My boyfriend and I are currently on exchange for one semester of university in Canada. However we are back at the end of January and will need somewhere to live. We are easy going people who like our own space. We both work and have jobs waiting for us when we get back to Brisbane. We also study at Griffith University Nathan
Starting a new job in Brisbane and need to make the move up from the Gold Coast. I am mostly looking to team up and rent fresh with someone as I own a lot of furniture myself. I'm easy going and always up for a chat. I have a girlfriend although she does not live with me, usually spend the weekend with her at her place or she spends with at mine. Prefer to be looking at places within 20mins of the city and with a garage for my car. Message me if interested :)
I am looking for one housemate to join me in a new lease in a unit in Greenslopes/ Coorparoo. I would be looking to have the master room with the trade off of the car space/ garage for you and the fact I will happily pay a little extra rent ($200 max for myself). Ideally the unit will be 2 bath so we each have our own space. If you have furniture that is all good but if not, I am happy to furnish it. I am looking for someone similar in age with an interest in health/ fitness, clean and respectful and someone I can be friends with. I like to have a chat but also really like my own space (introvert right here!). My top interests are - gym (especially body combat) - cooking and baking healthy food - music including playing my piano - puppies (sadly don't have one) - picnics, the beach and Sunday markets Send me a message if you think we sound like we'd be compatible :) Kristy x
Come join me in my spacious 2 bed, 2 bath unit in STONES CORNER! What isn't ok! -Someone who wants to use this place as their crack den/party house... -Sorry no smoking either. Flexible on the move in date (could be sooner), if you are the right fit. I'll get some more photos up ASAP.
Hi, I'm Issak! I'm busy 20 years old, a full time student and work part time in retail I'm openly gay, and in saying this would probably prefer living with females as I socially connect with them easily When I'm not busy during the week I enjoy being social and going out over the weekends I am clean and well organised and would prefer like to live with someone like-minded I have lived in the inner western suburbs for the last 18 months and would like to stay in the area but I'm open to ideas on other suburbs provided they're still close to the CBD and public transport My lease doesn't end until early January but I'll be out of town for Christmas so I want to be organised and have a new place lined up before mid-December If you're interested in living with me don't hesitate to contact me on here or v, I'm fun and don't bite and would be up for brunch or something to see if we're a good fit :-)
You will have heaps of breeze from your room as you will be sharing a balcony with the other room. It has double garage but both are taken by housemates. The townhouse is really spacious. There's a shared swimming pool. The air condition is only at the living room and ensuite. There are two and half bathroom/toilet. All the furnitures in the common area are all owned by us except the washing machine (rented) and dryer (from the realestate). The furniture in my room are mine but I'm selling it so please do let me know if you wanting to buy over my furniture. All the furniture in my room is brand new when I bought it. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or give me a ring at 04 5049 9885 (from Thursday morning onwards as I'm currently at overseas).

I never judge a book by its cover & appreciate every second of every day!! ive def had my ups & downs in life but ive grown & learnt from my mistakes. im easy as 2 get along with & give everyone the time of day!! Your private ensuited room is oversized, its huge, so it comfortably fits a king size bed with TV and furniture still with heaps of room to walk around! You also have your own private ensuite so you don't have to worry about sharing your bathroom and the wardrobe size is great!! This is a great townhouse to live in, only 3 townhouses in our little complex with great and quiet neighbours! It is close to everything, with a doctors on the corner and a small shopping centre with Coles, Post office, QLD Transport and a few other little shops just across the road, then an IGA and KFC just up the road! There are bus stops just 2-3mins walk and its easily accessible to the city and valley and also to the highway to get straight down the coast! The townhouse has ducted air-con so its great in summer and nice and warm in winter! Currently 1 male living here who works full time so is hardly here, likes to keep the place clean and is quiet, looking for 2 flatmates! We have 1000gb of super fast cable internet which is included in the rent, electricity will be evenly divided every 3mths. Come and have a look, you'll love it!

Hi I'm Nicole! I work as a leading hair stylist for my best friends thriving growing salon. I'm a busy, enthusiastic and outgoing person with a beautiful big rottie named King. I walk him and excercise daily and love a bit of piece and quiet in the evenings. I am social on weekends but work and my dog is a priority. He is house trained and a pleasure to have around the home. He will become you best bud! I am looking for a room in a share house preferably with my own bathroom. I am tidy and will always clean up after myself so hit me up if we could be suitable for your place!
I always clean up after myself, I'm very easy to get along with and have a very cute dog that I clean up after also. I'm respectful of other people's items and space so just give me the rules and I will stick with them. I work casually and study also, however the study term is almost over so I will be working a little more. I do exercise and go to the gym, but this is limited to only 1 hour a day. I'm quite the homebody and enjoy being at home more than being out partying.
I am a Structural and Mechanical Engineer and now study full time Nursing/Paramedic. I am quiet and committed to my study. I am social and enjoy an occasional drink and chat, also fitness oriented. I am clean and house proud and like to live a clean environment. I enjoy movies and hiking and work part time. I do have my own bedroom furniture and also a large LG double door fridge and 65" Tv which I would sell if it cannot be accommodated at my new place.

I would love a built-in robe, but if not, its completely fine. Possibly modern. I am willing to pay up to $190 a week for rent, that including bills. Thankyou, just contact me if you have any questions.

22 year old single male, just recently moving to Brisbane from the sunshine coast. Looking for a room/place in the southern suburbs. I work full-time, I also have a weekend job back on the coast so I wont be home most weekends. I'm a student. I don't smoke, I barely drink, I'm exceptionally clean, and really easy going. I have a perfect rental history. I don't have pets or children but I do love both. Preferrably looking for a place by the 30/10 but can work around an earlier or later date
Clean and tidy, I have a clean as you go mentality. When sharing you need to be respectful of others. I enjoy hanging out with my housemates, and hope to find a place where you're not just people I share a house with but friends I share a home with. I do however spend a bit of time in my room and keep to myself so I'm not going to be in your face but happy to do dinners together (I can't cook, be prepared to eat raw unflavoured food, I apologise in advance) or casual drinks at home on the weekend. I'm a first year, first sem accounting student at QUT. I also have a border collie puppy so we need a pet friendly share house with a large fenced backyard (preferably tall fencing, as I think she's going to be an escape artist). Mia is currently 3 months old, she's a clever little monkey and wins everyone's hearts. It would actually be fantastic if there was another dog to share with too. A bit more about me... I'm Irish Filipino, grew up in PNG but have been in Brisbane for 18 years so technically I really grew up here! I go to the gym several times a week, I have been recovering from a few injuries lately so it's kept me at home. I'm the type of person that will push myself at the gym but later go home and eat an entire pizza.. I have no will power. If you eat clean, please show me your ways lol I'm single...I don't want to live with couples or single 40+year old men, nor families. Just like-minded people my age that are dog friendly would be amazing :)
I'm a 30yo single bloke working in sales that is looking for accommodation. I like cars, motorbikes, F1, football and footy. I am a smoker, looking for accomodation with off street parking (ideally garage space) for my car, fast internet and shared kitchen/laundry facilities. Looking to move before 1st December.
Hey I'm geneva and I'm looking to join a share house near the city as I work two jobs there. I'm always up for some socialising but also love my quiet time and space. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have Looking for a stay 6 months or longer
Hi My current flatmate is moving overseas on 21 November 2016 so am looking for someone to take over her room. Ideally I would like a 20-30yr old female who is respectful, responsible, honest, clean, and friendly. I am a 25yr old accountant who often works long days. I play hockey, like to exercise outdoors, catchup with friends, I have a large nail polish collection, like baking, watching movies and crocheting. I also have a 1 yr old cat named daisy who is very friendly and playful. The room is 2.43 x 3.61m. It is in excellent condition with a large floor to ceiling 3 door built in wardrobe. Room fits a double bed, drawers and desk (room comes unfurnished). Rent is $180/week which inlcudes all bills (internet, utilities etc) The unit is very spacious and located in a quiet block of 8 units. We are in a great location. 1 street away from the heart of Stones Corner which has great cafes. A 3 minute walk to the Langlands Park bus station or Stones Corner station which both have busses into the city and universities at all times of day and night and only a 1km walk from the Buranda train station. There is also a police station at the end of the street. Coles, Woolworths and Aldi are all within walking distance too. To make this arrangment work, housework is taken in turns each week. It doesnt take long to clean kitchen, bathroom and vacuum. I have kitchen appliances, pots, pans, cutlery, plates and cups that you can use. Communal items like toilet paper and cleaning products are taken in turns to purchase. Food is not shared. This will be your home too and I want you to feel welcome here. Please contact me if you are interested or have any questions.
Hi everyone :) I'm a quiet person, looking for an animal friendly place. I usually keep to myself, but I'm not against socializing. I'm known be be rather silly! I'm into art and technology. I love computers and video games. Dressing up and going to geeky conventions. I like making things - drawing, painting, sewing, knitting or any other random crafty thing I can think up. Binge watching anything to do with sci-fi and/or fantasy. :P I'm pretty laid back, not really into parties etc. Don't mind a shared meal or a drink once in a while over some board games. :) I come with a Jack Russell, Buffy, who wants to be your best friend. She loves people and other animals. If you have kids, she will wear them out so they go down for a nap! Also in tow is my tortie kitty, Siggy. She wants the cuddles (and food). Both are well behaved snugglemonsters! But wait, there's more! I also work with a wildlife rescue group, which means I take care of cute little furballs with built in pockets! Yep, that's possums! I rescue/rehab/raise orphaned or injured little ones until they are ready for release. :) I will be attending uni in the new year, to become a zookeeper/animal attendant. Please don't let this deter your judgement. The're pretty amazing! :D They're rather clean animals, and also are very clever and full of personality! I know it's a lot to ask in this crazy world we live in, but I'd be super grateful if there was an area where I could set up 2 cages. Either on the veranda or perhaps under the house if it's a QLDer style home? Pretty please? :) In return I can take you to a place where you can cuddle with baby roos and wallabies! :D
I'm a Psychology student at QUT and work part-time at a pizza store (that means I can bring you home amazing pizza after my shifts). I'm a tidy, easy going person who is respectful of personal space but keen to sesh and socialise with my roommates :) message me if you have any other questions. I am willing to pay more rent for the master bedroom.

If we get a positive response, we'd love to go for inspection ASAP!! :) Looking forward to receiving messages from you ;)
Extremely close to Stones Corner Station, and of course, Stones Corner itself, this is a secluded little flat out of residential areas. Stones Corner's recently undergone some gentrification, turning from a stabby borough with three adult stores to a hipster paradise full of great cafes, quality opshops, and Aldi! Fantastic for students on a budget. The flat is smallish, but every room comes equipped with air conditioning and a cupboard.
This neat and tidy studio unit is situated, as one of three, in the heart of Greenslopes. Located within walking distance to the Stones Corner shops and Buranda train station, this studio is a must see. Hey, my name is Jay. I work full time within the events industry so on weekdays I'm never around and on weekends.. well it's pretty much the same. I enjoy playing sport, dining out with friends, going for jogs and walks around my neighbourhood and plain old adventuring! I'm a mature, friendly, funny (at times), borderline OCD workaholic. I am looking for someone or more than one someone to live with.. at the moment I live in a two bedroom apartment in Annerley and my housemate is leaving to travel the world. I am currently unsure as to whether I want to stay here or move somewhere else, I'm open to anything really. :) Chuck us a message if I sound at all appealing.
I am a Kiwi girl who is making the move to Straya in November. I am super clean and tidy & very easy going. Gym and exercise feen, dog lover & can spin a good yarn. In search of a flat that will allow Otto & and must have great banter.
Need someone to rent your student accommodation over Summer? I am a college student who is looking for accommodation in Brisbane over the Summer break so I can continue working. I am an easy going person, who appreciates my own space and would be a considerate person to live with but would be happy to share a room. Please contact me if you think we could make a deal! Thank you, Lucy
The room is the largest in our two-story, modern townhouse and comes with its own en-suite, ceiling fan, AC, and built-in wardrobe. The room isn't furnished but the house mostly is. The place was built well within the last 10 years and it's generally bright and clean. There is a private courtyard out the back. We're within walking distance to the busway, train station, shops, cafes, and the PA and Greenslopes Hospitals.
