What I’m Looking for in a Home:
- Budget: Up to $250 per week, including all bills.
- Location: Within 30 minutes of Melbourne CBD, preferably in the north or west suburbs, close to public transport and shopping centre.
- Parking: Secure garage or off-street parking.
- Room and Home Features: Modern home with a garden, backyard or balcony, fully furnished bedroom with my own bathroom or ensuite, as well as a dedicated workspace, as I work from home 1-2 days per week.
- Housemates: Up to two housemates (female only), as opposed to a full house.
What I’m Looking for in a Housemate:
- Someone who values respect, cleanliness, and a peaceful home.
- Considerate of shared spaces and personal boundaries.
