Hi! My name is Courtney and this is my partner Harry :) I am a 26 year old woman currently finishing my degree - Doctor of Medicine. Harry is a 23 year old man working full time as a cabinet maker and soon to be working/training in the police academy (still on full time employment/pay). We are looking for a room/studio/apartment to rent. We would prefer our own private bathroom. We are hoping to move in around mid June but can be flexible as long as it’s before July. We are looking for a 12 month lease (or longer if everything goes well). We are clean, tidy, have no pets and do not smoke. I love cats and Harry loves dogs so if you do have a pet we would be great with it. I also work casually as a pharmacy assistant. Harry and I enjoy going to the beach on weekends, going for walks, social outings, reading, studying, fishing, golfing, and going to the gym. We are usually pretty busy throughout the week so like to relax on weeknights and mostly keep to ourselves. We are much more sociable on weekends and we like to get out and about to enjoy the day. We have our own furniture (bed, mattress, desk, fridge, washing machine) so we would prefer an unfurnished room. However, we will consider storage options if needed. If we meet up / have a house inspection and things go well I’m happy to provide receipts of income, rental history, references etc.
