friday as a dispense tech in glen iris. I am looking to move closer to the city with my pooch, in whom is the friendlinest and most lovable dog of all time. I am not much of a party goer, and most weekends are kept reasonably tame, however the occassional wine and j here or there is always a bit of therapy. i would prefer live with no more than two other housemates, as i feel it gives better opportunity to get to know who youre living with and it is less cramped/noisy in the house. and i know its a long shot but another fellow pooch owner would be even more ideal! Smoking doesnt bother me, partys dont either, im cool with couples :) Am also happy to team up!
