(open to longer term stay) Hey future flatemate! I’m in my late 20s, working FT in the public service, and moving to Melbourne around mid–late October (pretty excited for the change!). I’m easygoing, don’t smoke, and like to keep my space clean. Always happy for a chat over a drink/coffee, but also respect downtime. I’m looking for something at least a month (gives me time to find a more permanent place), but I’m also open to a longer stay if it’s the right fit. Ideally, somewhere within about a 2-30 minute drive of Moonee Ponds (that’s where my office will be). I’ll have a car so parking is a must. Furnished option is highly preferred, and if there’s a private bathroom that’s a bonus (but not a dealbreaker). Keen to find a good place with some chill housemates 🙂
