I’ve got most of the furniture + house stuff covered (just missing a fridge + washing machine since my current place came with them), but if you’ve only got bedroom gear, that’s all good. My lease is up in April, so I’d be breaking it if we find the right spot earlier. No mad rush — I’d rather take the time to find the right place and the right housemate vibe.
