I'm new to the city and the country so looking for some easy going housemates to help me settle in. I'm a chef and like to do a lot of cooking in my spare time. Recently graduated as a Nutritional Therapist and into my wellness and mindfulness. I'm quite chilled and laid back but also up for discovering new things to do

Hi There, I am Kanika. I am doing my masters from Monash. I am originally from India where I worked as a consultant for six years. I moved to Melbourne last year and have been living in Clayton. After spending a year in the same house I want to explore and live closer to the city. I am very friendly and like to live in a peaceful manner. I'd like to sit and chat but also prefer to have some personal time. I would like to move in around 15th May. Thanks
I am a 36 years old engineer working in the city. I am easygoing, neat and tidy and respectful to the rest. I respect my own and other's privacy but don't mind to have a chat or share a meal from time to time. For my free time I do hiking, go to gym or read a book. Looking to be a part of great house and adding to my good memories
Hey future flat mates! A little about me, I am a full time childcare educator and have been working at my current job for the last 5 years and have 5 years of rental experience behind me. I am a friendly person that’s always up for a laugh and I also thoroughly enjoy a good sauv Blanc and Netflix sesh. I do enjoy my me time too and am respectful of others that do as well. I’m tidy and have no problem cleaning up after myself and am conscious about utilities. I also have a few homewares and furniture that I could provide if needed as I have accumulated some items over the years. I’m looking for a long term place to call home with housemates that I can call friends, and hope to meet some likeminded people with a similar outlook :)
We have a room share available for $150/week with a Monash student Devendra. In the heart of the bustle at Glenhuntly only a few moments from the station, tram and cafes, and a gym practically next door; this premises is perfect for the convenience of being close to the city, but still enjoying a bit of space. Non-smoker preferred as the premises allows smoking outside only. Pets are welcome so long as they are registered. The property has a small courtyard, locks for all rooms. There are two toilets, one of them downstairs (near the room) and another upstairs in the bathroom. Viewings typically possible from Sunday through to Tuesday and Friday up until midday by appointment.
Hi I'm from India and am starting a Masters program in Monash Caulfield this July. I'm friendly, tidy and have never delayed payments or rent. I like painting, listening to indie music, watching funny tv shows and movies. I can also cook my own meals, and am always up for a drink over chit-chatting about how our days went. Although I do not smoke, I don't mind living with people who do. I love pets as well. Looking for a private room near uni, preferably in a house with students who have similar tastes. Maximum rent budget is around $200 including bills. Please feel free to shoot me a message if you want to team-up, or need a flatmate. Cheers!
Hi everyone, I'm 22 and I work with a hospitality agency to pay the bills while studying a diploma of nursing (first year) at Holmesglen Institute. My weeks are usually quite busy with studying, working and socialising but I'd always make time for doing chores around the house and any pre-arranged dinners/movies/gaming sessions with flatmates :) I've been in Melbourne for just over a year now and I'm loving living in this beautiful city and am keen to explore more of it. I'm considerate, clean, honest, respectful and have good communication skills. So I can live with a wide variety of people so long as they share these values. I usually arrange my own food and meals but I'm open to having communal meals and sharing food. Also I don't have any special dietary needs or allergies. I don't currently own any furniture so I am flexible to the pre-existing furnishings of the household, and am willing to provide my own furnishings in my area. I'm comfortable living with both introverted and extroverted people from a wide variety of backgrounds as long as they are considerate, honest and have good communication skills.
Hello there! I'm looking for a nice place to call home, somewhere comfortable, friendly and clean with a good vibe. Preferably a location that's close to the Frankston train line. I enjoy chatting over a drink, music, nature, good food, nights out, animals, reading, laymen's philosophy, and learning a bit about everything. I'm quiet during the week, just work, eat, gym, relax, and enjoy hanging with friends on the weekends. I've lived in Melbourne for a couple of years now, and work in library customer service at close to full-time hours. Before this part of my life I lived in Cairns and Brisbane, and traveled around Europe for half a year.
Heyyyooooo! I'm Ed, a long haired hooligan from Melbourne. Looking to find my dream home with some good souls. Very laid back and easy going, do like to live in a clean house - but do understand people often live busy lives as well. Would also love to live in a place with a few people, as I really do enjoy a social house where we can all chat/cook & share a drink together! My day to day occurrences involve travelling around filming people via the use of a metal box with a red button (ie, a freelance cinematographer that works in the film & television industry). Work with some pretty rad people like Peking Duk, The Amity Affliction, Tash Sultana, Amy Shark & the like. (You'll always get first access to new songs, just don't tell anyone, aha) I have quite a bit of kitchen ware including a fridge/microwave, and an Aadams Family pinball machine that i'm happy to add into the mix and spark up the house over a pinball tournament or two! Otherwise unneeded items can be stored/sold if need be before I move. HMU if I fit your vibe and lets have a drink together!
Hiya, I'm Kavi - originally from Malaysia and very well traveled. I've been here in Melbourne from 2007 and since then moved to work overseas and now back again (coz I absolutely love it here!). Love trying all sort of different food and places to just chill out with some music and a drink! I'm starting work in the city and looking at a place somewhere walking distance to the city or in the city itself (will do next to train stops if in suburbs). Looking for a tidy, fun and open-minded flat-mate to share a living pad with.
Hi, I am Sanika a Masters student at Monash Caulfield studying Communication and Media studies. I am looking for a house near Caulfield Monash, so that be at Carnegie, Caulfield East, Malvern, Murumbeena and Glenhuntly. I am a very happy go lucky person who loves to cook, eat, socialise with my flatmates and also love spending time alone at times. Not a party person but would love to once in a while. I am traveller and love visiting places and trying out street food! Also, i am a pet friendly person! :)
Hi, I’m 30-year-old non-smoker. I'm a bit of a nerd, and am a fairly down to earth, reasonably quiet person. I'm looking for a private room (preferably in a house with a bath) that is big enough to fit a desk and a queen sized bed in it. I'm not really interested in living with couples or children, and I need a place that accepts pets. I don't drive, so I'd like to live somewhere within a 10 min walk of public transport. Ideally, I'd like to live somewhere along the Lilydale/Belgrave or Frankston train lines, but might be open to living in other areas. I value having my own personal space, but do like socialising with people too… I much prefer to cook and eat with others, over doing so on my own. I also prefer having in-depth conversations with people, instead of making small talk. I have lived in share houses before, and I've got a good rental history. I’m currently unemployed, but I’m receiving the DSP, so paying rent and bills won’t be an issue. I’m more than willing to Centrepay my rent, which means that it will automatically be deducted from my payment each fortnight. I will more than likely look for a part-time job once I get settled, because sitting around at home all day is nowhere near as fun as you’d think! If there’s anything else you’d like to know about me, please don’t hesitate to ask.

My partner (Julie) and I are looking to team up with 2 other flatmates to share a 3 bedroom house/apartment. I am looking to move within the next month and Julie will move into the same bedroom later (approx. 6 months). We are both friendly and like to keep things clean (especially the kitchen), and also like avoiding house clutter. I enjoy playing and composing music. I'm also a science and technology geek! I'm usually tinkering on a project or two, reading books, playing video games etc. I love to cook too, so communal dinners are something I love getting involved in! Julie loves the outdoors, and enjoys going hiking and rock-climbing when ever she gets the chance. She is an avid reader and enjoys arts and crafts. I’m a professional optical engineer who works remotely from home so I will need some space to fit my work desk. Julie works in the city so we are hoping to find a place walking distance from a train station. We are looking for 2 friendly, sociable, considerate, and tidy people who are interested in moving into a house or apartment. Ideally, someone who's not averse to hanging out on occasion, but also respects each other's privacy and personal space.
