This is a really nice and decent-sized room in an amazing location. The property is overlooking the Glenbervie Train Station and if you work or have business in the city, it’s very convenient as you can catch the city loop on the Craigeburn line (takes about 20 mins to Flinders St). It's pretty close to everything else; HighPoint Shopping Mall...the 59 tram can take you to Elizabeth St and it’s about 15 mins by car to the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Lounge is spacious and fully furnished with Netflix and a PlayStation 4. Internet is ADSL2 and works great. You have your own bathroom (equipped with a bath-tub too) and toilet. Don’t miss out on this place!!
Hello, I'm Jordan. I'm 26 and work and study full time. I live in Essendon just near Windy Hill, it's a 3 minute walk to Glenbervie station so it's in a great location. I have 1 bedroom to rent out upstairs in my townhouse. The house is furnished and the room has a bed and mattress ready to go. There is myself and another house mate Vanda, we are both easy going and friendly. The house has heating and cooling. There's Foxtel on the main tv downstairs and wifi. We have an indoor cat, she's friendly and not in the way (sorry for anyone with allergies!) Any questions please let me know, thanks! :)
WALK TO THE TRAIN STATION In this exclusive Windy Hill location with easy access to the best of Essendon, this home offers a versatile two-level design and quality inclusions throughout. Comprising: - Open-plan living/dining area - Well-appointed kitchen with stone benchtops, stainless steel cooking appliances and dishwasher - Split-system heating/cooling downstairs - Ducted vacuum - Alarm system - Hardwood floors - European laundry - Low maintenance private North-facing courtyard garden with decking Walking distance to Glenbervie Station, it's also close to Napier Street cafe scene and popular shopping precincts, primary and secondary schools (zoned to Strathmore SC), parkland, Moonee Ponds Creek Trail and Citylink. Rent includes bills (gas, water, electricity and internet). The bathroom will be shared with ONE other housemate, a male. Parking: there is a council restriction on street parking during business hours Mon-Fri so this place would suit someone who drives to work. Weekends and overnight have no restrictions so you can park on the street. The driveway and garage space are taken up by current housemates.
Hello there potential housemate! I’m moving overseas and have to move out of this cool pad so we’re looking for a new awesome someone from the 18th October. It’s a 4 bedroom place (for 4 people) and also has a lovely dog, Toby. Your new room: The room is the closer to the back of the house and is a generous size, boasting your very own WINDOW!!!! (ooooh so light filled), delicious wooden floor boards and your own personal heating device. There are no built-ins but definitely room for a wardrobe. Your new abode: The house is double brick, light and bright and showcases wood floors throughout, high ceilings, a kitchen with giant, modern appliances and a couple of extra shared spaces for extra living, creativity or storage. There is also space for two cars in the driveway. It is close to the train, bus stops; and #59 tram; close to shops and cafes too (I highly recommend the coffee at Coffee in Common). The Backyard is amazingly large with fruit trees and a hills hoist (almost too good to be true!) We have all the furniture/whitegoods but there is definitely some space for new and always room for you to bring your sense of style to the place. The house is large and like a lot of Melbourne places is partly modern, partly retro (our bathroom boasts a delightful lavender bathtub, retro is still cool yeah?). Our lease started in February and ideally someone who wants to stay till the end would suit us best. Real estate is likely to renew. And so are we. If this sounds like a good fit please get in touch with a little bit about yourself and we can go from there!

Very busy with work so hardly ever home but when I am, I’m a very clean person who likes a chat but also like to have my own quiet time. I umpire sports so keep quite busy on the weekends. Enjoy a quiet wine or gin.
Hey Flatmates! Currently living with 6 people, not going to lie it’s getting a bit full on and need to get out. I’m looking for a 2-3 person max sharehouse, apartment, studio. I’m 27 and work full time in North Melbourne 5-6 days a week 7-5pm most of the time. I’m career driven and tend to relax when I get a day off. Love having a beer and watching the footy. Can make a mean mash potato and spaghetti! Basically looking for some peace and quiet but nothing extreme, we all want to have fun now and again. Hope you here from some of you :)
Hello, I work full time in the Community sector. Ideally would love a modern apartment / townhouse with a spot for my car (on street is okay)
My name is Sophie, and I am 21 years old. I work 4-5 days a week with every second Saturday morning as a dental assistant, working long hours, having Monday's and Sunday's off. I love music, going to gigs/music festivals and listening to music in general. I go out with my friends on the weekend, or I travel back to my home town of Swan Hill to visit my family, usually once or twice a month. I am a fun loving, easy going person who is always up for a chat but also enjoy my own space.
I'm not rowdy or particularly a party person, though I like to have fun with the right people. I'd say I'm pretty friendly. I like to have time to myself but also keen for a chat here and there. Am happy to contribute to housework. I work as a corporate Audio Visual technician at a whole bunch of hotels and venues in the city so my work hours can be all over the place but I try to be as quiet as possible if I'm coming or going late at night or early morning. I enjoy Movies and TV, Netflix, comedy and some casual video gaming (Mario Kart anyone?) and also have interests in the creative arts especially filmmaking and animation. Looking for an easy going house with a friendly atmosphere and I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
I respect the privacy of others but still good to hang out with and have chat. I work full time weekdays (as a website developer/programmer) and chill during weekends.
Im 19 and a student, my partner is 21 turning 22 and works as a waiter/barista, we are both easy to get along with, respectful towards everyone and their belongings, we mind our own busines, responsible, tidy, and kept to ourselves.
Hello there future housemate(s), I’m Sanjit, a 24-year-old, currently completing my masters degree in food science at University of Melbourne. I’m very reliable with rent and other bills (can provide references of previous housemates). I’ve lived in many share houses before so I know the drill! I’m hygienic, clean and tidy! I’m very chilled out and laid-back (so much so that I’m almost horizontal) and hope to find similar easy going and open minded housemates. I’m a very sociable person, love going out for food, drinks, movies and would love to find a chilled out place to call home. I also respect everyone’s privacy and will not be constantly pestering you haha. Since I'm completing my Master’s degree, I’ll be pretty busy during the weekdays at Uni but I’m always keen to chill on the weekends. I do part time research work at uni and also involved in contract work with few food manufacturing companies relating to quality assurance and microbiological safety. I love watching and playing soccer! (GO Manchester united!) I enjoy scuba diving, longboarding and am now looking into indoor/outdoor rock climbing. Also enthusiastic about patting dogs and watching funny dog compilation videos. I’m an avid music listener! Love rap, hip hop (artists such as Kendrick lamar, Eminem, 2pac, Biggie, The underachievers, Joey badass, J cole etc), classic rock (Pink Floyd, Guns n roses, Aerosmith, The beatles, Jefferson airplane, Creedence Clearwater revival, The rolling stones, Eric Clapton, Queen etc), Electronic (Flume, Nicholas jaar, Odesza, Pretty lights, Eric prydz, Bassnectar etc) and sometimes when I’m feeling classy, I’ll hit up some Wolfgang Mozart (what a ridiculously cool name) or Bach. So if you love music, I’m sure we will get along!! Also, I have a pair of headphones so you don’t have to worry about me blasting loud music. Also down to binge watch movies and tv shows. So, if you think we’d get along and would like to team up or you have a room available in your house, hit me up!
Friendly and polite guy. I'm a high school teacher and currently studying part time as a commercial pilot. Looking for accommodation from 6 -12 months. I've returned home from living and working overseas.
Currently living in Essendon with an awesome flatmate who is leaving for the UK early next year to live out her dreams. That means I have to move out sometime before then, preferably November or later, sooner if something great pops up. About me - I'm a 24 y.o. full-time digital designer for a printing company, working often 6 days per week. I'm a clean and respectful person, and I'm out and about for most of the week. I get along with pretty much any person or pet, I'm always up for a chat and love animals. I'm keen to live pretty much anywhere that is within 30 mins of my work commute to Thomastown, provided it is a nice home in a friendly neighborhood. Feel free to ask me any questions.
A Melburnian looking to relocate to a suitable apartment or townhouse near my current workplace. I've lived in a shared accommodation previously and happy to share references if required.
