Im looking for a place with max 1 other person, I would like the building to have a gym that I can access easily, based on this my budget would be $500 with gym in building otherwise $450 ish if no gym as need to factor in that cost externally. I love a true crime doco but also recently started rewatching Dexter. I’m in a book club where we read Nobel Literature Prize winners then all agree they were a bit rubbish. I get up at 5am for work so it’s important to me that the house isn’t too noisy after 10pm.
