Hey there! I’m currently living on the Gold Coast, studying my Master’s in Occupational Therapy at Bond University (and also working there!). Before this, I spent 6 lovely years in Adelaide near the hills and worked full-time at the University of Adelaide for 2 years. Looking for: self contained studio/ 1bd unit or 2bd unit at the moment, ideally comes with parking and furnished (budget can be increase). I’m a full-time student and part time worker during semester and work full-time during breaks. I’ve always had a great rental history with full bond returns and I’m super respectful, clean, and quiet. Non-smoker too!💙 🌱During my free time, i like to make myself a brewed coffee/ cup of tea, sit under the sun, reading books, slow walk by the river and enjoy a moment of peace. Mostly during the Weekends i love to go for a sport gathering with friends, catching up outdoor. Please kindly noted that I have a sweet, desexed indoor cat, Bubu 🐱—she’s calm, quiet and very well-behaved. I’m happy to pay a pet bond if needed and can offer monthly rent payments as well- i understand cat may not be preferred for everyone but I promised she's furry great tenant too!
