Hey! I am Colleen, and I've been in Melbourne for just under a year, but right now I live kinda far from the CBD, where my work is, so want to find a place in an inner-Melbourne suburb. I am open a lot suburb, but I want to be within max. 30 mins Public Transport to CBD. I have a car, so needs to have some form of parking available. I have a nearly 2 year old Cavoodle, Winston. He's a small (6kg) happy guy, who loves everybody. He's lived in an apartment before, and doesn't really need a massive backyard - he is also house trained and has lived happily with other dogs and cats before. Being part poodle, he also doesn't shed and is hypoallergenic- which is the biggest perk honestly! I am a full-time corporate girlie, who is also doing post-grad studies part-time. My spare time is usually spent going on adventures with my dog (we both love the beach and finding new parks to explore). I also enjoy pilates, eating yummy food and watching reality TV. I am still pretty new to Melbourne, so also keen to explore the city more and meet new people. I also love going to concerts,shows and sports games, as I moved from Canberra where there wasn't too many things going on- so trying to make the most of it now! I would love to find a place that feels homey and where we hang out together sometimes, rather than just strangers who live together (again, pretty new to Melb, don't have that many friends yet haha). I'm clean, tidy and super respectful. Have lived in sharehouses most of my 20's so understand the importance of communication, respect, alonetime etc. My current lease ends September, so looking to move around then -but am super flexible. I want to be on the lease. I am flexible with dates, but wanted to start the search early, so I can find the PERFECT place :)
