Easy going, aussie single girl, looking for shared accomodation with easy going like-minded housemates. Im tidy and self reliant. I work full time, monday to friday, and work a 2nd job on most weekends. Happy to relax on my own or with others. Enjoy the occasional drink or having a catch-up over coffee with a friend... im an outdoor smoker Happy to meet/ have a chat if your interested.
Friendly and relaxed people. Neat and tidy. Both work full time, Brent runs a landscaping company and Tarlia works as a graphic designer. We love heading to the beach on our days off and spending time with family and friends. Travel is also a great passion of ours.
I wish to live with ethernet Internet (no wifi) and a corded home phone. I follow the science from Dr Devra Davis and other scientists. It would be great to share a house with people who care about such things or to have my own space within a house where I can have choice in such matters. I am quiet, honest & responsible and work full-time Monday to Friday. I am young at heart and work as a teacher with teenagers. I am looking for accommodation for me & my responsible, sensible 13 year old son (currently Year 7). I am happy in a house I lease right now but once my flatmate moves out and if don't get another flatmate for a while it is expensive. I have moved from northern NSW to Sydney to a permanent job, so I am still a bit new to things here. We are currently living within the Castle Hill High School catchment. I have excellent references. My lease ends on 20 September 2016 but I can stay on after that. Please get in touch if you'd like to have a chat about things and perhaps we can make a plan for the future. Latest update: it looks as if my current flatmate will stay on, so I will stay in my rental for the last school term and then look to move. Thank you.

Hi potential flatmates, I'm Alex!!! A little about me and what I am looking for. I am a laid back, genuine and honest person that enjoys healthy banter, having a chat and a good laugh even if it’s at my own expense. I have solid full time employment in the Hills District that I have held for the last 5 years. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, listening to music, mountain biking, kayaking, weekends away, having BBQ’s and dinners, watching movies or enjoying a good boxed set (bonus points for Californication or Breaking bad fans!!!) I also enjoy cleaning and maintaining the house (yes I know that’s weird for a man) I don’t have furniture or appliances, as I have been lucky enough to always have flatmates that have provided these. I am more than happy to buy things to contribute towards creating a homely relaxing environment for all of us. I would best suit an owner occupier or people that are house proud, I am very clean and considerate to my flatmates and like the same in return. I currently live comfortably and happily with female flatmates, that have become close personal friends and are happy to provide references for ladies that may be dubious about male flatmates. I am hoping to find a room and preferably but not essential a garage space. Within a friendly, social and tidy household. I respect privacy but believe it’s a much more welcoming environment to live in, if everyone is of a similar mindset. It’s not fun for anyone exchanging awkward small talk in the kitchen and then retreating back to your room, or walking on eggshells around each other. Because of this I only want to live with people that are westernized and not of any strict religious beliefs. I have no preference to ethnicity, I just would like all flatmates to feel comfortable over the long term. If you want to find out more about me, or think I would be a good fit drop me a line. Alex
Moving down from the Central Coast to study in Penrith and work in Blacktown. Looking for own room with WiFi and a package deal including utilities. Happy to lend a hand with a Spring clean and love gardening. Mature and quiet but social and active. Non-smoker and prefer to share with max two other flatmates - the sooner the better. Cheers.
Hey I'm a clean and tidy sorta person and quite relaxed. Like my own space but also like to have a chat and a drink. I can cook semi decent at times but don't cook often. Not originally from Sydney so finding it hard to find a good group/person to share a place with. Be great to move in with some chill people
Looking to share a decent sized house (no more than 30 minutes by public transport to Parramatta) with one other person who loves King Charles dogs. Looking at longer than 6 months if it works out. I am flexible and friendly. Tidy but not immaculate. I work hard but don't party much. I like yoga and relaxation plus a wine or two. I have a husband but he lives a few hours away. We catch up weekends.
Hi, I am an IT professional who recently moved from India and would like to share an accommodation in the City. My office location is near Wynyard Station and Bella Vista Woolworths Support Office. I am a neat clean quiet guy who like to make new friends but respects other's privacy. I was in Sydney last year and living in a flatshare so I know how it works. Please let me know if anything suitable is there to meet my requirements. Looking forward to meeting my new flatmates. Thanks.
Hey my name is mazz and i am a pharmacist working full time as a medical affairs associate for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Mt Kurungai! I am moving from Melbourne and start my new job in the second week of November! I was born and raised in New Zealand and moved to Melbourne in 2013 I love watching football, movies, tv shows and a bit of xbox when i get the time! Also trying to get back into gym and fitness! I am a quiet and peaceful adult, who works way too much and spends most of her free time with friends or on Netflix. I am clean and can cook and bake. :) I work rather odd hours and come and go at all times of the day and night for work but am quiet and respectful in doing so.
Hi, I work full time in the city at a stable job. When im at home I enjoy drinking wine and binge watching terrible tv shows. I have 2 medium sized non shedding inside dogs so I need some kind of backyard even if it's small. They can be a bit rough with other pets so I would prefer not to live with other pets also I am allergic to anything that does shed. Ideally I would prefer to start up a new place with another person who likes dogs. Please let me know if any of this is suitable for you!
I am a single guy working full time in the City. I am quite friendly and easy to get along with. Love a laugh and a hang out, but also love my quiet time and space. I don't usually have people over, but would like to have the flexibility of having a friend or two over when they come down for holidays. I live on my own now in a granny flat and I keep my place neat and clean so I know all about having a pleasant clean space to live in. I am moving out from living alone to living in shared accommodation for a couple of reasons, one, I would enjoy some company and two, I am looking at saving up more. Looking for own room with own bathroom and preferably with parking on site or close-by.

I'm 21, super easy going and friendly, and I work in music/arts/fashion events (I'm also a musician). I love cooking for people and I'll never say no to a glass of wine and a chat at the end of the day, and I'm careful to always be on time with bills so I'm generally pretty easy to live with. I'd ideally bring my dog with me - she's small, really chill & well trained, and loves everyone she meets.
I've only been living in Sydney for 2 years now, originally from the Central Coast. I still go to the Central coast often on a weekend. I'm also looking for some time at home, where I can feel comfortable on weekends. I can be bubbly and chatty, but I can also be quiet and enjoy relaxing. I have just started a new role as a Business DeVelopment Manager, which means I am often on the road and sometimes staying somewhere over night for work.
Hi, I would describe myself as an easy going, tidy, organised individual who can be quiet and respectful of others privacy in a shared living, picking after my things and sharing chores. I do have a startup business and I travel a bit, gone for few days or weeks, and I am from Sydney rented out my own 4 bedroom property in the Hills region. I am an avid reader, watch movies on netflix, love different cultures, diverse food, and would always pitch in for a bbq if I'm invited! : )
