We have both graduated uni this summer so have 4 years experience of doing house shares/renting. We are both clean and tidy and overall super easygoing. Hello Myself, partner and best friend are moving from the Sunshine Coast where we have lived together and rented a house for the past 14 months to the Gold Coast once we find accommodation. We are all very hard working, clean, tidy, and respectful people. We don't party or drink often however we do smoke the green instead. We would be respectful with this and obviously not do it in your home. We have a house full of furnishings such as double fridge, washing machine, lounge suit, bedroom furniture ect and are happy to bring this to use at the property or keep it at my parents house on the Sunshine Coast untill we need to furnish a place. We are flexible on move it date, on location, period of tenancy or time frame we can stay, we for just need somewhere to get us on our feet whether that be short term or long term we are flexible.
