What I’m looking for: • Location: Near Route 700/777 bus stops along the Broadbeach, Mermaid Beach, or Miami Beach areas. • Secondary option: Surfers Paradise and Southport near tram station • Budget: up to 300 AUD/week • Move-in Date: After January 5rd, 2025( I can do house inspection from Dec 29th) • Preferences: • A private and shared room • Clean and well-maintained common areas. • Bright spaces with good sunlight. • preferred less minimum stay which gives me more security..
