The apartment is brand new and is 1 of 6 units in the complex. Everyone's pretty friendly and keeps to themselves. The household has WiFi, AirCon , Sonos sound, Google Chromecast, Phillips Hue lighting and there's even a record player for those analog enthusiast ;) I keep the place pretty clean and would be happy to discuss an all-inclusive rates for bills. This would include Electricity, Water, Gas, Internet and a monthly cleaner. The place is walking distance to Glendalough Stn, Lake monger and a $7 Uber to Leedy! The local Mt Hawthorn shops are awesome with plenty of good produce, best coffee, restaurants and my favourite gelato spot. There's also a 24 hour gym across the road.
All furniture in the living, dining, kitchen and laundry area are all included. The Living and Dining Area has an Air Conditioning Unit. The Single Room I have available comes with single mattress bed, study table and built in Robe with a shelving rack on top to put your personal belonging. I have double lockable Garage area. I am happy to have the room unfurnished or furnished upon discussion. Location wise is brilliant as it is within a couple of minutes walk to Glendalough Stn and it is within couple of kilometre to the freeway both North and South and it is very close to shopping centre, beach, parks and universities. Single Furnish Room For $180 per week. Master Furnish Room With Bathroom Attach For $250 Per Week . I also have some dwarf fruits tree in my courtyard. The property is only two years old as it is newly established unit. I am am looking for somebody who is clean, presentable, tidy and had capability in paying the rent on time.
Townhouse is central to all amenities. Only a short walk to the Glendalough station and close to freeway. Easy access to the city. Unit is fully furnished and equipped except for the room available to rent. Furniture could be arranged if required. There is one parking place at the unit and shared parking with in the complex.
It’s a great location, fairly central, it’s about 10 minute drive to the city in one direction and 15 minute drive the other way gets you to Scarborough beach, also not far from ECU mt Lawely. The local shops, lake monger, herdsman lake and the train station are just a few minute walk away and there is a bus stop at the front of the complex. There has recently been a new bathroom and kitchen installed and down stairs has air con.
Starting January 2019, I will work full time in WA schools. I am also a voice over talent, so I need a quiet place to do my job, especially in the evening. As a friendly, humble introvert, I will respect your privacy and rules. I usually do vocal practice (Won't be loud), volunteer, read, swim, hang out and up to everything on my free time. Preference: 1) 5-15min walking distance to the train station (Joondalup line) 2) Clean, tidy and peaceful environment 3) If you have dogs, quiet dog breeds will be fine (I need my recording free from unpredictable noise) 4. Rent (incl bills dan internet) 160$ max also preferable
I work full time as a customer service officer at a financial planning firm in Osborne Park. I have a fairly active lifestyle, heading into 2019 will be adding even more activities to my spare time. Im friendly, quiet and respectful, am always up for a chat or not depending on the other person. I love cooking healthy and am a very clean person.
Hello, I will be staying in Perth for next 6 monhts for Lexis English School. I am outgoing, clean, love a good chat . By the way I have lived in share houses before. I am hoping to find housemates who are friendly. Also I love pets. If you have ones, it won't be a problem for me. Don't hasitate to ask for more details about me.
I'm a quiet and considerate person who is flexible. I like a clean space and enjoy keeping an active schedule. When I'm home I'm generally chilling out in my own space but am more than happy to share stories and have general discussion in a shared space. I'm not averse to parties, but am not one to host. I have also had a lot of experience living in shared spaces and have never personally had issues with any of my house/roommates.
Easy going full-time flight instructor at singapore airlines flight college working at Jandakot. Looking for a chilled place to live. Very tidy and respectful of other people and enjoys a laugh. Generally I do alot of study for work so sometimes I may be hidden away focusing on that. Ideally a house share with other working/studing professionals would be a good fit.
I'm quiet and I keep to myself. I'm currently studying biomedical/laboratory science, and I'm cat and LGBT+ friendly. I spend the majority of my time in my room gaming, reading, or studying, and I'm more inclined to go out to spend time with friends than entertain them at home. I am very passionate about my studies. If you want someone to talk to about epidemiology or blood parasites, I'm your girl. If you want someone to really very NOT talk to you about epidemiology or blood parasites, I am also your girl, because I'll be too busy studying to talk. I don't smoke, I'm disinterested in drugs, and I very rarely drink. I require an unfurnished bedroom as I have my own bed and desk, and I'd prefer <4 housemates. The location isn't a problem so long as the area is safe and there is public transport nearby.
My name is Judy, I'm 25 years old. I prefer a quiet place to settle down. I work part-time as a cleaner. I am currently doing a postgraduate course at uni. I'm very happy to help around in the house if needed. I would prefer a room that has split air-con (because I realise how difficult it is to negotiate, understandably everyone's body temperature works differently).
Hi I am 37 years old (but Most people think I am still in my 20s). I am studying marine biology at Murdoch University. I am a huge animal lover and would really like to move in with someone who has a dog. I recently put my pet bunny down and am not ready to be a pet owner again. I enjoy a drink or two and am sociable and easy going. I am clean and tidy and do not smoke. I have good references and also work casually. I enjoy running. I do not drive so am looking for something with readily accessible and safe public transport options.
I’m interested in philosophy, reading and volunteering abroad. i'm vegan and a minimalist. i like my own space and i respect everyone's own space. i'm easy going but i don't like messy places and dishes or stuff being left in shared areas in the house/ apartment. I don’t smoke or drink, and i prefer a non-smoking environment. life is simple, smile :)
Hi I'm Sapphire I'm pretty easy going and keep to myself and I am looking for a room to rent. I currently work part-time as a special needs education assistant at a school and work casually doing before/after school care. I am studying teaching at ECU Mount Lawley full-time.
Hey ! Kiwi girl just moved from London give or take. Work in travel in the CBD Full time. Clean freak so can't live with messy people! Social flattys would be preferred / no room dwellers Would love to be able to walk to work if possible , or a quick bus in . A Lawn? a Pool? is that asking too much ? Active, social + keen to explore the city, know-er of random facts. Early brunch and a walk over 3am night out, call me a nana, 33 is old. Beer on a Sunday and im happy. Mention travel and i wont shut up , you have been warned. Would prefer Mt Lawely, Maylands South Perth , or walking distance to water, not inland ! (Aquarius ) Would like to keep rent under 180 if i can :)
I work as a full time apprentice chef in Island Market Cafe in Trigg. I'm not a party guy though I'm very sociable don’t mind a good convo at the end of the day or on the weekend over a social drink or two if desired. I’d also sing to replace the radio upon request 😁. I’m a 21 year old straight male but can be quite effaminate at times young but mature minded. I like getting my pedicures and manicures😆. I’m happy to divide house chores as it should be. I don’t have any pets but I’m not bothered to have housemates with pets.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I'm a full time uni student with a small cat who needs to be able to live with me. I'm also a writer and when I'm at home I like to spend a lot of time in my room working on my projects. Having said that, I'm still quite social and am always friendly, polite, and enjoy making new friends. I keep things clean, am happy to do house work, and I respect people's space in the same way that I hope they would respect mine. An LGBT+ friendly environment is very important to me but other than that and my need to have my cat move in too, I'm really not fussy. Just want a nice, safe space to come home to :)
I am looking for a room to rent. Preferably with its own bathroom. Currently, I work casually in a retail position located in the city. So I am looking for a place I can easily get to and from the city. I hope to get some teaching relief work when school goes back. I am a friendy and tidy person who is social but also enjoy time to myself.
