Looking for a peaceful share house close to Griffith University, Mt Gravatt as I am a full-time student in the 3rd year of my degree. I would prefer long term as I will be completing postgraduate study over the next few years. I have a fairly quiet life. I usually spend my days studying, my evenings exercising and my nights watching a movie or netflix. I am friendly, clean and tidy.
Hi all! I'm Eden, a 21y/o nursing student at UQ. I've lived in sharehouses for 3 years now and have never been late with rent or bills. I'm always keen to help out around the place and like to keep things tidy. I'm pretty social and love a good chat, however also appreciate some time to chill out. I get along with pretty much everyone and am very easy-going and relaxed, generally I'm either studying, at uni, buying festival tickets or with friends. I'm also plant-based but am perfectly comfortable living with a variety of different people! Although I am preferably looking for a female household. Honestly I'm just looking to live in a vibey home with like-minded people. I really want to find somewhere I can relax, have fun, and call my home!
Fantastic location walking distance to the Greenalopes bus stop and many other forms of public transport. A nice park is within walking distance along with the Stones Corner restaurants. The city and Carindale Shopping centre are only 10-15min drive. Everything but the room is fully furnished with all appliances, furniture and kitchenware already in the house. There is a space in the undercover lock up garage for a vehicle along with heaps of street parking. Two balconies on the downstairs level which provide a lovely afternoon view. NBN unlimited internet available ($23.33 per month), water and electricity bill split evenly per quarter and bond is $666.66 (this will be required prior to moving in to secure the room). Rent is due fortnightly. One year lease which ends on the 1/8/2020. There is ducted air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Bedroom would fit a double bed comfortably, or a queen bed and small side table. A storage cupboard which goes under the stairs is accessible from the bedroom which is empty and available for use. A built in desk is available for use in the main living area next to the bedroom. The shared bathroom upstairs has two basins and a separate toilet. There is also a second toilet downstairs in the laundry.
My name is Laura, I am 28 years old from Ireland. I am looking to move into a house that has a nice relaxed vibe. I am tidy and keep to myself most of the time but do love to socialise as well. I enjoy reading. I have just started a new job in South Bank so my work hours are a bit mental - evenings and weekend shifts. I have family in Brisbane so hang out with them a lot but looking to make new friends too
I'm a student working part time so I honestly just keep to myself really when I'm at home, but I'm also always keen for doing stuff with housemates and all that. I play music but Im yet to receive a noise complaint so hopefully that's not too much of an issue.
Hello, I've recently turned 19 and currently looking for a place to call home. I'm currently living in Kedron but I need a place closer to work and Uni. I work at Grill'd part-time and I've recently got accepted to study at UQ so I'm looking for a quiet place to spend time studying but don't mind bonding with roommates. I work at a nightclub as a 2nd job which I go to every Saturday so most weekends I'm extremely occupied. If you would like to get to know me more feel free to shoot me a message :) Cheers, Kye Riddle
hey there! i am a fun loving relaxed and a peaceful person to live with. i respect personal space and i am super easy going and cooperative, wouldn't mind casual chats and Hangouts too! Currently i am a student at QUT studying bachelor of business and been in Brisbane for almost a year now.
These things are a little cliche but I'll give it a shot. Hey there I'm Jake. I'm a second year undergraduate student who studies at the Nathan campus of Griffith University and I'm looking for a new roommate. I'd prefer to look for someone who is willing to team-up to search for a property but I welcome all offers. A little bit about me, my friends would describe me as an introvert. I enjoy reading, playing video games and trying new things. I'm currently unemployed and on study benefits from the government but I have a huge safety net and have an excellent track record of rent payments. I'm very flexible when it comes to how my roommates should be, just as long as you are sensible and not obnoxious. Don't be afraid to message me, I don't bite :)
G'day!! My name is Alan Erbe, Brazilian, born in 1996 and I'll be living in Brisbane from July on. I'll have my studies in Kangaroo Point and will be working about 20 hours/week. In 2018 I lived in Berlin, Germany, where I also had a great experience abroad and living with people from all over the world. About me, I speak Portuguese as native language, and English, Spanish, German as foreigners languages. Moreover, I have a degree in foreign trade and work as trader for a company in my free time. A room not far from Kangaroo Point fits me. I wish to have a single room, on the other hand bathroom can be shared. I really enjoy to play/watch sports, drink some beer, cook or hang out with my friends/housemates! Economics, politics, culturals aspects and food are always great topics. Having housemates at 20's would be interesting. P.S: My budget about AUD190/week is ALL IN (flexible). Obrigado!
Hi I’m Gheorja :) and I am a bubbly person who likes to make friends and socialise, but also loves to chill out and watch Netflix or go for a run in my spare time. I work full time in the city in consulting so usually pretty busy during the work week! I’m looking for a place to move into with friendly, chill and tidy roommates, as I do appreciate a clean and tidy space :).
