I’m happy to provide a rental reference if needed—I’ve previously lived both independently in a rental and in shared housing as a flatmate. I also have a small parrot - Lennon who is a yellow peachface lovebird. She lives in a well-maintained cage which is usually kept in my room, however my current living situation likes her presence and allows her to be housed in the living area during the day shall I choose to wheel her out. She sleeps 10-12hrs at night, so is quiet. My rental references can vouch for her good behaviour. She is very well behaved, and does not chew furniture or walls. I provide her with a lot of enrichment for this. I also have a thick plastic carpet cover that goes under her cage for mess, however I haven't needed to use it. She is perch trained to go to the toilet.
