Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have some furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane to Adelaide sometime after the end of 'July 2017'. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide.
Im a sociable, tidy person that enjoys leading an active and healthy lifestyle. Currently in Brisbane and unable to physically view properties until 24/7. I will have my cat with me, he's a sociable friendly animal that is desexed and has his vacc up to date.
We want to start a new share house ! I am NOT interested in renting a room anywhere, so please do not offer !! I'm currently in a 3-bedroom house with someone renting a room, and I'd like to explore options for when my lease expires in September and I am not sure if my current housemate would want to move with me. I want to start a houseshare, where we look at houses together, sign a lease together and share the house and not just rent a room. I come with my English Pointer cross and a few bicycles. All of us live inside :) I have furniture and whitegoods for a house, and bedroom furniture for myself and a spare/guest room. But we can always adjust what goes in. I'll be looking at areas near the beach between Henley and Brighton, also along the southern foothills maybe(Mitcham, Panorama...) This is not the search for an option to live super cheap, rather to get more bang for your buck. So a decent house in good condition with enough space for everyone to not be on top of each other. 2 bathrooms, a spare room, spacious living areas. Someone should be willing to spend $200-$250 plus expenses, so that we can get something nice. Obviously there needs to be a yard for the dog with good fencing. A doggie companion for her would be perfect. I'm 40 (but refuse to grow up), work fulltime in the city, love cycling and triathlon, don't mind the odd drink, I'm not a health-nut and enjoy my creature comforts. I do like it tidy in the common areas (kitchen and bathroom especially). My dog Zara is a bit shy at first, but nothing that can't be resolved with treats, and she is really a big sook!. She doesn't want to live in a party house, too many loud noises scare her ;), and she's also not used to kids, so I am looking for single people or couples only. My current house is pretty good but not quite perfect, so I want to keep my eyes open for the ideal housemate/house. If I find that, I would also consider breaking my lease here.
Looking for a new place to live due to end of lease. I'm clean & tidy and very respectable to other people and their belongings. Very easy going, enjoy company and also alone time. I'm a qualified mechanic working full time, then 90% of my free time is put to Ice Hockey, running a club and coaching. Usually not home until late 2 or 3 nights a week and rarely home on weekends, but I do enjoy time at home when I get it.
We are 2 female friends looking for a 3rd person to move into a place with us and my (Karli) pup named Chip! We are nice, clean and tidy, and work long ours during the week. Looking for someone who is respectful of personal space but also likes to have a chat and hangout sometimes 😊 The place will have to be pet friendly as Chip is an outside dog when no one is home and comes inside when I get home from work. He's house trained, well behaved and loves everyone! 😊 We are hoping to move out by mid July! Look forward to hearing from you! 😁

Heya! A bit about us: Bre- I work at a new thing called a foodary, after just leaving my job at zambrero (too long travelling time) so you could say I'm a barista burrito girl (many hidden talents). I have my baby (Kobee) he's a kelpie x Labrador. He's house trained and likes every single animal, hasn't got a mean bone in his body! Jesse- works at TSA (on the phones), cooks some real good food, loves skating and music + soon to be joining the police force (DW he's not uptight) We are just looking for a chill household where good communication is used and we have systems or what not throughout the house. We are very clean and easygoing. We both love adventure and hikes also!
Ive been house sharing since I was about 17 so Im pretty used to it and super easy to get along with. Im 26 and work full time as a dental nurse. Im really into music and do a lot of singing (I try to keep it quiet!). I love going out to see bands or just hanging out at the pub. Im very social and hoping to live with like minded people who want to make a home environment not just the usual house share.
I am a 25 year old Paediatric Occupational Therapist & My boyfriend Mitch is 30 years old and works in property. We are a young, happy & friendly couple. We love the outdoors and going camping, surfing, SUPing and exploring. Clean and easy to get along with, respectful of other people's space, but also love having a chat over a glass of wine! We are looking for another couple or two to share a house with, preferably near the beach with similar interests and good vibes :)
Looking to Team Up or Share! I'm a single middle aged gay guy who is looking to share with a compatible house mate. I am hard working, reliable, clean and tidy. I lost my business of 14 years in December 2014 and have been through a rough time trying to get back on track with my life ever since. I've been house sitting since December 2016. Fortunately, I have been given a break and have just secured full time employment. It is shift work, so some early morning starts and some late night finishes although I will be at home each night to sleep. This is the break I have been waiting for to get me back on track. I'm very easy going, sociable and generally get along with people from all walks of life. People often describe me as charismatic and I enjoy the company of others in a social setting. I have a shipping container where I have been storing all of my furniture and belongings. Ideally, I am looking for someone to share with that has limited furniture so that I can take what I own out of storage. It's now time to start again. I'm looking for a responsible and honest person to share expenses, preferably on a longer term basis although this is negotiable. I am a lover of animals and have my own gorgeous 10 year old pooch who shares my life. A cross between a kelpie and a labrador, she is loved by all, well behaved and never a problem. I enjoy socialising, walking, travelling, music and new adventures. I am really seeking stability and hoping that there may be someone out there who is able to take on a lease under their name or jointly who is in need of a house mate with furniture. I am prepared to explore all opportunities.
I'm a 26yr male, originally from Germany, working and studying in marketing in Adelaide. I love to travel and am always looking to what my next holiday is when I return from one! I've travelled through Europe, Malaysia, Thailand, New Zealand and of course SA and VIC. I also enjoy all the usual - sports, eating good food and drinking delicious wine. Next on my travel list is Tasmania, Greece and Portugal. In terms of living together, I'll be pretty hands off - will let you do your own thing, but always happy to share a good time. Therefore I'm looking for someone to share a home rather than simply occupying a spare room. I am looking for an interesting person, open-minded and be willing to share some meals or a drink occasionally.
I work full-time for Telstra as a field technician mostly 6 days a week. I'm looking to move to western suburbs. I'm easy to get along with and I respect people's privacy and space as I like to have my own space as well. Looking for an honest, chilled person, 420 friendly to apply for rental properties with Peace
Looking for en-suite, modern clean non-shared bathroom. I am a new Lecturer at UniSA. I will now prefer places close to the beach between Henley and West Lakes.
Hi all! I'm Ash and I currently work full time in logistics for a mining company. I'm pretty social and always enjoy going out and hope to find people that also like to have fun but still can respect each other and the house we share. I have worked as a chef so I can cook pretty well. I'm always happy to cook for others and I'm also rather tidy and always clean up after myself. I also have a cat that I'd like to bring with me, he usually just spends most of the day/night outside.
Hello I'm looking for a room to rent in a house , preferably close to cbd in the adelaide hills or near beaches I currently work interstate so will only be home 6 days out of every fortnight I have my two children on these occasions so would need someone child friendly that would be fine with me and kids for this period of time. I am very friendly, fun and most importantly clean and very tidy. I work Monday-Friday on a rotating roster on the afternoon shift at a pharmaceutical warehouse in Thebarton so I am looking for a place nearby work, I also work saturday nights at a club and generally go out during the day on weekends. I keep to myself and do my own thing, I enjoy my private space and will not annoy anyone. I also have a car and motorbike so will require 1 space off street parking ( my car and bike usually fit in one space) I would require a private bathroom or ensuite as I have way too many beauty products and appliances.
I like to look at all the positive things in life and be grateful for everything that I do have. I love the outdoors and am looking for someone to share a place that has a view. I enjoy a chat over a drink or two, yet am over the full partying days. I do live a pretty busy life style yet at the same time like to have time at home to relax.
Hi, I'm Nathan, I'm 21 and am currently seeking a share house/room to rent in Adelaide. I am flexible in the location but would like to be coastal if possible. I'm an outgoing guy that enjoys a few cold beers (responsibly), spend a lot of my time fishing or looking around Adelaide as I'm new to the area. As a result, i am currently unemployed but don't judge me yet! I have a good employment history and have been applying for work around Adelaide daily, anything hands on as I am a hard worker and not afraid to get my hands dirty! I have a steady income so no troubles paying the board, I am very independent and can cook well (am happy to share my skills anytime!) I value a clean house and am always willing and ready to do my share. I would love to have house mates that likes to have to laugh but can also respect others privacy and enjoy the same values as I. If you think you might have something that would suit me please feel free to contact me Look forward to hearing from you, Nathan
