I am a 53-year-old man who works full time. My free time is divided between watching movies, listening to podcasts, gaming and going for long walks on the weekend. I am into watching most sports, particularly basketball, rugby league, gridiron and baseball. I don't smoke, drink or do drugs and am a tidy person. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I am searching for a new place to live after 17 years; during which time I never missed a rent payment. I don't bring any drama and have no kids or pets. Hi! Due to unforeseen circumstances, my current landlord is not renewing our lease and has only given us 3 weeks to vacate, so I am looking for a long-term rental. I am a clean and responsible tenant with an excellent rental history. I am happy to share the cleaning duties amongst the house and share in buying communal items. I work as a Women's Health Exercise Physiologist in Coolangatta, but have built my life around the Robina area. My partner, Josh, lives in Parkwood, so I am looking for somewhere in the middle. Josh would be staying with me 1-2 nights a week and I stay at his 1-2nights a week. He also works as an Exercise Physiologist and is a pretty quiet person. I live a pretty active and healthy lifestyle - I'm currently training for the GC marathon and keep active with gym, pilates etc when I'm not running. I am an introvert and need my quiet time (particularly after a big work day) to read my kindle or watch Grey's Anatomy, but I also love a good housemate dinner or games night. I don't drink or smoke and would love a house that shares the same values. An off-street car park would be great but not necessary if ample street parking.
