All bedroom doors have locks on them for privacy. Walk to shops, bus stop & waterfront, 10 to 20 minute drive to Erina Fair, Gosford, Terrigal & Avoca Beach. The rent includes electricity, gas, water & wi fi unless the utilities cost is above normal amount then extra cost to be shared. I live upstairs , the bedroom available is downstairs , there are two living spaces one upsairs one down stairs , you will have a large bathroom however this is shared with friends who visit ( not often) there is a deck downs stairs and one upstairs so theproperty is very private and large . Internet is included electricty is separate . You must be working , full time , have references , be clean and tidy . NO pets .
